Claims (13)
- Verbrennungskessel, insbesondere für die Müllverbrennung, mit einem Förderrost für das Verbrennungsgut, der aus im Abstand angeordneten, rotierenden Rollen besteht, die Gasdurchtrittsöffnungen zur Einleitung von Luft und/oder Gas in den Verbrennungsraum bzw. das Verbrennungsgut aufweisen, mit zwischen benachbarten Rollen angeordneten Sperrelementen zur Verhinderung bzw. Minimierung eines Durchrutschens von Verbrennungsgut durch die Zwischenräume zwischen den Rollen, weiterhin mit Dichtelementen, die den Zwischenraum zwischen den Sperrelementen und den Rollenoberflächen zum Verbrennungsraum hin abdichten, sich in Längsrichtung der Rollen erstrecken und federnd an den Rollen anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (14) als tangential an die Rollenumfangsfläche (12) anliegende Kufenprofile (25) ausgebildet sind, deren kufenförmig gekrümmtes freies Ende (16) in Umfangsrichtung der Rollen (2) weist.
- Verbrennungskessel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrelemente (9) als zwischen benachbarten Rollen (2) im Abstand zu diesen parallel zur Rollenachse verlaufende, hitzebeständige, an Halterungen (10) befestigte Streifen ausgebildet sind, die sich etwa radial zu den Rollen (2) erstrecken.
- Verbrennungskessel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (14) unterhalb der Sperrelemente (9) an deren Halterungen (10) angeordnet sind.
- Verbrennungskessel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (14) an den sich etwa radial zu den Rollen (2) erstreckenden Streifen angeordnet sind.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen den Außenkanten des Sperrelementes (9) und den jeweils zugehörigen Rollenumfangsflächen zwischen ca. 10 und 30 mm liegt.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen den Außenkanten des Sperrelementes (9) und den jeweils zugehörigen Rollenumfangsflächen einstellbar ist.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenkanten der Sperrelemente (9) durch an diesen befestigbare Sperrprofile (11) gebildet sind.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federwirkung der Dichtelemente (14) durch eine die Berührungszone (15) von Dichtelement (14) und Rollenumfangsfläche (12) gegen die Rollenumfangsfläche drückende bzw. das Dichtelement (14) nach außen abstützende Hilfsfeder (17) verstärkt wird.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (14) bzw. die Hilfsfeder (17) aus mehreren, vorzugsweise drei übereinander gelegten Federblechstreifen (19) bestehen.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtelemente (14) auf der den Rollen (2) zugewandten Seite eine verschleiß- und abriebfeste Streifenlage (26) aufweisen.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federblechstreifen (19) und/oder die verschleißfeste Streifenlage (26) durch Nieten (27) oder Schweißpunkte (28) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Rollenumfangsflächen (12) gemeinsam berührende Ebene eine schiefe Ebene ist, die in Richtung zur Verbrennungsgutförderrichtung geneigt ist.
- Verbrennungskessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen (2) als Hohlrollen mit Manteldurchbrüchen aus gebildet sind.
