Bei der Bearbeitung einer Warenbahn ist es selbstverständlich wünschenswert, daß die Bearbeitung auf dem gesamten bahnenförmigen Material gleichmäßig erfolgt. Dies wird nur dann erreicht, wenn der Druck, mit dem die Gegenwalze und eine anliegende Bearbeitungswalze gegeneinander pressen, konstant ist und auch über die Breite gleichmäßig ist. Ein Problem, das immer wieder in diesem Zusammenhang auftritt, ist die Durchbiegung der Walzen aufgrund der großen Arbeitsbreiten, die umso größer ist je geringer der Durchmesser einer Walze und je dünner die Wandstärke einer Walze ist. Aufgrund der besseren Handhabung der Walzen beim Umrüsten einer Vorrichtung oder bei Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sollten die Walzen hingegen relativ leicht sein und einen geringen Durchmesser aufweisen. So sind z.B. sogenannte schwimmende Walzen bekannt, wobei die Walzen von innen heraus durch z.B. hydromechanische Mittel biegeverformt werden können. Diese sind jedoch sehr teuer in der Herstellung und aufwendig in der Wartung und erfordern durch die Anbringung der hydromechanischen Mittel im Innerren der Walze wieder einen relativ großen Durchmesser. Auch ist ihre Achslagerung sehr teuer und kompliziert und der Walzenaustausch daher sehr aufwendig. In der Praxis wird das Problem der Durchbiegung daher meist dadurch gelöst, daß die Walzen gummiert sind und ballig geschliffen werden, mit dem Nachteil daß diese Walze bei nur einem einzigen Anpreßdruck und nur bei einer Materialbahnbreite breitengleichmäßig arbeitet. Das damit erforderliche, oftmalige Wechseln der Walze je nach erwünschtem Anpreßdruck und erwünschter Bahnbreite ist umständlich und erfordert durch den Transport der Walzen, den Maschinenstillstand, die Betriebsunterbrechung viel Zeit, und ist daher nicht ökonomisch.When processing a web, it is of course desirable that the processing is carried out uniformly on the entire web material. Der Gleitlagerbalken/das Lagerbett 53 wird bei der daraus resultierenden Verschiebung seitlich von zwei Profilleisten 80 geführt, die ebenso wie die Hubkolbenvorrichtung 6 an einem ortsfesten Querbalken bzw. The space 67 enclosed by the slide bearing beam / the bearing bed 53, the cylindrical pressure bodies or rollers 45, 46, the working roller 4 and lateral sliding sealing plates is used as the liquid space. Substance is supplied to this space 67 via a line 65. The liquid space 67 is connected via the line to a liquid storage container 66, which has a slightly higher level, which is controlled by a level probe 68.

Claims (14)

  1. Device or system for the processing of material in form of a WEB, at which the material is pressed to the surface of a counter-roller or of a counter-bar, and at which, except the counter-roller / counter-bar (2), a distant from - and parallel to the latter named roller/bar is existent, in fixed position, a bending proof transversal bar, sustaining body, carrying bar or similar (3,31,32,33), in which or on which pressure-power generating elements (6,60-62) are fastened - and in the space between counter-roller / counter-bar (2) and the transversal bar, (3,31,32,33) and in contact to the counterroller resp. counter-bar (2) is one working roll (4), born without axle-bearing, of adapting bendable features, executing the pressing-on effect to the WEB, (1) whereas adapting bendable elements who have the task to transfer the pressing-force on the working roll (4) and the counter-roller or counter-bar (2) respectively to the WEB (1), are dispositioned in said interspace between the counter-roller / counter-bar (2) and the transversal bar resp. sustaining body or carrying bar (3,31,32,33), characterized in that the adapting bendable elements comprise at least one slide-bearing carrier, resp. one pillow-bed (5, 51-55), in which at least one adapting bendable roll (4; 41-47) is positioned.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the adapting bendable roll is the driving roll (4) itself.
  3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the working roll (4) executing the processing procedure directly at the counter-roller (2) does have, compared to the counter-roller, a small diameter.
  4. Device according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the adapting bendable rollers do have the form of cylindrical bodies resp. without axis-bearing positioned rolls (41-47), which are transmitting the pressure-force on the working roll (4)
  5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that two cylindrical bodies or rolls (45-46) are dispositioned in one common slide-bearing carrier / - pillow bed (53)
  6. Device according to one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the cylindrical bodies resp. rolls (41-47) are driven circumferentially.
  7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 6 , characterized in that the working roll (4) does have a surface made of rubber, felt or similar, or is wrapped by a corresponding layer (20), either polished or structurized and equally able to be compressed or to take-up, transport and to deliver substances.
  8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the pressure-generating elements are distributed i.e. positioned over the length, the zones being submitted to different pressure applications, if needed.
  9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the pressure-generating elements are expanding hoses (60), while under pressure by liquids.
  10. Device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the pressure-generating elements (6,60-62) are situated under pressing contact with a plate (7,71) which is carrying the working roll (4) and the bendable elements (4,41-25,47, 5, 51-55)
  11. Device according to claim 10, characterized in that the plate (71) is flexible conncected on one side to a carrier element (10,11) and thus forming a lever design, which, depending on the point of impact of the pressure-generating elements on to the plate (71), does have either a pressure- or power-increasing, - transmitting or reducing function.
  12. Device according to one of claims 10 or 11, characterized in that on the plate (71) specifically on the spot on which the pressure takes effect, a reinforced plate (75) is provided for.
  13. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in contact with the counter-roller (2) or the counter-bar, various processing stations are located.
  14. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the counter-roller (2) is a hollow roller, in which magnet-power-generating systems are coordinated to one or more processing stations.
