Nach Wiedereinsetzen der Entnahmeschraube und nach Rückstellung des Zapfhahnes um seine Drehachse in seine Normalposition, kann der Schankbetrieb fortgeführt werden.

und im Betriebszustand der Vorrichtung das Rohrstück mit seiner dem Zapfhahn zugewandten vorderen Austrittsöffnung im Zwischenstück am Zapfhahn dichtend anliegt,
und im Reinigungszustand der Vorrichtung die dem Zapfhahn zugewandte vordere Austrittsöffnung des Rohrstücks,
nach Zurückziehen des letzteren relativ zum Zwischenstück in Richtung auf die Getränkeleitung, über die Austrittsöffnung im Zwischenstück zur Entnahme der Schwammgummikugel freigegeben ist.

das an seinem rückseitigen Teil einen der Betätigung dienenden Flansch aufweist und daß die Durchbohrung des Zwischenstückes im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung eine Erweiterung aufweist.

Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung hat den Vorteil, daß eine Betätigung durch unterschiedliche Arten von Kraftquellen möglich ist.
So ist zunächst eine manuelle Betätigung der Vorrichtung vorstellbar. Aber auch eine elektromotorische, elektromagnetische oder eine pneumatische bzw. hydraulische Beaufschlagung der Vorrichtung ist denkbar. Die letzteren Betätigungsformen haben den weiteren Vorteil, daß eine gesteuerte Betätigung der Vorrichtung, z.B. in Verbindung mit einer den Reinigungsvorgang zentral steuernden Programmsteuereinrichtung durchführbar ist.
So kann z.B. die Entnahme bzw. der Ausstoß der Reinigungskörper (Schwammgummikugeln) völlig selbsttätig durch zeitliche Steuerung nach erfolgter selbsttätiger Einspülung der Reinigungskörper durch das Steuerventil stattfinden.
Auf Grund der Zuordnung eines lösbaren Anschlußstückes für die Getränkeleitung am Rohrstück ist eine einfachere Montage bzw. Demontage der Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung am Montageort möglich.

Das verschiebbare Rohrstück 1o weist an seinem zapfhahnseitigen Ende 18 in einer Nut eine O-Ringdichtung 11 auf, die das Rohrstück 1o in dem genannten Bereich abdichtet. In der Innenwand der Durchbohrung 2 des Zwischen-Rohrstückes 1 ist am anschlußseitigen Ende 21 eine weitere O-Ringdichtung 12 eingesetzt, die an der Außenwand des Rohrstückes 1o dichtend anliegt. Am rückseitigen Teil 9 weist das Rohrstück 1o einen Flansch 13 zu seiner Betätigung auf.The intermediate piece 1 is inserted between the rear part 17 of the tap 4 provided with a compensator 5 and the beverage line 6. Wenn, wie in Figur 2 dargestellt, beim Reinigungszustand eine Schwammgummikugel 15 am vorderen Ende 2o des Zwischenstückes 1 angelangt ist, kann sie nicht weiter durch den Zapfhahn 4 ausgeworfen werden, da der Kompensator 5 dies verhindert.
In diesem Fall wird, wie in Figur 3 gezeigt, das Rohrstück 1o aus dem vorderen Ende 2o und der Erweiterung 14 des Zwischenstückes 1 zurückgezogen, so daß die Schwammgummikugel 15 über die vordere Austrittsöffnung 16 des Rohrstückes 1o durch die Austrittsöffnung 3 des Zwischenstückes 1 entweichen und dort entnommen oder einem Magazin zugeführt werden kann.

Claims (4)

  1. A device for the automatic removal of sponge rubber balls (15) when cleaning and emptying fluid lines, in particular beverage lines (6) of dispensers, an intermediate piece (1) provided with a through-bore (2) and connectable to the tap (4) and to the beverage line (6) being arranged between the beverage line (6) and a tap (4) not allowing completely free passage, this intermediate piece (1) having a lateral outlet (3) for the sponge rubber balls (15) and a pipe length (10) provided with seals (11, 12) being displaceable in the intermediate piece (1, 2) in the longitudinal direction of the bore in such a manner that a leakproof connection results between tap (4) and beverage line (6) in the beverage removal operational state, whereas in the cleaning state, after displacement of the pipe length (10) opening of the outlet (16) of the pipe length (10) for removal of the sponge rubber balls (15) takes place via the outlet (3) in the intermediate piece (1), characterised in that the pipe length (10) is longer than its guide in the intermediate piece (1) receiving the pipe length (10) in its interior (2), in that the pipe length (10) projects from the intermediate piece (1) at the side facing away from the tap (4) and at this site its rear part (9) is provided with a detachable connecting piece (7) for the flexible beverage line (6), in that in the operational state of the device, the pipe length (10) adjoins the tap (4) in a leakproof manner in the intermediate piece (1) by means of its front outlet (16) facing the tap (4), and in that in the cleaning state of the device, the pipe-length front outlet (16) facing the tap (4) is, after retraction of the pipe length (10) relative to the intermediate piece (1) in the direction of the beverage line (6), opened via the outlet (3) in the intermediate piece (1) for the purpose of removal of the sponge rubber ball (15).
  2. A device in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that the connecting piece (7), together with the flexible beverage line (6) connected thereto, is connected to the rear part (9) of the pipe length (10) through a clamping nut (8) and a thread (19).
  3. A device in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that an O-ring seal (11) is arranged at the end (18) of the displaceable pipe length (10) nearest the tap, in the operational state this O-ring seal (11) making contact in a sealing manner in the through-bore (2) of the intermediate piece (1), and in that at the end (21) of the intermediate piece (1) nearest the connection, the intermediate piece (1) has arranged in its through-bore (2) another O-ring seal (12) which contacts with the outer surface of the displaceable pipe length (10) in a sealing manner, this pipe length (10) having a flange (13) for actuation formed on its rear part (9), and in that the through-bore (2) of the intermediate piece (1) has an enlargement (14) in the region of the outlet (3).
  4. A device in accordance with any one of Claims 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the longitudinal displacement of the pipe length (10) takes place manually or automatically, e.g. pneumatically, electromotively, electromagnetically or hydraulically.
