Description

The invention relates to a device for cleaning and emptying beverage liquid lines in dispensing systems, in a dispensing head which can be placed on the beverage barrel and which consists of a dispensing head housing with a tapping pipe, an actuating mechanism and lateral connections for the supply of carbon dioxide gas and cleaning liquid.

The purpose of the invention is to further improve the quality of the beverages to be administered with such a device.

DE-OS 39 42 788 describes a device for cleaning and emptying liquid lines, in particular beverage lines in dispensing systems, with a slide or rotary slide valve, in which the valve slide is movable in a recess in a valve housing in such a way that at least one transverse bore in the valve slide can be brought in connection with a connecting piece for the inlet of the beverage, with a cylindrical magazine for elastic, spherical cleaning bodies and a connecting piece for the water supply.
This device is characterized in that directly on the upper side of the valve slide, which can be actuated by a suitable drive device, via a respective through-hole thereof, the cylindrical magazine for the elastic, spherical cleaning body and the connecting piece leading to a flexible beverage line leading to the dispenser are arranged.
Here, the threaded connection for the cleaning water supply and the connection for the beverage supply in the lower part of the valve housing are at the same distance from one another as the two through holes in the valve slide, in such a way that in one end position of the slide in the operating state, the two through holes for covering with the both connection pieces are brought in the lower part of the valve housing and in the cleaning or emptying state the connection for the beverage supply is closed and the beverage line leading to the dispenser is connected to the threaded connection for the cleaning water supply.

The advantage of this known cleaning device is that a substantially faster cleaning and emptying can be carried out in the beverage line leading to the dispenser. Due to its construction, the known device can be placed directly on the tap head of the beverage container, for example a beer keg.

Durch die DE-OS 28 51 453 ist ein Verteilerkopf (Zapfkopf) zur Entnahme einer unter Gasdruck stehenden Flüssigkeit aus einem Behälter bekannt, wobei der Verteilerkopf in seinem Zentrum ein konzentrisches bzw. teilweise koaxiales Ventilrohr (18) aufweist, das in axialer Richtung, relativ zum Führungsansatz[14), verschieblich angeordnet ist und das an seinem oberen Ende (46) ebenfalls über eine wenigstens an ihrem dem Zapfhahn (52) abgewandten Ende flexible Getränkeleitung (50) mit diesem (52) verbunden ist.DE-OS 28 51 453 discloses a distributor head (dispensing head) for removing a liquid under gas pressure from a container, the distributor head having a concentric or partially coaxial valve tube (18) in its center, which is relative in the axial direction to the guide projection [14), is arranged displaceably and is also connected at its upper end (46) to the latter (52) via a beverage line (50) which is flexible at least at its end facing away from the tap (52).

The valve tube (18) is adjustable between two axial positions. In a first, lowered position of the valve tube (18), its lower end is connected to the so-called fitting of the container (48). The fitting is opened under the lowering pressure of the valve tube (18) so that e.g. Beverage or another liquid penetrates into this (18) under the pressure of the simultaneously supplied carbon dioxide and from there via the upper end (46) into the beverage line (50) and from there into the distribution head (52) and thus e.g. got into the bar.

In a second, raised position of the valve tube (18), this is connected via a lateral opening (38) to an annular recess (6 + 30), to which a connection (34) for a flushing liquid, so flushing water, is guided. At the same time, the so-called fitting of the container (48) is closed in this position of the valve tube (18), ie there is no longer any inflow from the container (48) into the valve tube (18) and into the beverage line (50). Likewise, the access for the CO 2 connection (22) to the container (48) is closed in the raised position of the valve tube (18).

A non-return valve (40) provided in the interior of the valve tube (18) takes effect under the pressure of the flushing water supplied, in which a ball (40) is pressed onto a receptacle (42) in the valve tube (18). This prevents rinsing liquid from flowing into the container (48).

Instead, the flushing liquid now flows via the connection (34) and the opening (38) into the interior of the valve tube (18) and from there via the connection (48) and the e.g. Beverage line (50) to distributor (52), which e.g. can be a tap.

In this way, the distributor or dispensing system is flushed out.

