DE-OS3942788描述了一种用以清洁和排空液体管线，特别是在分配系统中的饮料管线的装置。它具有一滑阀或旋转滑阀，其中滑阀在阀壳体内做切断移动，以此种方式至少一个由滑阀横裁面的孔与流入饮料的连通支路连接；它还具有一个用于储存弹性，球状的清洁体的圆筒形储料匣和一个供水连接支路，其特征在于它们均直接设在滑阀的上侧，能由合适的驱动设备致动。在各自相应的孔之上，有用于弹性、球状清洁体的圆筒形储料匣和将饮料软管线引向柜台的连接支路，在阀壳体下部有用于供清洁水的螺纹接头以及供应饮料通路，供应饮料诸通孔之间的距离与滑阀上的两孔间距离相等，以此种方式，滑阀在操作状态的一终端位置，两孔对准阀壳体下部的两个连接支路。在清洁或排空状态，关闭了供应饮料的通孔，而将引向柜台的饮料管线连接于提供清洁水的螺纹接头上。
已有公知的清洁装置具有显著的优点，即能对引向柜台的饮料管线进行相当快速的清洁和排空。已有公知的装置，它是直接放于饮料容器上面，例如放于啤酒桶上面。
本发明的目的在于提供在一开始描述的清洁装置，它是集中装配于分配器盖，能置于饮料桶上，也能保证与二氧化碳气体源的连接。
为达到上述目的，提出按照权利要求1所述的装置。
该装置造成这样的情况，清洁程序直接地开始在桶放液，在桶放液状态下，饮料管线自动关闭，连接到饮料管线的水流入，而啤酒管线被水充满。在转换饮料桶状态下，排出水、分配器盖从与其装配的桶上移走，关闭二氧化碳管线，并且清洁分配器盖和完成桶的装配。
从属权利要求描述了对按照本发明的装置的实质性的改进。
通过最佳实施例并结合附图的各种位置，将更详细地说明本发明的装置。

从图1至图5可以看出，在分配器盖壳体1的内部。有一分配器盖的密封垫2，它在桶部3的上法兰提供密封。在分配器盖壳体的内部，有一液体导管4，通过启动杆5和驱动机构(没详细示出)，可使液体导管移动。
所说分配器盖壳体1有一用以连接二氧化碳气体的连接支路6。
分配器盖1的液体导管4的内部，有一纵长的可移动的管7，作为立管连接。在管7的上端有一扩展室8，在其中插入纵长可移的管状连接件9，该连接件用以与啤酒管线连接。在管7的上端区设置一侧面突出的连接件10，它具有伸入到扩展室8的孔11。该孔用以提供从储料匣13引入的海绵橡胶球12。为达到上述目的，在壳体15的内部设置一柱塞14，能以滑动的形式推进到连接件10。连接件10有两个孔16和17，并与孔11垂直相通，用以使另一个海绵橡胶球12进入和二氧化碳排出。在壳体15的内部所设置的柱塞14具有一纵长的、有角度的孔18，其尾部孔19通过管线20与分配器盖1的二氧化碳连接支路6相连接。
在可移动的壳体15的上侧设有用以提供海绵橡胶球12的储料匣13。所说的壳体15上有一接头21，它与二氧化碳瓶相连接，当处于分配状态时，正好与形成角度的孔18对准。这样，通过管线21、孔18、尾部开孔19、软管20将二氧化碳供到连接支路6。
利用安装在22上的手柄23可使壳体15在连接件10上滑动。利用滑轨23a和设置在管状连接件9上端的引导件23b，引导件可以向上运动。在壳体15上的弯曲部分24用以迫使立管7提升。管7的下部区，即图示的渐渐缩小的剖面，以致在该管和分配器件1的立管4之间形成中间室25。当清洁时，将水输送到立管7内部的水接头25a通到中间室25。
在图1所示的分配状态，管7向下移动至这样的程度，即通过进入多个开孔26，来自桶1的饮料能进入到其内部，经由接头6，二氧化碳在中间室25与饮料混合。然后，经由分配泵饮料被排出。在图1所示的状态下，最低位置的海绵橡胶球12在柱塞14的前面处于准备位置。
在图2所示的位置，内管7向上移动至这样的程度，即下开孔27被关闭，以致该装置处于桶变换的状态。图3示出该位置的后视图，从此可以看到轨道23a和引导件23b的位置。管9还未被升起。
图4示出按照本发明的装置的清洁状态。
在利用轨道23a和引导件23b使与啤酒管线引导连接的管状连接件9升起的期间，下开孔27仍然关闭，以致在其下侧室8具有了自由空间。同时，利用手柄23使壳体15完全移动到连接件10上，此时手柄处于垂直位置。这种状况延续到柱塞14推进到让海绵橡胶球12处于室8内的程度。同时，由接头21提供的二氧化碳被中断而储料匣13在孔16的上方，其结果是，另一个海绵橡胶球能落到该孔。
正如上面已经描述的，水可以从室25进入立管7的内部。因此，海绵橡胶球可以与水一起通过管状件9进入啤酒管线，并能由分配泵抽走，其结果是，清洁了啤酒管线系统。
如果已经实现了管线清洁，手柄23可再次向下，其结果是，该装置回到分配状态。
图4所示的位置也示出了按照图5的后视图。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于清洁和排空在分配系统中的饮料液体管线的装置，该装置是可置于饮料桶上面的分配器盖，它包括一具有液体导管的分配器盖壳体、一个驱动机构和一个用于提供二氧化碳气体的连接支路，其特征是，在分配器盖(1)的液体导管(4)内插入一纵长可移动的管(7)，在其上端，有一管状连接件(9)以滑动的方式插入在扩展室(8)内，所说的上端区设置一侧面突出的连接件(10)，它具有伸入到扩展室(8)的孔(11)，便于柱塞(14)将海绵橡胶球(12)供到室(8)，还具有孔(16、17)，并与孔(11)垂直相通，该孔用于让另一个海绵橡胶球(12)进入和二氧化碳气体的通过，壳体(15)以滑动的方式安装在连接件(10)上，其中设置有能进入孔(11)的柱塞(14)，在柱塞内设置一纵长的、形成角度的孔(18)，其尾部孔(19)通过管线(20)与分配器盖(1)的二氧化碳接头(6)相连接，在元件(15)上还设置有用于海绵橡胶球的储料匣(13)和一个二氧化碳接头(21)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于管(7)具有同轴的下部的区域，即以缩小的截面形成中间室(25)，在下端部还具有多个开孔(26)，以便让液体进入。
3、按照权利要求1和2所述的装置，其特征在于在轴(22)上装有驱动手柄(23)，用以使壳体(15)在连接件(10)上纵向滑动，在壳体(15)的下部尾端设计成弯曲部分(24)，以便迫使立管(7)升起，利用轨道(23a)和引导件(23b)可使连接件(9)上下运动。
