Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tunnel lining a variety of rectangular segments, with on both sides of the tunnel on the ground a row of supports and on the Tunnel reveal of at least one row of beams according to the preamble of Claim 1, and a method for attaching a tunnel lining from a A plurality of rectangular segments according to the preamble of claim 20.
- US Pat. No. 4,585,371 describes elongated cavities discloses flat plastic elements with which e.g. old Tunnels with eroded walls can be renovated.
- the individual elements can be plugged together and can also be swiveled against each other.
- To this Purpose is one in each side edge of an element Cross-section circular groove provided.
- the other side edge is complementarily profiled.
- the connection of two elements done by two complementary profiled side edges in Longitudinally inserted into each other.
- Part of the elements has a cross-sectionally T-shaped web on the back, which can be fixed to the tunnel reveal. after the Elements connected with each other and at the tunnel reveal have been attached into the cavities of the elements Injected concrete. In addition, the space between the Elements and the tunnel reveal with concrete.
- plastic elements which are not with concrete backfilled is problematic because of this falling rocks or concrete fragments are slightly damaged can be. This is to be expected if the Plastic elements not the rocks behind Insulate sufficiently so that it freezes / thaws in winter is exposed. With large plastic elements there is also a risk that the segments on the stiff Fastening points through vibration and over time Swinging of the elements caused by the passing vehicle Vehicle traffic, can be damaged.
- a tunnel lining should be able to prevent water can seep into the tunnel through the rock or concrete.
- the joints between the Elements sealed by elastomeric sealants which be pressed into the joints.
- elastomeric sealants Have these sealants however, the disadvantage that they are at the interfaces between Like to tear off concrete or plastic and sealant, when the elements change due to the temperature fluctuations expand or shrink.
- US-A-1,785,096 describes means and methods for temporary or permanent Support of the vaulted ceiling and side walls of a coal mine. These funds exist made of curved and flanged metal segments, which are screwed to the flanges are arched together. The arch is supported on both sides. As Supporting the vaulted arch forming side walls is proposed, one on the floor to provide a lying metal profile as a threshold. The metal segments are based on this. in the The transition between the wall and the vaulted ceiling is parallel to the tunnel axis itself extending metal profile is provided as a purlin on which the vaulted ceiling rests. At the Raising the vaulted ceiling, metal segments are joined together and this partially formed vaults and each segment temporarily added to the vaulted part supported.
- a disadvantage of this lining and the method for erecting the tunnel lining is that the metal segments need to be supported during the assembly and therefore the tunnel cross-section is adjusted by sprouts. Another disadvantage is that once attached segment can not be removed because each individual segment is static is needed. It is therefore an object of the present invention to To provide tunnel lining which the largely avoids the aforementioned disadvantages.
- the Tunnel lining should be particularly quick and easy can be assembled. In addition, it should be against Environmental impact, insulation and waterproof. Of further should be individual segments of the tunnel lining can be replaced quickly and easily at any time.
- this is achieved in that two opposite ends of the segments attached to the supports and / or supports are.
- the Supports and beams are mounted beforehand so that the actual installation of the tunnel lining afterwards very quickly can be done because the positioning already during assembly the supports and beams can be made.
- the carrier and Outriggers can have relatively small dimensions only one side of the lane is blocked in the tunnel. Individual segments can be replaced quickly because of these are only attached in two places. This is the Access to the possibly behind the tunnel lining itself existing exhaust air ducts and pipes easily at any time possible.
- This tunnel lining can be used for the renovation of old tunnels as well as used for new tunnels become.
- the segments with the supports and the Supports flexibly connected. So the segments are advantageously not completely rigidly connected to the carrier, but can cause certain changes in length and / or vibrations absorb. This is important because it will damage it the segments can be avoided.
- the segments with the supports are detachable Intervention. Because the segments on the supports are simply e.g. can be hooked in or snapped on additional fasteners can be dispensed with. The assembly can therefore be done very quickly.
- the segments are advantageous pivotable around the support during assembly or disassembly. This greatly facilitates assembly and disassembly because mounting a segment first attached to the supports or supported and then pivoted against the carrier can be.
- the segment expediently has a Channel in which the support engages with an axis. This construction allows a side to be assembled Segment simply hung on the base on the support, against pivoted the beam arranged on the tunnel reveal and then be attached. Additional fasteners are therefore only used to fix the segment on the ceiling needed. However, it is also conceivable the other way round, the segment First hang on the ceiling-sided beam, against the Swivel tunnel reveal and then on the support too fix.
- an arcuate Segment provided, which extends approximately from the floor to extends approximately to the top of the tunnel.
- a segment can be made with only a single segment shape a tunnel to be lined up. This is particularly efficient and cost-saving.
- a beam arranged on the ridge of the tunnel be provided on which two segments on the ceiling side can be attached.
- the segment conveniently has such a dimension that it is during assembly or disassembly easily on the carrier, on which also a lighting can be attached, can be swung past.
- a Tunnel linings are a first and a second segment and at the tunnel reveal two rows of each other opposite carriers are provided, the first segment each on the side of the supports and brackets and the second Segment each on two opposite beams is attached.
- This tunnel lining which in cross section approximately a rectangle is advantageous in tunnels can be used in which in the space between the tunnel lining and the actual tunnel wall, exhaust air ducts, fans, etc. are provided. Depending on the dimensions of the tunnel however also more than two segment types for lining the Tunnels should be provided.
- Appropriate supports for fastening the segments two stops and means for fastening the segments can fix two segments each serve.
- the carriers also have the advantage that they do e.g. electrical installations, such as cable ducts and Illuminations can be attached. They will be advantageous Segments on the beams e.g. held by rails or are clamped by such.
