Claims (5)
- Procédé pour la préparation en continu et le transport simultané d'un mélange homogène d'un matériau de construction apte à être pompé, contenant de l'eau ainsi qu'un solide apte à assurer un lien hydraulique, tel que du mortier pour enduit, le solide et l'eau étant fournis dans une chambre de mélange, sensiblement dans la région centrale de son espace de mélange, avec dosage en continu des proportions mutuelles du mélange, et étant ensuite transportés sous la forme d'un écoulement massique en forme de tore, avec établissement d'une pression d'accumulation, pour être ainsi mélangés, au moyen d'une vis de mélange comportant des volutes hélicoïdales entourant un arbre, les inclusions d'air sortant du mélange ainsi obtenu, à contre-courant du gradient d'accumulation de pression et étant extraites hors de la chambre de mélange en un emplacement de l'espace de mélange qui est opposé à la direction du transport, caractérisé en ce que les solides sont introduits dans la chambre de mélange avec dosage volumétrique au moyen d'une écluse à roue cellulaire, et que l'eau est introduite dans la chambre de mélange sous pression, avec dosage volumétrique et par un grand nombre de jets de projection périphériques et concentriques, et en ce que,
à l'extrémité du parcours de mélange, l'écoulement massique du mélange s'effectue autour d'une plaque de retenue concentrique, est introduit du côté introduction d'une pompe à matières denses à partir des régions périphériques de la chambre de mélange, et y est réalisé plus loin avec l'établissement d'une pression de pompage. - Dispositif pour la préparation en continu et le transport simultané d'un mélange homogène d'un matériau de construction apte à être pompé, contenant de l'eau ainsi qu'un solide apte à assurer un lien hydraulique, tel que du mortier pour enduit, en vue de la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant:un tube de mélange (1) à l'intérieur duquel sont disposés une vis de mélange (3) présentant des volutes hélicoïdales (4) entourant un arbre d'entraînement (2), comme organe de mélange, età l'extrémité (8), située du côté de l'entraînement, de la vis de mélange (3), un organe de désaération (9) situé dans la région supérieure du tube de mélange (1), etl'arbre d'entraînement (2) de la vis de mélange (3) étant relié à rotation solidaire au rotor (18) de la pompe (16) à matières denses par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement (17), caractérisé par les particularités:a) sensiblement à la moitié de la longueur du tube de mélange (1), est disposée une ouverture d'alimentation (5), avec à l'intérieur de celle-ci un dispositif de dosage (6) des matières solides qui comporte une écluse à roue cellulaire,b) à côté de l'ouverture d'alimentation (5), à l'intérieur du tube de mélange (1), on trouve un dispositif périphérique d'injection d'eau (7), lequel est un profité creux de forme annulaire, soudé de manière étanche à la paroi interne du tube de mélange (1) et présentant un grand nombre d'alésages d'injection (19) disséminés à la périphérie, présentant par exemple une section transversale en forme d'angle ou en forme de U ou en forme de demi-cercle,c) à l'extrémité (10) située du côté de la sortie, la vis de mélange (3) présente une plaque de retenue (11) qui laisse libre un interstice annulaire périphérique (13) entre la paroi interne du tube de mélange (1) et le bord externe (12) de la plaque de retenue (11);d) en remplacement d'au moins une partie de ses volutes hélicoïdales (4), la vis de mélange (3) est équipée d'aubes de mélange.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement (17) entre l'arbre d'entraînement (2) et le rotor de la pompe (18) de la pompe (16) à matières denses est configuré comme accouplement élastique qui présente des organes intermédiaires d'accouplement réalisés en un matériau élastique tel que caoutchouc ou plastique.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement (17) est équipé d'une protection contre les surcharges, par exemple une protection (22) à boulon d'arrachement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de désaération (9) est disposé sur le tube de mélange (11), dans la région sèche (23) de celui-ci.
