Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh, dessen Schaft aus pflanzlich gegerbtem Leder mit einer Brandsohle aus natürlichem Material, wie z.B. Naturleder, Kork usw. verbunden und an einer Laufsohle befestigt ist, sowie ein verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Schuhs.
- Bei der Herstellung von Schuhen werden anstelle der chemisch behandelten und synthetisch hergestellten Materialien wieder vermehrt reine Naturprodukte und biologisch behandelte Naturmaterialien verarbeitet. So wird beispielsweise die Laufsohle aus natürlichem Latex und das Fußbett oder die Einlegesohle aus Naturkork hergestellt. Für das Obermaterial und auch das Innenfutter wird ein rein pflanzlich gegerbtes Leder verwendet, was nicht nur die Umwelt schont, sondern auch die Qualität der Schuhe erheblich verbessert. Schuhe aus biologisch gegerbtem Leder haben ein hervorragendes Isolationsverhalten, weisen einen hohen Tragekomfort auf und sind darüberhinaus besonders atmungsaktiv und belastbar. Die Qualität eines Schuhs wird jedoch nicht nur durch die sorgfältige Materialauswahl, sondern auch durch die Art und Weise der Verarbeitung bestimmt. Zur Verbindung von Oberschuh und Laufsohle ist es bei der Schuhherstellung bekannt, den Schaftunterrand nach einwärts umzuschlagen und auf der Brandsohlenunterseite zu verkleben. Anschließend werden dann der Schaft und die Brandsohle mit der Laufsohle verklebt. Großflächige Verklebungen an den Schuhen weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, daß durch sie die Atmungsaktivität bzw. die Luftzirkulation der Schuhe verringert wird. Darüberhinaus weisen verklebte Schuhe eine geringere Haltbarkeit auf, da die Verklebungen mit der Zeit brüchig werden und somit die Feuchtigkeit in das Schuhinnere eindringen oder sich sogar der Oberschuh von der Laufsohle ablösen kann. Die in den Klebstoffen üblicherweise verwendeten Lösungsmittel stellen außerdem nicht nur für die Arbeiter bei der Fertigung derartiger Schuhe eine Gesundheitsgefährdung dar, sondern verflüchtigen sich auch während des Gebrauchs verklebter Schuhe. Damit können sie bei den Trägern solcher Schuhe zu einer Beeinträchtigung der Gesundheit führen. Zudem ergeben sich auch Probleme bei der Entsorgung der unter Verwendung von Klebstoffen hergestellten Schuhe.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen aus natürlichen Materialien bestehenden Schuh zu schaffen, der ohne Verwendung von Klebstoffen hergestellt werden kann.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe zeichnet sich das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Schuhs erfindungsgemäß dadurch aus, daß der Schaft an seinem Rand nach außen umgebogen wird, der nach außen umgebogene Rand des Schafts und der Rand der Brandsohle zusammengenäht werden, die zusammengenähten Ränder in eine innere Hohlkehle eines an der Außenwand der Laufsohle seitlichen Wulstes eingesteckt werden und der Wulst mit den in der Hohlkehle liegenden Rändern des Schafts und der Brandsohle zusammengenäht wird.
- Nach dem Verfahren gemäß der Erfindung ist es in einfacher Weise möglich, einen klebstofffreien Schuh herzustellen, bei dem der Schaft und die Brandsohle besonders dauerhaft und fest mit der Laufsohle verbunden ist. Eine einfache und rationelle Fertigung ist möglich, da der nach außen umgebogene Schaftrand und der mit ihm vernähte Rand der Brandsohle ohne großen Aufwand in die innere Hohlkehle der von der Laufsohle ausgebildeten Wulst eingesteckt werden. Durch das anschließende Durchnähen der Wulst werden die beiden Ränder in der Hohlkehle fixiert und es wird eine besonders haltbare und dauerfeste Verbindung zwischen dem Schaft, der Brandsohle und der Laufsohle geschaffen. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist auch nicht zeitaufwendiger als die herkömmlichen Klebeverfahren, da ein Erhitzen zur Aushärtung der Klebstoffe entfällt und auch auf das zeitintensive Aufrauhen der Klebestellen zur Gewährleistung einer sicheren Verbindung verzichtet werden kann.
- Eine besonders wasserdichte Verbindung zwischen dem Oberschuh und der Laufsohle wird dadurch erreicht, daß die miteinander verbundenen Ränder des Schafts und der Brandsohle vor deren Einführung in die Hohlkehle oder auch die Hohlkehle selbst mit flüssigem Pech eingestrichen werden. Durch die beim anschließenden Durchnähen der Wulst entstehende Wärme wird das Pech zum Schmelzen gebracht und kann in die Einstechlöcher eindringen.
- Die Abdichtung der Nähte und deren Haltbarkeit kann noch dadurch verbessert werden, daß zur Herstellung der Naht ein mit Pech eingestrichener Faden verwendet wird. Beim Vernähen wird somit das Pech am Faden und am Schaft zum Verschmelzen gebracht, wodurch die Einstechlöcher besonders abgedichtet werden.
