Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbau tiefer Gräben, bestehend auspaarweise in gleichen Abständen längs des Grabens einander gegenüberstehend anzuordnenden vertikalen Stützen (1,2),die Stützen (1,2) eines Stützenpaares auf Abstand haltenden steifen Spreizrahmen (6), die formschlüssig vertikal verschiebbar an den Stützen (1,2) geführt sind undgroßflächigen äußeren Verbauplatten (4) und inneren Verbauplatten (5), deren vertikale Ränder in Führungskanälen (3) der Stützen (1 und 2) vertikal verschiebbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Seitenwände (31) der Stützen (1,2) über die Innenwand (34) nach innen erstrecken und an deren überragenden Enden (31') die Stützflansche (32) angeordnet sind und zwischen den Stützflanschen (32) und den überragenden Teilen (31') der Seitenwände (31) ein vertikaler Führungskanal (18) angeordnet ist, der eine an beiden Stirnseiten des Spreizrahmens (6) befindliche vertikale Schiene (40) formschlüssig umgreift und zu beiden Seiten dieser Schiene (40) um horizontale Achsen (11) drehbare Rollen (12) am Spreizrahmen (6) gelagert sind, die auf den Außenseiten der Stützflansche (32) abrollen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den freien Enden der Stützflansche (32) Seitenflansche (33) abgewinkelt sind und in den überragenden Teilen (31') der Seitenwände (31) und an den Seitenflanschen (33) horizontale Achsen (37), auf denen sich die Verbauplatten (4,5) abstützen, so befestigt sind, daß Achsstummel (39) in den Raum zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden (31) ragen und die innere Führung des Führungskanals (18) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Achsen (37) drehbar Rollen (38) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Außenseiten der Seitenwände (31) der Stützen (1,2) und den Innenseiten der Seitenflansche (33) horizontale aussteifende Wände (24,25) eingeschweißt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungskanal (18) nur im oberen Teil der Stütze (1,2), der sich über 4/6 bis 5/6 der Gesamthöhe erstreckt, angeordnet ist und im unteren Bereich der Stütze (1,2), der sich über 2/6 bis 1/6 der Gesamthöhe erstreckt, die den Raum zwischen den Seitenwänden (31) innen abschließende Innenwand (26) in der Ebene der Stützflansche (32) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der steife Spreizrahmen (6,6',6") sich zusammensetzt aus einer oberen Querstrebe (7) und einer unteren Querstrebe (8), einer rechten Vertikalstrebe (9) und einer linken Vertikalstrebe (10), wobei die beiden Querstreben (7,8) an ihren Enden mit rechtwinklig zur Längsachse der Querstreben (7,8) stehenden Anschraubplatten (15) versehen sind, die an Anschraubplatten (16) angeschraubt sind, die am oberen und unteren Ende der Vertikalstreben (9,10) parallel zu deren Längsachse angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (11) mit den Rollen (12) in Höhe der Querstreben (7,8) an den Vertikalstreben (9,10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querstreben (7,8) längenveränderbare Spreizen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen (12) oben und unten durch Schutzbleche (41) abgedeckt sind, die ein Verschmutzen der Rollen verhindern und an den Rollen (12) anhaftenden Schmutz bzw. anhaftende Erde abstreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen (1,2) an ihren oberen Enden mit einem Anschlußflansch (22) versehen sind zum Anschrauben einer Anschlußstütze und daß der Anschlußflansch (22) mit Schraublöchern und einer Zentrieröffnung (23) versehen ist, in die ein Zentrierzapfen der Anschlußstütze eingreift.
