Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufnahmekörper für ein Pfandschloß eines Einkaufs- oder Gepäckwagens, wobei der Aufnahmekörper am Wagengriff befestigt ist und in seinem Hohlraum das Pfandschloß einliegt (EP-A-0 199 274).
Es ist bekannt, einen Aufnahmekörper eines Pfandschlosses an einen Griff eines Einkaufwagens derart zu befestigen, daß das Griffprofil das Gehäuse des Aufnahmekörpers durchdringt und hierbei der Aufnahmekörper am Profil angeklemmt ist. Das Profil nimmt hierbei verhältnismäßig viel Platz innerhalb des Aufnahmekörpers ein, so daß dieser verhältnismäßig große Außenabmessungen besitzt. Ferner ist ein solch stärker vorstehendes Gehäuse am Griff, insbesondere bei unbefugter Handhabung größeren Kräften ausgesetzt, die zu Beschädigungen führen können.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Aufnahmekörper der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß bei einfacher Konstruktion und Montage geringe Außenabmessungen erzielt werden können.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß zu beiden Seiten des Aufnahmekörpers je ein Bolzen vorsteht, der in seiner Querschnittsform und seinem Durchmesser der Querschnittsform und dem Durchmesser des Hohlraums des aufsteckbaren Griffprofils entspricht.
Bei einer solchen Konstruktion wird der Aufnahmekörper nicht mehr vom Griffprofil durchquert, so daß der gesamte Innenraum des Aufnahmekörpers für das Pfandschloß zur Verfügung steht. Damit verringern sich die Außenabmessungen des Aufnahmekörpers erheblich. Ferner wird bei einfachster Konstruktion eine besonders leichte und sichere Befestigung erzielt, wobei der Aufnahmekörper an jeder Stelle des Griffes montiert werden kann, in dem nur unterschiedlich lange Griffabschnitte zu beiden Seiten des Aufnahmekörpers gewählt werden.
Eine besonders einfache und sichere Befestigung wird erreicht, wenn der Bolzen mindestens einen Längsschlitz aufweist, der in der Bolzenkopfseite endet und durch ein Spreizteil aufweitbar ist. Auch sollte hierzu der Bolzen einen Längshohlraum aufweisen, der durch das konisch geformte Spreizteil aufweitbar ist.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es hierbei, wenn das Spreizteil durch den Hohlraum des Griffprofils hindurch einschraubbar oder einschlagbar ist.
Eine doppelte Funktion des Befestigungsteils wird dann erreicht, wenn in den Bolzen eine Schraube eingeschraubt ist, die gleichzeitig durch dasjenige Befestigungsteil verläuft und dieses hält, das das Griffprofil an dem Tragarm des Wagens befestigt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Der Aufnahmekörper 1 besitzt eine etwa quaderförmige Außenform, deren Rückseite etwas abgeschrägt ist. An der Unterseite ist ein Vorsprung 2 angeformt, der eine Öffnung 3 besitzt, zum Befestigen einer Kette 4, an der ein Kopplungsglied 5 fest ist. Das in Figur 1 dargestellte Kopplungsglied ist allerdings nicht dasselbe an der Kette 4 befestigte Kopplungsglied, sondern es ist das Kopplungsglied eines benachbarten Wagens.
Im Aufnahmekörper befindet sich ein quaderförmiger Hohlraum 6, in den ein Pfandschloß 7 mit denselben quaderförmigen Außenabmessungen eingesteckt und durch Schrauben 8 befestigt ist. Das Pfandschloß 7 weist eine schlitzfömige Öffnung 9 für eine Pfandkarte 10 oder auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite eine schlitzförmige Öffnung 11 für das Kopplungsglied 5 auf.
Aufeinander diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten ist im oder am Aufnahmekörper 1 jeweils ein Bolzen 12, 13 befestigt, der jeweils in das Innere des Hohlprofils, insbesondere eines Rohres einsteckbar ist, daß den Griff des Einkaufs- oder Gepäckwagens bildet. Das Griffprofil wird also in zwei gleichlange oder ungleichlange Stücke geteilt, und ein Teil wird auf dem Bolzen 12 und das andere Teil auf dem Bolzen 13 aufgeschoben und festgeklemmt, so daß der Aufnahmekörper 1 zu einem Abschnitt des Wagengriffes wird.
Die Bolzen 12, 13 können so ausgeführt sein, daß sie sich spreizen. Hierzu besitzen die Bolzen im Ausfühungsbeispiel achsparallele Schlitze 14 in ihrer Außenwand, wobei jeder Bolzen einen Längshohlraum 15 besitzt. In diesem Hohlraum 15 wird vom Griffprofil her, insbesondere durch das Griffprofil hindurch ein Konus oder eine Schraube eingesetzt, durch die der jeweilige Bolzen gespreizt wird, um sich hiermit an die Innenwand des jeweiligen Griffprofils anzulegen, und damit einen festen Halt zu gewährleisten.
Zum Befestigen der Bolzen 12, 13 am Aufnahmekörper 1 bestehen die unterschiedlichsten Befestigungsarten. So können die Bolzen 12, 13 angformt, angschraubt oder angeschweißt/angelötet sein. Von Vorteil ist es, wenn die Achsen der Bolzen zueinander koaxial sind und die Außenform des Bolzens dem Innenquerschnitt des Griffprofils entspricht, wobei das Griffprofil nicht unbedingt zylindrisch sein muß, sondern auch einen anderen Querschnitt, isnbesondere einen ovalen besitzen kann.

Claims (5)

  1. Aufnahmekörper (1) für ein Pfandschloß (7) eines Einkaufs- oder Gepäckwagens, wobei der Aufnahmekörper (1) am Wagengriff befestigt ist und in seinem Hohlraum (6) das Pfandschloß einliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu beiden Seiten des Aufnahmekörpers (1) je ein Bolzen (12, 13) vorsteht, der in seiner Querschnittsform und seinem Durchmesser der Querschnittsform und dem Durchmesser des Hohlraums des aufsteckbaren Griffprofils entspricht.
  2. Aufnahmekörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (12, 13) mindestens einen Längsschlitz (14) aufweist, der in der Bolzenkopfseite endet und durch ein Spreizteil aufweitbar ist.
  3. Aufnahmekörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (12, 13) einen Längshohlraum (15) aufweist, der durch das konisch geformte Spreizteil aufweitbar ist.
  4. Aufnahmekörper nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spreizteil durch den Hohlraum des Griffprofils hindurch einschraubbar oder einschlagbar ist.
  5. Aufnahmekörper nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Bolzen (12, 13) eine Schraube eingeschraubt ist, die gleichzeitig durch dasjenige Befestigungsteil verläuft und dieses hält, das das Griffprofil an dem Tragarm des Wagens befestigt.