- the segments can have a bead or have a gutter, which with the profile rail in Are engaged so that the segment is reliably fixed without that it must be rigidly connected to the carrier. thanks This type of attachment allows the segments on the Lean on or rest on the profile rail and are thereby flexibly or flexibly connected to the carrier. Thereby can temperature-related changes in length of the segments to be caught.
- the adjacent side edges advantageously overlap at least partially of two abutting segments. This allows water to escape behind the segments drained off and the water cannot enter the tunnel penetrate.
- rubber buffers are provided for the supports or supports. This can protect the segments from wear and damage to be protected.
- the rubber buffers help to compensate for temperature-related changes in length of the segments. It can also be caused by vehicle traffic Vibrations of the segments are dampened.
- the segments made of a glass fiber reinforced are advantageous Plastic, e.g. a flame retardant polyester, manufactured. This makes it particularly lightweight Build segments with good mechanical properties.
- the Plastic segments are not caused by the car exhaust attacked. However, it is also conceivable to look at the segments To manufacture metal.
- the segments expediently point a core made of an insulation material, which is embedded in the glass fiber reinforced plastic and forms a firm bond with it. This matches with a sandwich construction. The mechanical properties of such Segments are particularly good. Through the insulation core be prevented that the behind the tunnel lining rocks or concrete during the cold season freezes. This can stop the erosion of the rock become.
- a between the segments it is expedient to use a between the segments to provide elastomeric sealing material. So that can Gaps or joints between the segments are waterproof be sealed.
- the Gaps between two segments can be done with one Sealing profile sealed on the front or the back become. This sealing profile can therefore also be used as Serve as a cold barrier.
- the sealing profile also has opposite the sealants the advantage that this at a Change in width of the segments does not tear off. Also are Sealing profiles are easier to replace than in the joints pressed sealants.
- the sealing profile expediently points two outwards arched sealing lips, which by a in the middle arranged connecting web are connected. Through the curvature the sealing lips result in a certain preload and the When assembled, sealing lips always lie on the segments on. It has proven to be particularly advantageous if on Connecting bridge two arms protruding approximately at right angles are attached, which the assembled sealing profile in the Center the center of the gap. This allows the due to Temperature fluctuations caused changes in the width of the Segments are absorbed without fear, that the sealing profile slipped. In addition, the Segments together with the described sealing profile can easily be used in tunnel bends because the wide ones Sealing lips also gaping joints of the segments are able to seal.
- the tunnel lining can be installed in that on the ground on both sides of the tunnel at least a number of Supports and at the tunnel reveal at least a number of Straps that are attached to a mounting segment with its bottom end at the Support hung and around the support against the carrier is pivoted and resiliently connected to the carrier and that is necessary for the formation of the tunnel ceiling Segment between two opposite beams is also flexibly attached.
- This is a simple one cost-effective and, above all, fast method of application a tunnel lining.
- the actual assembly of the Segments can e.g. done from a vehicle. from From the vehicle, the segments can be lowered onto the support, hung and pivoted against the carrier, on which these are then flexibly clamped or hung can be. This allows the segments to vibrate and / or Absorb changes in length.
- the elements are not replaced by a Variety of screws and the like need to be attached but can only be attached in two places.
- the bottom-side attachment can be done simply by hanging the Segments on the support. Once the segments the segments are locked at the ceiling appropriate training of the bottom connection more to be lifted out of the support. So it can no other fasteners on the bottom.
- the joints between the segments are advantageous Pulling a sealing profile sealed into the joints.
- the sealing profile can be the joints on the front and on seal the back. This is an easy and quick one Process to waterproof the joints. Big The advantage here is that the sealing profile is quick at all times can be replaced. Due to the double-sided sealing of the joints no cold bridge can arise at this point.
- the segments 13 have one the curvature adapted to the tunnel radius and extend from Floor 17 to just under the top of the tunnel 19 Segments 13 on a support 21 and on the tunnel wall 18 they are clamped or suspended on a carrier 23.
- the Carrier 23 can e.g. by screws 27 on the tunnel wall 18 be attached.
- the pivot radius R of the segments 13 around Support 21 is such that the segments 13 on a Carrier 23 arranged light source 29 easily can be swung past.
- the segments 13 can, depending after whether the side edges are overlapping or not, individually or together with one or both of the neighboring ones Segments 13 are replaced. It needs Tunnel lighting 29 can not be dismantled.
- FIG 2 is another tunnel lining made of two different segments 11, 12.
- the segments 11, 12 are only light arched, and the tunnel lining has an approximate rectangular cross section.
- the segments 11, 12 are on the side attached to the carriers 24 by means of the profiled rails 36, 38.
- Illumination 29 can also be arranged on the supports 24 his.
- This tunnel lining has the advantage of being above of the horizontal segment 12 still enough space for the Installation of exhaust air ducts, fans etc. remains. In the case of very wide tunnels, however, it is also conceivable to cover the To form tunnel lining from two horizontal segments, which of two side and one in the middle of the tunnel arranged carrier are held.
- the segments 11, 12, 13 are advantageously composed of one glass fiber reinforced plastic. Also own a core 31 made of an insulation material (FIGS. 3, 4, 7 and 8). This also makes the segments 11, 12, 13 an effective one Cold protection and it can be prevented that e.g. the earth or rock masses freezing behind the segments and erode.
- the insulation material is firm with the glass fiber reinforced plastic connected. This will make one Sandwich structure realizes what big loads can withstand.
- FIG 3 are two different embodiments of the ceiling-side connection point of the segments 11, 12, 13 on the beam 23,24 shown in more detail.
