Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'application d'une bande adhésive sur l'extrémité (extérieure) de nappe (début de nappe) d'un tambour, qui comporte les particularités suivantes :
    a) une poutre (4) est disposée au voisinage d'un cylindre de guidage (2) et parallèlement à ce cylindre et comporte, suivant son étendue longitudinale, une surface (5) d'appui de la bande adhésive (A),
    b) il est prévu, au-dessous de la surface d'appui (5) et se raccordant directement à cette dernière, une fente (6) de maintien de la bande adhésive (A) qui est parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de la poutre et dont la largeur est dimensionnée pour la partie de la surface adhésive de la bande adhésive (A) qui est encore couverte d'une feuille de protection et qui sert ultérieurement à la réalisation de la liaison bout à bout,
    c) une lame (7) est prévue avec son arête de coupe (8) située directement au-dessous de la fente de maintien (6) ou dans le plan inférieur de cette fente,
    d) la poutre est montée basculante autour d'un axe parallèle à son axe longitudinal, de préférence autour d'un axe latéral (19) qui est situé au voisinage du cylindre de guidage (2),
    e) il est prévu une surface (16) de guidage de l'extrémité de nappe de papier à séparer, qui sert à écarter cette extrémité vers le bas, et, disposés au-dessus de la surface de guidage (16), un dispositif de soufflage ou des éléments de soufflage (14, 15) présentant un jet d'air orienté, latéralement et vers l'aval, pratiquement en direction du point le plus bas du cylindre de guidage (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de soufflage ou des éléments de soufflage (9, 10), servant à souffler vers le haut la partie de la bande adhésive (A) qui fait saillie hors de la fente de maintien (6), sont disposés, au moins au voisinage de la surface d'appui (5) de la poutre (4), au-dessous de la fente de maintien.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la lame (7) est réalisée sous forme d'une lame de ressort coudée et est montée basculante d'une manière pratiquement perpendiculaire à la surface d'appui (5) de la poutre (4).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la lame (7) est disposée, par son extrémité coudée comportant l'arête de coupe (8), à l'extrémité de sortie de la fente (6) de maintien de la bande adhésive (A).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un tuyau souple de pression (12) est prévu en tant qu'élement d'appui de la lame (7).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des dispositifs servant à modifier d'une manière réglable l'espacement existant entre le tambour (C) et le cylindre de guidage (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de guidage (2) est pourvu d'une enveloppe cylindrique à élasticité du type du caoutchouc et est disposé au-dessous du plan de montage à palier du tambour (C).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du cylindre de guidage (2) est au moins égal à 500 mm et en ce que la surface d'appui (5) de la poutre (4) est plane et occupe pratiquement une position tangentielle vis-à-vis du cylindre de guidage lors de la pose de la bande adhésive.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (5') est courbe, l'axe de courbure étant parallèle à l'axe de basculement de la poutre (4') qui s'étend d'une manière pratiquement centrale à l'intérieur de cette poutre (4').
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un support creux (11) porte la surface d'appui (5) et en ce qu'à partir de l'intérieur de ce support creux, des orifices d'aspiration traversent la surface d'appui (5).
