Claims (6)

  1. Tête de préformage pour câbles et armatures de câbles comportant trois plaques de préformage (2, 3, 4) agencées sur un axe dans un sens à diamètres croissants, la plaque de préformage la plus petite (2) étant agencée de manière fixe sur l'axe et les autres plaques de préformage (3, 4) étant agencées de manière mobile sur l'axe,
       caractérisée en ce que
       les deux plaques de préformage mobiles (3, 4) sont couplées cinétiquement entre elles, de sorte que lors de chaque déplacement, la distance (A) entre la plaque de préformage la plus petite (2) et la plaque de préformage moyenne (3) reste toujours égale à la distance (B) entre la plaque de préformage moyenne (3) et la plaque de préformage la plus grande (4).
  2. Tête de préformage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement de la plaque de préformage moyenne (3) par rapport au déplacement couplé de la plaque de préformage plus petite (2) se fait dans un rapport de 1:2.
  3. Tête de préformage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'axe a la forme d'un tube (1), la plaque de préformage la plus petite (2) étant fixée coaxialement au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités, en ce que la paroi du tube (1) comporte une crémaillère (8) fixe et une crémaillère mobile (6), agencées parallèlement l'une à l'autre, la plaque de préformage moyenne (3) étant ainsi agencée sur l'extrémité de la crémaillère mobile (6) orientée vers la plaque de préformage plus petite (2), et en ce qu'une roue dentée (11 ou 15) s'engrène dans chaque crémaillère (6, 8), ces roues dentées étant logées sur la plaque de préformage la plus grande (4) et reliées par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage multiplicateur (17, 18), un entraînement étant prévu pour l'une des roues dentées (11, 15).
  4. Tête de préformage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la crémaillère fixe (8) est agencée dans un évidement dans la paroi du tube, la crémaillère mobile (6) étant agencée dans une rainure (7) dans le tube (1).
  5. Tête de préformage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux crémaillères (6 et 8) et les axes de rotation (10 et 16) des roues dentées à cames (11 et 15) sont décalés de 90° les uns par rapport aux autres, les axes de rotation (10 et 16) des roues dentées (11 et 15) supportant chacun une roue conique (17 ou 18), engrenées l'une dans l'autre, la roue dentée à cames (15) de la crémaillère mobile (6) ayant un nombre de dents double de celui de la roue dentée à cames (11) de la crémaillère fixe (8).
  6. Tête de préformage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de préformage moyenne (3) est agencée de façon mobile sur une bride annulaire (5) reliée de façon rigide à la crémaillère mobile (6).