- Der aus natürlichen Materialien hergestellte Schuh zeichnet sich erfindungsgemäß dadurch aus, daß sein Schaft einen nach außen weisenden Rand enthält, der mit der Brandsohle an deren Rand verbunden ist. An der Außenwand der Laufsohle ist ein seitlicher Wulst angeformt, der eine innere Hohlkehle begrenzt. Die miteinander verbundenen Ränder des Schafts und der Brandsohle sind in der Hohlkehle angeordnet und mittels einer durch den Wulst und die Ränder verlaufenden Außennaht an der Laufsohle befestigt.
- Durch die Ausgestaltung der Laufsohle und deren Befestigung an den miteinander verbundenen Schaft- und Brandsohlenrändern wird ein Ablösen der Laufsohle und ein dadurch bedingtes Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit besonders dauerhaft und sicher verhindert. Die Anordnung der Wulst und der durch sie verlaufenden Außennaht gewährleistet auch bei einer Abnutzung der Laufsohle an der Unterseite eine auch nach längerem Gebrauch einwandfreie Verbindung zwischen dem Oberschuh und der Laufsohle. Da der erfindungsgemäße Schuh keinerlei Klebeverbindungen aufweist, ist er überaus fußfreundlich, gesundheitsbewußt und zeichnet sich durch eine erhöhte Atmungsaktivität und einen hervorragenden Tragekomfort aus.
- In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Schuhs sind die in der Hohlkehle liegenden Ränder mit flüssigem Pech bestrichen und für die Nähte wird ein mit Pech versehener Faden verwendet. Durch die beim Vernähen entstehende Hitze wird das Pech am Faden und Schaft zum Verschmelzen gebracht, wodurch der Durchtritt von Feuchtigkeit an den Nähten oder Stoßstellen verhindert wird.
- Gemäß einer zweckmäßigen Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist an der oberen und unteren Außenseite der Wulst jeweils eine Nahtrille ausgebildet. Dadurch kann der Faden mit den Außenseiten bündig abschließen.
- Weitere Merkmale, Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform anhand der Zeichnung. Es zeigen:

- Anhand der Figuren 1 bis 3 werden die einzelnen Schritte bei der Herstellung eines Schuhs erläutert, der einen Schaft 1, vorzugsweise aus pflanzlich gegerbtem Leder, eine mit dem Schaft 1 verbundene Brandsohle 2, aus beispielsweise Leder oder Kork und eine mit dem Schaft 1 und der Brandsohle 2 fest verbundene Laufsohle 3, vorzugsweise aus natürlichem Latex aufweist.
- Wie in der Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, wird erfindungsgemäß zunächst der untere Rand 4 des Schafts 1 nach außen umgebogen und mit dem Rand 5 der Brandsohle 2 aufeinanderliegend zusammengenäht. Dadurch entsteht an der Verbindung von Schaft 1 und Brandsohle 2 eine nach außen vorstehende Nahtkante 6. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel werden die Schaft- und Brandsohlenränder 4 und 5 entsprechend vorgelocht bzw. perforiert und von Hand zusammengenäht. Statt durch eine von Hand gefertigte Naht 7 können die Schaft- und Brandsohlenränder 4 und 5 jedoch auch durch eine Maschinennaht oder eine Steppnaht nach California-Machart miteinander verbunden werden. Zum Vernähen wird vorzugsweise ein mit Pech versehener Naturhanf-Faden 8 verwendet, der eine feste und wasserdichte Verbindung ermöglicht. Falls dies gewünscht wird, kann zwischen die Schaft- und Brandsohlenränder 4 und 5 auch der Rand 9 eines an der Innenseite des Schafts 1 angeordneten Futters 10 eingelegt und mit diesem zusammengenäht werden.
- Wie insbesondere aus der Fig. 2 hervorgeht, weist die bevorzugt aus natürlichem Latex hergestellt Laufsohle 3 im oberen Bereich der Außenwand einen in Form einer Wulst 11 ausgebildeten seitlich umlaufenden Nahtrand auf. Durch den Wulst 11 wird eine an der Innenseite der Laufsohle umlaufende Hohlkehle 12 begrenzt. In diese Hohlkehle 12 werden die zusammengenähten Ränder 4 und 5, ggf. mit dem dazwischenliegenden Futterrand 9 eingesteckt.
