Claims (9)
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer mit einem einen Antriebsmotor und einen Aufgabetrichter (6) für das zu zerkleinernde Gut tragenden sowie einen unteren Auswerferraum (5) umgebenden Gestell (4), einem darauf zwischen Aufgabetrichter (6) und Auswerferraum (5) angeordneten Zerkleinerergehäuse (1) sowie einer darin auf einer im wesentlichen senkrechten Antriebswelle (3) zu montierenden und dadurch umlaufend anzutreibenden, oberseitig mit im wesentlichen radial verlaufenden leistenartigen Zerkleinerungswerkzeugen bestückten Zerkleinererscheibe (9), die zumindest im Bereich ihrer Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge von durchtrittsschlitzfreier Beschaffenheit ist, wobei auf der Unterseite der Zerkleinerungsscheibe im wesentlichen radial verlaufende Reinigungsleisten (8) zur Vorbeugung gegen Verstopfungen angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.0 der Gartenabfallzerkleinerer als Kompostzerkleinerer ausgeführt ist, wobei1.1 die Zerkleinerungswerkzeuge für das Kompostgut Reißleisten (7) mit aufrechtstehenden Reißzähnen (7') sind, und daß1.2 die Reinigungsleisten mit zum Gehäuseboden gerichteten Zähnen versehen sind, die bis in die Nähe des Gehäusebodens reichen.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reißleisten (7) wie auch die nahe über dem Boden (1') des Zerkleinerungsgehäuses (1) vorbeilaufenden Reinigerleisten (8) aus über den Umfang des Reißtellers (9) gleichmäßig verteilt angeordneten Zahnleisten bestehen.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnleisten (7,8) so radial versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, daß tellerober- und -unterseitig eine flächendeckende Verzahnung vorliegt.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reißleisten (7) auf dem Reißteller (9) oberseitig schräg radial verlaufend so angeordnet sind, daß ihre inneren Enden (7'') in Umlaufrichtung des Reißtellers (9) gesehen vorauseilen und mit den durch diese Enden (7'') jeweils verlaufenden Radialen (11) einen spitzen Winkel (α) einschließen, der drehzahlabhängig zwischen 30° bei niedrigen, etwa 1000 Upm betragenden und 45° bei höheren, etwa 3000 Upm betragenden Drehzahlen des Reißtellers (9) liegt.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reißteller (9) soweit unterhalb des unteren Endes des Aufgabetrichters (6) angeordnet ist, daß der Durchtrittsabstand (a) für das zu zerreißende Gut zwischen der Oberkante (7''') der Reißzähne (7') und der dem unteren Aufgabetrichterende benachbarten Gehäuseabdeckung (1'') des Auswerferraumes (5) zwischen 10 und 20 mm beträgt, wobei der kleinere Abstand bei niedrigeren, etwa 1000 Upm betragenden Drehzahlen des Reißtellers (9) und der größere Abstand bei höheren, bis zu 3000 Upm und mehr betragenden Drehzahlen zu wählen ist.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dicht oberhalb des Reißtellers (9) auf der letzteren tragenden Antriebswelle (3) zusätzlich flachliegende Vorzerkleinerungsmesser (20) montiert sind und oberhalb ihrer äußeren Einlaufstelle zum Auswerferraum (5) am Zerkleinerergehäuse (1) ein mit den umlaufenden Messerenden zusammenwirkendes Widerlager (18) angebracht ist.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorzerkleinerungsmesser (20) aus mit beidseitig spiegelbildlich zueinander liegenden Schneiden (20') versehenen Doppelmessern bestehen, die über jeweils mittig gelegene Schraubbefestigungslöcher (22,23) auf der Antriebswelle (3) zu befestigen sind.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei um 90° zueinander drehversetzt angeordnete, identisch ausgebildete Doppelmesser (20) vorhanden sind.
- Gartenabfallzerkleinerer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des Reißtellers (9) oder der Vorzerkleinerungsmesser (20) in deren Schraubbefestigungsbereich ein über die gleichen Befestigungsschrauben (12) auf der Antriebswelle (3) zu befestigender, U-förmig profilierter Abschlußwinkel (15) angebracht ist, dessen hochkantstehende Schenkel (15') versetzt zueinander und jeweils in Umlaufrichtung der Antriebswelle (3) gesehen vor den Köpfen (12') der Befestigungsschrauben (12) liegen.
