Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication de papier ou de carton à plusieurs couches, comportant une toile sans fin primaire (10) et une toile sans fin secondaire (16, 18) en tant que former à deux toiles (0), lequel dispositif dépose une couche du papier ou du carton à plusieurs couches sur une autre couche, le former à deux toiles (D) comportant un rouleau de formage (24) servant de rouleau de renvoi pour le parcours des deux toiles (16, 18) et un former à barres étant placé dans la direction de déplacement des deux toiles (16, 18), en amont du rouleau de Formage (24), caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de la toile supérieure (18) du former à deux toiles (D) il est prévu une caisse aspirante (32) et en ce que le niveau de l'eau de la pâte à papier, en règle générale d'une teneur en matières sèches de 5 à 8 %, se situe sur le rouleau de formage (24).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le former à barres est équipé de barres de pression (30).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la quantité d'eau sortant du rouleau de formage dans la toile supérieure (18) est évacuée dans un dispositif de collecte (31).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le niveau de la toile sans fin primaire (10) se situe au-dessous de celui de la toile sans fin secondaire (16, 18), le former à deux toiles (D) déposant une couche supérieure du papier ou du carton à plusieurs couches sur une couche inférieure.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux toiles (16, 18) du former à deux toiles (D) s'étendent sensiblement horizontalement, au moins en partie conjointement, devant le rouleau de formage (24).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux toiles (16, 18) du former à deux toiles (D) s'étendent sensiblement verticalement, au moins en partie conjointement, derrière le rouleau de formage (24).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux toiles (16, 18) du former deux toiles (D) s'étendent vers le bas, sous un angle d'environ 45 degrés, au moins en partie conjointement, derrière le rouleau de formage (24).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la caisse aspirante (32), en cas de parcours horizontal des deux toiles (16, 18), est située au-dessus de celles-ci et le former à barres de pression (30), au-dessous de celles-ci.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de formage (24) est un rouleau de formage ouvert.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le former à barres et le rouleau de formage (24) se trouve au moins un autre élément (33) évacuant l'eau.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le former à deux toiles (16, 18) est pourvu d'une caisse de tête secondaire (23).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la caisse de tête secondaire (23) est dirigée dans le gousset des toiles (16, 18) se réunissant.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande à plusieurs couches passant sur la toile sans fin primaire (10) est déposée sur une autre bande se trouvant sur une autre toile sans fin (10').
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le niveau de la toile sans fin primaire (10) se trouve à peu près à celui de la toile sans fin secondaire (16).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le former à deux toiles (D) dépose une couche supérieure du papier ou carton à plusieurs couches sur une couche intermédiaire, formée sur la toile sans fin primaire (10) et la toile sans fin primaire dépose les deux couches citées sur une autre couche inférieure.
