Claims (11)
- Handbetätigtes Austraggerät für eine Doppelaustragkartusche für Zweikomponentenmassen, mit einer Doppelschubstange (4, 44) und einem gemeinsam auf die Doppelschubstange wirkenden, über einen Abzughebel (3) betätigbaren Vorschubantrieb, wobei der Vorschubantrieb ein Vorschuborgan (7) enthält, das über eine Verzahnung (18) an der Doppelschubstange (4, 44) auf diese wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne der Verzahnung (18) an der Doppelschubstange (4, 44) gegen das freie Ende des Griffes (2) des Gerätes gerichtet sind und das Vorschuborgan (7) einen mehrere Zähne (17, 24) aufweisenden, federbeaufschlagten Mitnehmer (16, 23, 38) enthält, der in einer etwa senkrecht zur Austragrichtung erfolgenden Bewegung im wesentlichen senkrecht auf die Verzahnung (18) an der Doppelschubstange (4, 44) wirkt, und das Vorschuborgan im wesentlichen nur in Richtung der Doppelschubstange bzw. Austragrichtung wirkt.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (16, 38) als Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist oder einen Hohlraum (39) aufweist, in dem eine Druckfeder (19, 40) angeordnet ist und mit einem durch das Gehäuse (5, 45) geführten Hebel (20, 42) verbunden ist.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abzughebel (43) am Vorschuborgan (7) über ein Bogen-Ausgleichselement (36) angelenkt ist, das im wesentlichen parallel zur Doppelschubstange (44) geführt ist.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abzughebel (3, 33) am Vorschuborgan (7) über einen Bolzen (6) angelenkt ist und mit mindestens einem Bogen-Ausgleichselement (14, 35) zusammenarbeitet, das im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Doppelschubstange (4) gleitbar geführt ist.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bogen-Ausgleichselement als Lasche (36) ausgebildet ist, die an einem Ende über eine Achse (37) am Vorschuborgan (7) angelenkt und linear geführt und am anderen Ende über einen Bolzen (6) derart mit dem Abzughebel (43) verbunden ist, dass sie dort dessen bogenförmige Bewegung mitmacht.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bogen-Ausgleichselement zwei Gleitschuhe (14) aufweist, die am Abzughebel (3) über eine Achse (13) angelenkt und in Fächern (15) im Gehäuse (5) gleitbar geführt sind.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse für den Abzughebel (33) ein als Bogen-Ausgleichselement dienender halbkreisförmiger Körper (35) ist, der in einer entsprechenden Ausbuchtung (34) im Abzughebel (33) anliegt.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei am Gehäuse (5) abgestützte Rückholfedern (21, 22) auf das Vorschuborgan (7) wirken.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (5, 45) mit dem Griff (2) und dem Deckel (12, 47), die Doppelschubstange (4, 44), der Mitnehmer (16, 23, 38) und das Vorschuborgan (7) sowie der Abzughebel (3, 33, 43) aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche für den Antrieb erforderlichen Teile (3, 33, 43; 4, 44; 16, 23, 38; 14, 35, 36) im Gehäuseunterteil (5, 45) eingebaut und durch einen gesicherten Deckel (12, 47) gehalten sind.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine auf die Doppelschubstange (4, 44) wirkende Reibungsbremse (26) aufweist.