- Anschließend wird der Wulst 11 mit den in der Hohlkehle 12 liegenden Rändern 4 und 5 durch eine in Richtung des Pfeils A schräg nach außen verlaufende Außennaht 13 zusammengenäht, wie dies in der Fig. 3 gezeigt ist. Zur Erzielung einer beständigen Verbindung wird der Wulst 11 mittels einer Maschinennaht durchgedoppelt. Die so entstehende Außennaht 13 wird dabei so gelegt, daß sie seitlich außerhalb der Naht 7 liegt. Dadurch wird ein zusätzlicher Halt und eine verbesserte Abdichtung gegenüber Feuchtigkeit erreicht. Zweckmäßigerweise werden die zusammengenähten Schaft- und Brandsohlenränder 4 und 5 vor dem Einführen in die Hohlkehle 12 oder auch die Hohlkehle 12 selbst sowie der Faden vor dem Vernähen der Wulst 11 mit flüssigem Pech eingestrichen. Durch die beim Vernähen entstehende Hitze wird das Pech am Faden und Schaft zum Verschmelzen gebracht und ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in die Einstechlöcher wird verhindert.
- Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Schuhs, bei dem der Schaft 1 an seinem unteren Rand 4 zusammen mit dem Innenfutter 10 nach außen gebogen und mit dem Rand 5 der Brandsohle 2 durch eine Naht 7 vernäht ist. Die Ränder sind so zusammengenäht, daß eine nach aussen vorstehende umlaufende Nahtkante 6 entsteht, die in der an der Innenseite der Laufsohle 3 umlaufenden Hohlkehle 12 angeordnet ist. Die Hohlkehle 12 wird durch die Wulst 11 begrenzt, die an der Außenwand der Laufsohle 3 im oberen Bereich seitlich angeformt ist. Der Wulst 11 ist mit einer Außennaht 13 durchgedoppelt, durch die der Schaft 1 und die Brandsohle 2 mit der Laufsohle verbunden sind.
- Wie bereits erläutert, können die in der Hohlkehle 9 angeordneten Ränder 4 und 5 des Schafts 1 und der Brandsohle 2 sowie der für die Außennaht 13 und die Verbindungsnaht 7 zwischen Schaft 1 und Brandsohle 2 verwendete Faden mit flüssigem Pech bestrichen sein. Dadurch kann der Eintritt von Feuchtigkeit in die Nahtlöcher verhindert werden. An der oberen und unteren Außenseite der Wulst 9 ist jeweils eine Nahtrille 14 ausgebildet, die ein bündiges Abschliessen der Naht mit der oberen und unteren Wulstaußenseite ermöglicht.
- Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So kann beispielsweise die Laufsohle aus PU-Material bestehen, in angespritzter Form hergestellt und anschließend mit einer Maschinennaht durchgedoppelt werden.
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schuhs, dessen Schaft (1) aus pflanzlich gegerbtem Leder mit einer Brandsohle (2) aus natürlichem Material, wie Leder, Kork usw. verbunden und an einer Laufsohle (3) befestigt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schaft (1) an seinem Rand (4) nach außen umgebogen wird,
daß der nach außen umgebogene Rand (4) des Schafts (1) und der Rand (5) der Brandsohle (2) zusammengenäht werden,
daß die zusammengenähten Ränder (4, 5) in eine innere Hohlkehle (12) eines an der Außenwand der Laufsohle (3) seitlichen Wulstes (11) eingesteckt werden und
daß der Wulst (11) mit den in der Hohlkehle (12) liegenden Rändern (4, 5) des Schafts (3) und der Brandsohle (2) zusammengenäht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ränder (4, 5) und/oder die Hohlkehle (12) vor dem Vernähen mit flüssigem Pech eingestrichen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schaft (1) und die Brandsohle (2) durch einen mit Pech versehenen Naturhanf-Faden vernäht werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Wulst (11) mit den Rändern (4, 5) durch einen mit Pech versehenen Naturhanf-Faden zusammengenäht wird. - Schuh, dessen Schaft (1) aus pflanzlich gegerbtem Leder mit einer Brandsohle (2) aus naturlichem Material, wie Leder, Kork usw., verbunden und an einer Laufsohle (3) aus Naturlatex befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schaft (1) einen nach außen weisenden Rand (4) aufweist, der mit der Brandsohle (2) an deren Rand (5) verbunden ist,
daß an der Außenwand der Laufsohle (3) ein seitlicher Wulst (11) angeformt ist, der eine innere Hohlkehle (12) begrenzt,
daß die miteinander verbundenen Ränder (4, 5) des Schafts (1) und der Brandsohle (2) in der Hohlkehle (6) angeordnet sind und
daß der Schaft (1) und die Brandsohle (2) mittels einer durch den Wulst (7) und die Ränder (4, 5) verlaufenden Außennaht (13) an der Laufsohle (1) befestigt sind. - Schuh nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schaft (1) und die Brandsohle (2) durch eine umlaufende Naht (7) miteinander verbunden sind. - Schuh nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Naht (7) eine Hand- oder Maschinennaht ist. - Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der für die Außennaht (13) und die Naht (7) verwendete Faden ein mit Pech versehener Naturhanf-Faden ist. - Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die in der Hohlkehle (12) angeordneten Ränder (4, 5) des Schafts (1) und der Brandsohle (2) mit flüssigem Pech bestrichen sind. - Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der oberen und unteren Außenseite der Wulst (7) jeweils eine Nahtrille (14) ausgebildet ist.