The axial adjustment of the valve tube (18) relative to the guide tube (14) of the distributor (10) now takes place either by means of a piston (28) connected to it (18), which is adjustably arranged in a cylinder (16), or else by means of a lever arrangement (80) which is positively coupled to the valve tube (18) via a link guide. The piston (28) is actuated via one (30) or two (30, 31) connections of pressurized carbon dioxide gas or flushing water between its two end positions together with the valve tube (18) by a suitable control device.

In the device according to this document, the supply and control of the inflow of flushing water and a valve control for the carbon dioxide gas to be supplied are already integrated in the distributor head (10).

The object of the invention is to create an alternative arrangement in which, in addition to the two liquid paths and the cleaning body supply, the CO 2 path is also controlled with the same handle.

To solve the problem, a device according to claim 1 is proposed.

With this device according to the invention it is possible, for example, to let the cleaning process begin immediately at the tap, the beverage line being automatically closed when the barrel is changed, the water connection to the beverage line is free and the beer line being filled with water , the dispensing head removed from the barrel fitting, the carbon dioxide line closed. The cleaning of the dispensing head and the barrel fitting can be carried out in this way.

The subclaims describe significant enrichments of the device according to the invention.

The device according to the invention is to be explained in more detail in various positions using the example of a preferred embodiment.

The approach 10 also has two holes 16 and 17 running perpendicular to the bore 11 for the entry of a further sponge rubber ball 12 and the carbon dioxide vent. The punch 14 arranged in the interior of the housing 15 also has a longitudinal, angled bore 18, the rear outlet opening 19 of which is connected via a line 20 to the carbonic acid connection 6 of the dispensing head 1.

The magazine 13 for the sponge rubber balls 12 is provided on the upper side of the displaceable housing 15. To the side of the housing 15 is the connection 21 connected to the carbon dioxide bottle, which in the dispensing position corresponds to the angled part 18a of the bore 1B. The carbon dioxide can thus through the line 21, the bore 18, the rear outlet opening 19 are fed to the connecting piece 6 via the hose 20.

Der Wulst 24 am Gehäuse 15 dient der Zwangsanhebung des Steigrohres 7.The housing 15 can be moved in a sliding manner on the extension 10 by means of a lever 23 mounted at 22. By means of a slide rail 23a and a guide 23b, which is arranged at the upper end of the pipe section 9, this can be moved upwards. The bead 24 on the housing 15 serves to force the riser 7 to rise.

In the lower area of the pipe 7, this is shown with a tapered cross-section, so that an intermediate space 25 is created between this pipe and the riser pipe 4 of the dispensing head 1. The water connection 25a opens into the intermediate space 25 and conveys the water into the interior of the riser pipe 7 in the case of cleaning.

In the dispensing position shown in Fig. 1, the tube 7 has been moved so far down that the beverage coming from the barrel 3 can rise inside via the inlet openings 26, the carbonic acid being in the space 28 above the connection 6 Drink is added. The drink can then be removed from the tap. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the lowermost sponge rubber ball 12 is in the ready position in front of the punch 14.

In the position shown in Fig. 2, the inner tube 7 is moved so far up that the lower opening 27 is closed, so that the device is in the barrel change position. Fig. Shows the rear view of this position, from which the position of the rail 23a and the guide 23b can be seen. The tube 9 has not yet been raised.

The lower opening 27 remains closed, while the pipe section 9 leading to the beer line connection leads, is raised by the rail 23a and the guide 23b, so that the space 8 is released on the lower side. At the same time, the housing 15 is moved completely onto the projection 10 by the lever 23 being brought into the vertical position. As a result, the stamp 14 is advanced so far that the sponge rubber ball 12 is in the space 8. At the same time, the carbonic acid supply via the connection 21 is interrupted, and the magazine 13 is located above the bore 16, as a result of which the next sponge rubber ball can fall into this bore.

As already described above, the water is conveyed from the space 25 into the interior of the riser pipe 7. So that the sponge rubber ball is conveyed through the pipe section 9 together with the water into the beverage line system and can be removed at the tap, whereby the beer line system is cleaned. When cleaning has been carried out, the lever 23 can be lowered again, as a result of which the entire device can be brought back into the dispensing position.

The position shown in FIG. 4 also results from the rear view according to FIG. 5.
