Claims (8)
- Procédé pour l'extraction des matières grasses et d'huiles à partir de substances naturelles à l'aide de propane liquide en tant que solvant, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue l'extraction à une pression de 10 à 30 bars et à une température de 10 à 55°C et l'on procède à la séparation des matières grasses et huiles extraites du solvant par diminution de la pression et ou augmentation de la température jusqu'à ≤ ou égal à 80°C.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue l'extraction à une pression de 15 à 25 bars et à une température de 20 à 45°C.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on procède à la séparation par évaporation isobare du solvant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la matière de départ contenant la matière grasse ou l'huile est mise en oeuvre sous la forme granulée ou agglomérée en boulettes.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise le propane liquide dans une quantité de 2,5 à 500 g. par g. de la matière grasse ou de l'huile à extraire.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la charge en gaz des matières grasses et des huiles est de 5 à 25 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre le propane liquide dans une pureté technique (environ 90 %) et sous forme désodorisée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on procède à l'extraction dans plusieurs autoclaves d'extraction montés en série.
