Claims (11)
- Dispositif équipant une machine à relier, pour pratiquer des rainures s'étendant, sur le dos d'un corps d'ouvrage enserré à demeure, à peu près transversalement par rapport aux bords latéraux ou de pliage, au moyen d'un outil d'enlèvement de copeaux et d'une contre-butée agencée au-dessus de l'outil et réalisée sous la forme d'une surface d'appui arrondie qui confère, à la partie débordante du corps d'ouvrage, un appui latéral s'opposant à la force de sectionnement, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (8) agissant sur la partie débordante est réalisée sous la forme d'une surface d'appui (9) cylindrique et rotative au-dessus d'une gorge (10), entourant la trajectoire de mouvement de l'outil de rainurage (5), d'un guide (11) accusant un retrait par rapport à la surface cylindrique d'appui (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, présentant un outil de rainurage entraîné autour d'un axe implanté perpendiculairement au dos du corps d'ouvrage, caractérisé par le fait que la gorge (10) est réalisée de manière à s'étendre le long d'un segment circulaire.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que la surface cylindrique d'appui (9) est réalisée en tant que disque saillant d'un corps rotatif monté à peu près perpendiculairement au plan de façonnage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (8) est réalisée de manière à glisser sur la plaque de guidage (11) par le bord extrême.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-butée (8) est montée sur un arbre de portée (19) fixé, d'un côté, dans un support (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que ce dernier est de réalisation réglable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'arbre de portée (19) est guidé axialement, dans la plaque de guidage (11), à l'extrémité tournée à l'opposé de l'extrémité de fixation.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 5 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que le support (20) est relié à la plaque de guidage (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de guidage (11) est réalisée en plusieurs parties.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de guidage (11) est formée d'une plaque d'assise (12), et de deux pièces d'embase amovibles (13, 14) qui présentent la trajectoire de mouvement de l'outil de rainurage (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces d'embase (13, 14) forment l'extrémité de la plaque de guidage (11) qui est tournée vers la partie débordante (7).
