Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Stützen einer druckbelasteten Walze nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for supporting a pressure-loaded roller according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Bei druckbelasteten Walzen, insbesondere den Walzen eines Preßwalzenpaares, besteht das Problem, daß unter der Walze oder durch den Walzenspalt hindurchlaufende flache Werkstücke oder Bahnen über ihre Breite selbst dann nicht gleichmäßig mit Druck belastet werden, wenn die Walze oder Walzen von Gegendruckwalzen oder Stützrollen abgestützt sind, weil auch diese oder deren Träger sich durchbiegen können. Bei einer aus der älteren, aber nicht vorveröffentlichten Patentanmeldung gemäß DE-A-40 18 295 bekannten Vorrichtung der eingangs angegebenen Art zum Prüfen der Farbauszüge eines Mehrfarbendruckes hat sich gezeigt, daß die Preßwalzen des Preßwalzenpaares den durchlaufenden Bildträger mit aufgelegter Farbfolie über ihre Breite nicht gleichmäßig belasten, weil sich auch der Träger für die Preßrollen, die sich auf der oberen Preßwalze abstützen, und die die untere Preßwalze stützende Gegendruckrolle durchbiegen könnte, so daß die Linienpressung in den Endbereichen zwischen den Preßrollen größer ist als in deren mittlerem Bereich. Der Lagerkörper ist durch Zapfen, die sich in der mittleren Querebene der Druckrollen befinden, um eine quer zu den Drehachsen der Druckrollen verlaufende Schwenkachse in vertikalen Führungen des Gestells auf- und abbewegbar geführt und wird durch Kolben, deren Zylinder gestellfest angeordnet sind, im Bereich seiner beiden Enden belastet. Die Zylinder sämtlicher Lagerkörper der paarweise vorgesehenen Druckrollen sind an eine gemeinsame Druckmittelquelle angeschlossen, so daß sämtliche Druckrollen den gleichen Stützdruck auf die Arbeitswalze ausüben. In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß jeweils zwei Rollenträger auf einem weiteren waagebalkenartigen Träger gelagert sind, der in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Lagern der Rollenträger um eine zu der Drehachse der Rollen querverlaufende Achse auf einem gestellfesten oder einem gestellfest gehaltenem Träger oder Tragteil gelagert ist. Durch diese doppelte waagebalkenartige Lagerung von vier Stützrollen kann deren Stützkraft auf einen Punkt reduziert werden, der sich an einem besonders ausgesteiften oder Tragteil befindet.
