Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour commander le changement de couleur dans une installation d'enduction en utilisant un ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur avec des vannes de couleur commandées (F1 à F5), réparties le long d'un canal de couleur (10, 210) en débouchant dans celui-ci et attribuées à des matières de revêtement de différentes couleurs, dans lequel
    après l'ouverture de la vanne de couleur (F3) avec une matière de revêtement d'une couleur souhaitée, cette matière de revêtement sort d'une conduite d'amenée (12, 212) à travers la vanne de couleur (F3) ouverte dans le canal de couleur et s'écoule de celui-ci dans une conduite de sortie (4, 204) commune aux couleurs, et
    après la fermeture de la vanne de couleur (F3) et avant l'ouverture d'une vanne de couleur (F1 à F5) pour la matière colorée souhaitée suivante, l'ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur est rincé,
    caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'ouverture de la vanne de couleur (F3) pour la matière de revêtement respectivement souhaitée, la partie du canal de couleur (10, 210) se trouvant du côté de l'embouchure de la vanne de couleur (F3) à ouvrir qui est détourné de la conduite de sortie (4, 204) est fermée par rapport à la partie tournée vers la conduite de sortie (4, 204).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour fermer le canal de couleur (10, 210), un élément de retenue (6, 202, 206) est poussé à travers le canal de couleur.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une matière de revêtement restant à l'issue de l'opération d'enduction après la fermeture de la vanne de couleur (F3), avant l'ouverture d'une vanne de couleur (F1 à F5) pour la matière de revêtement souhaitée suivante, est repoussée par un écouvillon hors de la conduite de sortie (4, 204) et de la partie non fermée du canal de couleur (10, 210) à travers la vanne de couleur (F3) réouverte à cet effet dans la conduite d'amenée (12, 212) de celle-ci, l'écouvillon étant déplacé lorsque la matière de revêtement est repoussée hors de la conduite de sortie (4, 204) dans le canal de couleur (10, 210) jusqu'au point de retenue de celui-ci à l'embouchure de la vanne de couleur ouverte (F3).
  5. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur pour relier à un élément d'application un certain nombre de conduites d'amenée (12, 212) pour une matière de revêtement de différentes couleurs sélectionnables,
    avec des vannes de couleur (F1 à F5) pour les couleurs sélectionnables, qui sont montées entre respectivement une conduite d'amenée (12, 212) et un canal de couleur (10, 210) qui leur est commun et dont la sortie mène à une conduite de sortie (4, 204) commune aux couleurs,
    dans lequel plusieurs vannes de couleur (F1 à F5) sont disposées de façon répartie le long du canal de couleur (10, 110),
    dans lequel un élément de retenue mobile (6, 202, 206) est prévu dans le canal de couleur (10, 210),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de retenue mobile (6, 202, 206) peut être ajusté par un dispositif d'entraînement réglable (8, 205, 208) dans des positions sélectionnables dans lesquelles il ferme la partie du canal de couleur (10, 210) qui se trouve sur le côté détourné de la conduite de sortie (4, 204) de la vanne de couleur (F3) respectivement sélectionnée part rapport à la partie tournée vers la conduite de sortie (4, 204).
  6. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (8) permet de réaliser un mouvement relatif entre les vannes de couleur (F1 à F5) et un verrou de retenue (7) qui s'étend de l'extrémité détournée de la conduite de sortie (4) du canal de couleur (10) dans le canal de couleur, et à l'extrémité duquel, tournée vers la conduite de sortie (4), se trouve l'élément de retenue (6) dans sa position de fermeture à l'embouchure de la vanne de couleur (F3) respectivement sélectionnée.
  7. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (6) est un écouvillon ou un corps d'étanchéité pouvant être déplacé par le verrou de retenue (7) et adjacent à la paroi intérieure du canal de couleur (10).
  8. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'entraînement (205) permet d'effectuer un mouvement relatif entre les vannes de couleur (F1 à F5) et un élément de tuyau (202) qui s'étend dans le canal de couleur depuis le côté du canal de couleur (210) détourné de la conduite de sortie (204) et qui comprend l'élément de retenue se trouvant dans la position de fermeture au niveau de l'embouchure de la vanne de couleur (F3) respectivement sélectionnée.
  9. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue est formé par le fond fermé de l'élément de tuyau mobile (202), et
    l'élément de tuyau (202) comporte au moins une ouverture (211) pouvant s'aligner sur l'embouchure de la vanne de couleur (F3) respectivement ouverte.

Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le canal de couleur (10, 210), la conduite de sortie (4, 204) et le raccordement (3, 203) entre ceux-ci sont réalisés de façon raclable avec un diamètre intérieur restant constant en continu.
  11. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que depuis l'extrémité, détournée de la conduite de sortie (204), du canal de couleur (210), un verrou (207) s'étend dans l'élément de tuyau (202), le verrou pouvant être déplacé par un système d'entraînement spécifique (208) dans le canal de couleur.
  12. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (7) ou l'élément de tuyau mobile (202) comprend des ouvertures des vannes qui conduisent un produit de rinçage et/ou de l'air comprimé dans le canal de couleur (10, 210) et/ou qui raccordent une conduite de recyclage au canal de couleur.
  13. Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les vannes de couleur (F1 à F5) sont des vannes à pointeau dont le pointeau (14) et le siège de vanne (13) forment une transition progressive avec la paroi intérieure du canal de couleur (10, 210) pour diminuer le volume mort lorsque la vanne est fermée.

Ensemble de vannes de changement de couleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les conduites d'amenée (12, 212) pour une matière de revêtement demandée plus souvent sont raccordées à des vannes de couleur (F4, F5) qui sont disposées plus proche de la conduite de sortie (4, 204) que des vannes de couleur (F1, F2) pour une matière de revêtement demandée moins souvent.
