Claims (9)
- Dispositif de maintien pour une lampe murale (1), comportant une plaque de maintien (3) destinée à être fixée sur un mur (4) en dépassant à la manière d'un socle, et un corps de luminaire (2) qui est agencé de son côté en pivotement sur la plaque de maintien (3) et amovible à volonté, et qui présente un boîtier (2a) qui entoure à la manière d'un capuchon le contour de bordure (3a) de la plaque de maintien (3), caractérisé en ce qu'une patte (5) rigide et guidée en déplacement longitudinal dans un plan parallèle au mur (4) est agencée sur la plaque de maintien (3), ladite patte (5) comportant un tronçon (5b) ,librement accessible dans sa position finale, avec une bande de bordure (5c) au moyen de laquelle le boîtier (2a), pourvu d'un crochet (2d) en forme de fourreau peut être accroché à la manière d'une charnière et assuré à l'encontre des chutes, et est ainsi retenu d'une manière propre au montage, et en ce que la patte (5) est ensuite susceptible d'être déplacée ensemble avec le corps de luminaire (2) accroché, à la manière d'un chariot jusqu'au milieu de la plaque de maintien (3) jusqu'à ce que le boîtier (2a) soit maintenu dans sa position de fonctionnement, de manière pivotante et pratiquement invisible sur la plaque de maintien, son côté postérieur ouvert (2a') par-dessus le contour de bordure en dépassement (3a), de sorte qu'il suffit ensuite d'attacher le corps de luminaire (2) sur la plaque de maintien (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la patte rigide (5) est guidée dans une barrette (3b) qui dépasse à la manière d'un pontet sur la plaque de maintien (3).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la patte (5) est mise en place de préférence depuis le haut librement entre la barrette (3b) et la face avant (3c) de la plaque de maintien (3), et en ce qu'elle comporte des talons (5a) en dépassement latéral, qui limitent la position finale.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre la patte (5) et la face avant (3c) détournée du mur (4) de la plaque de maintien (3) uniquement un jeu adapté à l'épaisseur du matériau du crochet (2d).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on empêche grâce à la forme du crochet (2d) un décrochage spontané du boîtier (2a) hors de la patte (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'accrochage du type charnière du corps de luminaire (2) est prévu à la face inférieure de la plaque de maintien (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2a) peut être accroché avec un talon ou une contre-dépouille sur la face supérieure de la plaque de maintien (3), et est ensuite retenu de manière autonome.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du corps de luminaire (2) est réalisée au moyen d'une vis (6) agencée sur la face supérieure de la plaque de maintien (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la position et la distance du crochet (2d) sur la face arrière ouverte (2a') du boîtier (2a) sont choisies de manière qu'en fonction de l'épaisseur de la plaque de maintien (3) et de la distance prédéterminée qui en résulte de la patte (5), le corps de luminaire (2) peut être basculé jusqu'au mur (4) dans la position de montage, sa face inférieure (2f) étant approximativement à angle droit.
