Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for grooming and for mounting on a towing vehicle with one around in the direction of travel lying longitudinal axis swinging support frame, with the over Self-aligning bearing at least two, each equipped with milling tools Milling frames are connected, behind which there is one extending at least over the working width of the milling tools Smoothing device is arranged.
- Such a device for slope maintenance is from the German Utility model DE-U-9217472 known. With the previously known Two milling tools are arranged side by side and this is a smoothing board as a smoothing device subordinate.
- the support frame is formed from cross members and side members, whereby the milling tools on the front in the direction of travel End of the side members over self-aligning bearings using the appropriate Milling frames are pivoted.
- the smoothing board is mounted on the rear ends of the side members. A direct connection of milling tools and smoothing board not available in the known device.
- the invention is based on the object, the known To improve the device so that a uniform slope preparation regardless of valley or Ascent takes place.
- the self-aligning bearing allows each milling tool a specific one Swiveling around an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis the device.
- the device is adapted a ripple on the slope surface transverse to the longitudinal axis.
- the rear bearings make fine tuning the relative height positioning of the smoothing device and milling tools.
- the a cross member of the support frame mainly articulated with connects the towing vehicle.
- the cross member is in this context arranged in front of the milling tools in the direction of travel and at its ends the cross member has the self-aligning bearings on.
- the articulated connection can take place, for example, that the support frame on the coupling around the longitudinal axis and pivotable about a substantially horizontal transverse axis is stored.
- a simple connection of cross beams and coupling in this context results from that at least two bearing arms from the cross member in the direction Stand out coupling with which the cross member on the Coupling is stored.
- the pivotable storage around the major horizontal transverse axis can, for example, by the bearing arms are made, with the transverse axis about the longitudinal axis is pivotally mounted.
- the Cross member is curved down at its ends and there bearing bushes designed as self-aligning bearings are arranged, in each of which an approximately in the longitudinal direction Swivel pin is pivotally mounted, each with a corresponding milling frame is connected.
- the pivot pin can be releasably attached to the milling frame in this context be.
- the oscillating bearing results from a Twist the pivot pin in the bearing bush.
- the smoothing device is in the handlebars Pressed accordingly on the slope surface and so creates a uniform slope surface.
- the rear bearing can be releasably attached to the milling frame in this context U-shaped, downwardly open stirrups be, the transverse axes running between the U-legs.
- the handlebars are at one of their ends on these transverse axes and at its other end on top of the smoothing device pivoted.
- the handlebar in a simple manner on the top of the smoothing device to store and fasten, it is advantageous if there is a bearing eye from the top of the smoothing device protrudes upwards in a corresponding receiving opening the handlebar is pivotally mounted.
- the receiving opening can be formed be that two spaced tabs protrude from the handlebar, of which is held a bolt on which the bearing eye can be pivoted is stored.
- Bearing eye and bolt can be a spherical bearing form, so that a length compensation of the smoothing device when commuting around the pendulum bearings and a limited Pivoting of the eyebolts possible relative to the bolt is.
- a stabilizing band Longitudinal direction of the smoothing device extends. This can for example as one on top of the smoothing device arranged spring band can be formed, which is in essentially parallel to the milling tools and at least extends across their working width.
- the bearing eyelets from Stand the spring band up.
- the bearing eyelets can be in one piece be formed with the spring band or releasably attached to this become.
- To the deflection of the smoothing device vertically It is to limit up to the slope surface This is particularly advantageous if there is an end stop on the rear bearing is arranged for the handlebar. This is defined by his fixed position relative to the milling tools an exact assignment of these and the smoothing device. To this In conjunction with the 3-point storage, the slope or snow processing further improved.
- the self-aligning bearing in the middle arranged between the associated rear bearings. On this results in the entire working width of Milling tools and smoothing device an even Swivel motion.
- the support frame has at least one with the cross member movement-related holding device on one end one between the coupling and the support frame Actuating cylinder is mounted. This way, by additional Length change of the actuating cylinder the device positioned in their height position and so the working depth the milling tools and the smoothing device changed become.
- the pendulum storage is particularly used when the natural contour of a terrain should be maintained when grooming the slopes.
- the runway has one essentially flat surface. This is particularly true in the Areas of the piste are an advantage where, for example, drag lifts be used.
- the locking device is pivotable relative to the cross member by means of an actuating cylinder and can be controlled in the locked position or be moved out of this.
- a catching and fixing device for one of each milling frame has protruding cams. This is carried out by pivoting the locking device the catching and fixing device, for example, along Guides guided into a position in which the cam is fixed is. The locking device is released in an analogous manner, in which the cam is released from its fixation and the milling frame is then pivoted again are. In this way, an automatic locking device is simple for rigid or articulated driving with regard to Given milling tools and smoothing device.
- the Milling frame at their mutually facing ends by a Thigh correlation device are connected to each other.
- the pendulum correlation device formed by a spring element such as a flat iron, that correlates the movements of the individual milling frames and the propeller shaft from too large deflections protects.
- the spring element can be detachably on both milling frames be attached, for example with its respective Ends in a backdrop formed in the milling frame is inserted.
- the milling frame has a housing, which includes at least one baffle and side skirts.
- the Baffle plate is opposite the milling tools, these are rotatably mounted on the side skirts.
- the top of the case is closed by a mudguard be.
- a closed housing on the one hand stiffens the device in the transverse direction and on the other hand, excessive snow deposition is prevented.
- Housing crescent-shaped in cross-section being on its underside concave and convex on its top is. These roundings ensure that the Snow slips off the housing in a simple manner and at the same time the snow whirled up by the milling tools, Harsh, ice, etc. is directed back to the slope surface.
- the rounded top reduces the risk of injury for a user of the device or for for example a skier hitting the device reduced.
- the housing has a cavity inside it, the extends essentially parallel to the milling tools, a space is formed by the cavity, in for example, the entire supply lines in particular housed for the drives of the milling tools are.
- the housing is preferably with a smooth surface trained so that a sliding down of the snow supports and the risk of injury is further reduced becomes.
- mudguard and baffle plate detachable with each other are connected.
- Such a connection can, for example in that two flaps in the direction of travel of the baffle plate protrude forward and backward, from which over the mudguard straps are held.
- the tabs and bands are preferably attached to the respective Ends of the housing arranged.
- the straps are through on known quick fasteners can be connected to the tabs.
- the smoothing device for example between the smoothing device and the housings of the Milling tools an additional guide for that of the milling tools thrown up and loosened well arranged.
- This Leadership is preferred as covering the entire working range the device extends smooth guide band made of metal or plastic.
- Corresponding facilities such as side guides, Edge wall finisher, snow throw protection or the like can also be attached to the device.
- the smoothing device in a known manner on its rear side End have a large number of smoothing sheets, which are pivotable essentially independently of one another are. These can have corresponding longitudinal grooves on their underside exhibit.
- the individual milling tools and their housings connectable to the supporting frame by shock absorber devices, whereby the pendulum movement relative to the support frame is steamed.
