Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement de bandes ou de feuilles avec un produit de revêtement à appliquer en état liquide, avec

  2. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs de guidage latéral et de retrait du contre-rouleau (11) prévus aux deux extrémités du contre-rouleau (11) a une plaque de palier (18) logée sur le côté intérieur de la partie de console (16) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe (17) et perpendiculaire à l'axe (17), au côté opposé au contre-rouleau (11) de laquelle, à petite distance côte à côte, de direction parallèle à l'axe du contre-rouleau, sont disposés deux tourillons (19, 20) allant sous les tronçons d'axe (14) du contre-rouleau (11), et en ce que la plaque de palier (18) forme la partie centrale d'un levier à deux bras, pivotable autour de l'axe (17) et qu'en même temps le bras court du levier (21) est relié par un ressort de traction (22) à une flèche (23) dirigée vers le bas et fixée sur la partie de console (16), et que le bras long opposé du levier forme un levier de manoeuvre (24).
  3. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que sur les tourillons (19, 20) situés sur la plaque de palier (18) sont disposés des roulements à billes d'usage (19a, 20a), sur lesquels les tronçons d'axe (14) du contre- rouleau (11) peuvent tourner en appui libre.
  4. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons d'axe (14) du contre-rouleau (11) sont logés dans les parois d'about (11b) de ce dernier de manière à pouvoir tourner et qu'ils reposent librement sur les tourillons (19, 20) de la plaque de palier (18).
  5. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le contre-rouleau (11) consiste en un tube carottier léger (11a) fermé aux deux extrémités par des parois d'about (11b) dont dépassent les tronçons d'axe (14) et qu'en même temps, un manteau (11c) d'un autre matériau est disposé sur le tube carottier (11a).
  6. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le manteau (11c) du contre-rouleau (11) est fait de matériau plus ou moins souple tel que le caoutchouc ou la matière plastique.
  7. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le manteau (11c) du contre-rouleau (11) est fait d'un matériau dur.
  8. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le manteau (11c) du contre-rouleau (11) a une surface lisse.
  9. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le manteau (11c) du contre-rouleau (11) a une surface structurée.
  10. Dispositif à rouleaux pour revêtement selon une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le manteau (11c) du contre-rouleau (11) a n'importe quelle mesure plus courte que le tube carottier (11a).
