Claims (3)
- Dispositif de nettoyage et de vidange des conduits pour boissons dans des systèmes de soutirage, dans un robinet puisard que l'on peut placer sur le fût de boissons, lequel robinet puisard est composé d'un boîtier de robinet puisard (1) avec un tuyau (4) de mise en perce, d'un mécanisme (5, 22) de commande et de raccords latéraux pour l'amenée de gaz carbonique (21, 6) et du fluide de nettoyage (25a), avec un tuyau (7) déplaçable longitudinalement, placé dans le tuyau de mise en perce du robinet puisard, lequel tuyau (7) est abaissé dans la position de débit, relié par son extrémité (26) inférieure avec l'ouverture (27) inférieure du tuyau (4) de mise en perce et séparé d'un espace (25) intermédiaire entre le tuyau (4) de mise en perce et le tuyau (7) servant à l'amenée du fluide de nettoyage et lequel tuyau (7) est soulevé dans la position de nettoyage et de changement de fût, relié par son extrémité (26) inférieure avec l'espace (25) intermédiaire dans le tuyau (4) de mise en perce et séparé de l'ouverture (27) inférieure de celui-ci,dans lequel un manchon (9) tubulaire est placé de manière mobile dans un espace (8) élargi à l'extrémité (7a) supérieure du tuyau (7) et une pièce rapportée (10) faisant saillie latéralement est disposée dans la région de l'extrémité (7a) supérieure citée, laquelle pièce rapportée (10) présente une perforation (11) ouverte dans la position de nettoyage et fermée dans la position de débit et de changement de fût, s'étendant dans l'espace (8) élargi du tuyau (7), un piston (14) amenant une boule (12) d'éponge dans l'espace (8) cité et à chaque fois une perforation (16) s'étendant perpendiculairement à celui-ci pour l'entrée d'un autre boule (12) d'éponge,sur laquelle pièce rapportée (10) est placé de manière mobile un boîtier (15) à l'intérieur duquel est disposé le piston (14) s'étendant dans la perforation (11), lequel présente une perforation (18) coudée à son extrémité (18a) antérieure et s'étendant longitudinalement et dont l'ouverture (19) de sortie est reliée par un conduit (20) avec le raccord (6) de gaz carbonique du boîtier de robinet puisard (1),sur le boîtier (15) sont prévus un magasin (13) pour les boules (12) d'éponge et un raccord (21) de gaz carbonique qui est relié avec la perforation (18) du piston (14) dans la position de débit mais qui par contre est fermé par celui-ci (14) dans la position de changement de fût et de nettoyage, de même qu'il est prévu sur le boîtier (15) une perforation (17) d'aération qui est reliée avec l'extrémité (18a) de la perforation (18) dans la position de nettoyage et le tuyau (4) de mise en perce présente dans la région de l'espace (25) intermédiaire un raccord (25a) pour le fluide de nettoyage qui est relié avec ce dernier (25)
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau (7) présente dans la région centrale et inférieure une section réduite pour former un espace (25) intermédiaire et des ouvertures (26) latérales pour l'entrée du fluide sont prévues à l'extrémité inférieure.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un levier (23) de commande est disposé sur un arbre (22) pour le déplacement longitudinal coulissant du boîtier (15) sur la pièce rapportée (10), un renflement (24) étant prévu sur l'extrémité inférieure arrière du boîtier (15) pour le soulèvement forcé du tuyau (7) de montée et le manchon (9) effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient sur une glissière (23a) et un élément de guidage (23b).
