Claims (6)
- Motorische Antriebseinrichtung für ein Torblatt, insbesondere über Kopf bewegbares Torblatt, wie Rolltorpanzer, Sektionaltorblatt oder dergleichen, das eine mit dem Torblatt getrieblich verbundene Torblattwelle (6) aufweist, an die die Abtriebswelle (26) eines in ein Antriebsgehäuse (25) aufgenommenen Antriebsmotoraggregates (5) unter Zwischenschaltung einer in ein Übertragungsgehäuse (2, 3) aufgenommenen Drehmomentübertragungseinrichtung angeschlossen ist, die eine mit der Abtriebswelle (26) des Antriebsmotoraggregates (5) verbundene Eingangswelle (7) und eine mit der Torblattwelle (6) verbundene Ausgangswelle (8) aufweist, wobei die Eingangswelle (7) und die Ausgangswelle (8) senkrecht zu den Längsachsen dieser Wellen gesehen einen Abstand aufweisen, der ein Vielfaches der Summe der Halbmesser der auf diesen Wellen angeordneten, getrieblich miteinander verbundenen Getrieberäder (12, 13; 27, 28) beträgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Antriebsgehäuse (25) des Antriebsmotoraggregates (5) ortsfest gehalten und mit dem Übertragungsgehäuse (2, 3) der Drehmomentübertragungseinrichtung verdrehfest (29, 30) derart verbunden ist, daß Drehmomente zwischen der Torblattwelle (6) und der Abtriebswelle (26) nach Art eines starren Hebels aufgenommen sind. - Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Zuge der Drehmomentübertragung von der Eingangswelle (7) des Antriebsgehäuses.
Figur 7 zeigt vier Beispiele einer Anordnung der Antriebseinrichtung 1 bzw. der Wahl der ortsfesten Halterung des Antriebsgehäuses 25 am Beispiel der Führungsschienen eines Deckengliedertores. Aus der Skizze a) ist ersichtlich, daß das Antriebsgehäuse 25 an einer Querstrebe zwischen der horizontalen und der vertikalen Laufschiene festgelegt ist, bei b) ist die Halterung des Antriebsgehäuses 25 nur an der vertikalen Laufschiene getroffen, bei c) nur an der horizontalen Laufschiene und bei d) in nicht näher dargelegter Weise an der Seitenwandung einer von dem angedeuteten Sektionaltor zu verschließenden Garage. auf die Ausgangswelle (8) zumindest ein Teil der Drehzahlübersetzung von der Abtriebswelle (26) auf die Torblattwelle (6) innerhalb des Übertragungsgehäuses (2, 3) angeordnet ist. - Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Getriebeeingangswelle (7) und die Getriebeausgangswelle (8) je ein Getrieberad (12, 13) aufweisen, daß zwischen der Getriebeeingangswelle (7) und der Getriebeausgangswelle (8) eine oder mehrere Zwischenwellen (9, 10, 11) angeordnet sind, die je ein untereinander verdrehfestes Paar von Getrieberädern (14, 15/16, 17/18, 19) unterschiedlichen Durchmessers aufweisen, und daß von der Getriebeeingangswelle (7) aus gesehen jeweils ein Getrieberad kleineren Durchmessers (12, 15, 17, 19) mit einem Getrieberad größeren Durchmessers (14, 16, 18, 13) der im Getriebezug nächstfolgenden Welle (9, 10, 11, 8) über ein diese beiden Getrieberäder (12, 14/15, 16/17, 18/19, 13) umschlingendes endlos ketten- oder riemenförmiges Treibglied (21) in Verbindung steht, wobei insbesondere die Achsen aller Wellen (7 bis 11) etwa in einer Ebene und parallel verlaufend angeordnet sind. - Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein auf der Eingangswelle (7) angeordnetes Getrieberad (27) mit einem auf der Ausgangswelle (8) angeordneten Getrieberad (28) über ein Getriebeglied naoh Art eines Endlosriemens, insbesondere einer Endloskette, unmittelbar verbunden ist. - Antriebseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Antriebsgehäuse (25) an dem Übertragungsgehäuse (2, 3) in verschiedenen, wählbaren Winkelstellungen festlegbar (29, 30) ist. - Antriebseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Antriebsgehäuse (25) auf einem Kreisbogen beabstandet angeordnete Bohrungen (29) aufweist, die mit wenigstens einer entsprechend angeordneten Bohrung im Übertragungsgehäuse (2, 3) je nach Winkelstellung korrespondieren und von einem gemeinsamen Bolzen durchgriffen sind.
