Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour l'énnoblissment de materiaux en forme de laize, étant le matériau pressé contre la surface d'un contre-rouleau ou d'une contre-poutre (ou barre) et éxistant, outre le contre-rouleau/la contre-barre (2), à distance de - et parallele à ce contre-rouleau ou barre et positionné à lieu ferme (stationnaire) - une traverse, corps d'appui, poutre ou similaire, rigide à la flexion (3,31,32,33), dans laquelle ou à laquelle se trouvent fixés des élements générateurs de force de pression (6,60-62), et se trouvant - dans l'éspace entre le contre-rouleau/la contre-barre (2) et la traverse ou corps d'appui ou poutre (3,31,32,33) et en contact avec le contre-rouleau ou contre-barre (2), un rouleau de travail (4) logé sans palier, de caractère ou nature adaptante flexible, actif de facon qu'il exécute le travail de pression à la laize de matériau et étant positionnés, dans cette éspace intermédiaire entre le contre-rouleau/la contre-barre (2) et la traverse ou corps d'appui ou poutre (3,31,32,33) des élements d'adaptation flexible, qui transmettent la force de pression sur le rouleau de travail (4) et contre-rouleau/contre-barre (2) respectivement sur la laize de matériau (1) en contact avec ces derniers, caractérisés en ce que ces élements d'adaptation flexible comportent au moin une barre à palier-glisseur resp. un coussinet (5,51-55), dans lequel est positionné un rouleau d'adaptation flexible (4; 41-47)
  2. Dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérise en ce que le rouleau d'adaptation flexible est le rouleau de travail (4) lui meme
  3. Dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de travail (4) exécutant le procédé d'enoblissement ou traitement directement au contre-rouleau (2) dispose, par rapport au contre-rouleau (2), d'un petit diamètre.
  4. Dispositif selon revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'adaptation flexible sont des corps en forme cylindrique resp. des rouleaux (41-47) disposés sans palier et actifs de manière qu'ils transmettent la force de pression au rouleau de travail (4)
  5. Dispositif selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que deux corps cylindriques resp. rouleaux (45,46) se trouvent disposés dans une barre/- coulisse à palier-glisseur commune (53)
  6. Dispositif selon revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que ces corps ou rouleaux cylindriques (41-47) sont actionnés à travers de leur circonférence
  7. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisés en ce que le rouleau de travail (4) dispose d'une surface de caoutchouc, feutre ou similaire ou est revetée d'une couche-manteau correspondante, laquelle est lisse ou structurée et, selon le cas, est comprimable en accueillant des liquides resp.des substances, les transportant et les délivrant.
  8. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les élements générateurs de pression sont disposés/répartis à intervalles à travers de la longueur, et selon le cas échéant, se trouvant les zones sous application de pression variable
  9. Dispositif selon revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les élements générateurs de pression sont des tuyaux flexibles d'expansion (60), quand les memes se trouvent sous pression de liquide.
  10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les élements générateurs de pression (6,60-62) se trouvent positionnés en contact à pression à une plaque ou base (7,71), laquelle porte les élements de caractère flexible
  11. Dispositif selon revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (71) est d'un coté unie par articulación à un élement-porteur (10,11) formant ainsi une construction de levier, laquelle, en fonction du lieu actif de l'élement générateur de pression sur la plaque (71) peut augmenter la pression - resp. la force , - la transmettre - ou la reduire.
  12. Dispositif selon une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'à la plaque ou base (71), sur le lieu , auquel s'effectue l'effet de force, est prevu une plaque de renforcement (75) .
  13. Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en contact à pression avec le contre-rouleau (2) ou contre-barre sont éxistents (se trouvent disposés) différents stations de traitement
  14. Arrangement selon une des revendications précédentes (antérieures), caractérisé en ce que le contre-tambour (rouleau/cylindre) (2) est un tambour creux, auquel se trouvent disposés des installations génératrices de force magnétique (9) tributaires à une ou à plusieurs stations de traitement.
