Hierzu ist der auf den Aushang 7 einwirkende Gegenhalter 8 mit einer drehbaren zylindrischen Stützfläche 9 ausgestattet, die durch Friktion mit dem Aushang 7 antriebsverbunden ist, jedoch auch mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit wie die Buchblöcke 2 angetrieben sein könnte. Der antreibbare Gegenhalter 8 ist oberhalb einer die Bewegungsbahn des Kerbwerkzeuges 5 seitlich umgebenden Nut 10 angeordnet, wobei letztere in einer gegenüber dem Buchblock von der zylindrischen Stützfläche 9 zurückversetzten Führungsplatte 11, die wie dargestellt auch aus mehreren Teilen 12, 13, 14 bestehen kann, angeordnet ist. Ist die Führungsplatte einstückig ausgebildet, so bedarf es eines grösseren Aushanges 7, um die beabsichtigte Kerbtiefe erzielen zu können, und einer seitlichen Verstärkung der Führungsplatte 11.

- Device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the cylindrical supporting surface (9) is designed as a projecting disc of a body of rotation which is mounted approximately perpendicularly with respect to the machining plane.
- Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the steady (8) is formed such that it slides on the end border of the guide plate (11).
- Device according to Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the steady (8) is mounted on a bearing shaft (19) fastened on one side in a carrier (20).
- Device according to Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it is designed to be adjustable.
- Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that, at the end located opposite the fastening end, the bearing shaft (19) is guided axially in the guide plate (11).
- Device according to Claims 5 and 7, characterized in that the carrier (20) is connected to the guide plate (11).
- Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the guide plate (11) is designed in a number of parts.
- Device according to Claim 9, characterized in that the guide plate (11) is formed from a basic plate (12) and two releasable base plates (13, 14) which have the movement path of the notching tool (5).
- Device according to Claim 10, characterized in that the base parts (13, 14) form that end of the guide plate (11) which is oriented towards the overhang (7).
