Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour appliquer une masse à enduire sur une nappe de fibres ayant les caractéristiques suivantes :a) un cylindre applicateur (30) qui reçoit au point d'émission de sa surface, un film de couleur à enduire ayant la largeur de la machine et le fournit en position de sortie à la nappe de bande de fibres (9),b) un mécanisme applicateur à buse (31, 41, 51) pour former et fournir le film de couleur à enduire, avec une chambre de buse (52) ayant la largeur de la machine et une buse (53) en aval de celle-ci, cette buse ayant deux lèvres (53.1, 53.2) de la largeur de la machine et dont l'une porte à son extrémité libre une racle de dosage (58) formant avec la surface du cylindre (30) un intervalle de sortie pour le film de couleur à enduire et dont l'autre surface (60) forme avec la surface enveloppe du cylindre (30), un intervalle de débordement pour le courant excédentaire de couleur à enduire,c) une goulotte de collecte (59) pour recueillir le courant en excédent,d) un dispositif de nettoyage (90) de la surface du cylindre, entre la position d'émission et la position de réception, selon le sens de rotation du cylindre, avec un racloir (80) et en aval de celui-ci une source de liquide (70) pour appliquer du liquide à la surface du cylindre (30),dispositif caractérisé en ce que,e) la lame de racloir (81) est disposée pour le réglage de l'intervalle de la largeur entre l'arête d'extrémité de la lame (81) et la surface enveloppe du cylindre (30),f) une installation pour appliquer la lame (81),g) le racloir (80) est précédé en amont par une goulotte de réception de liquide (90),h) la lame de racloir (81) forme une partie d'une cloison de guidage pour dévier le liquide raclé vers la goulotte de réception de liquide (90).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux goulottes de réception (59, 90) sont prévues l'une à côté de l'autre et forment un ensemble constructif.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière (52.1) du mécanisme applicateur à buse (51) et la paroi avant (59.1) de la goulotte de réception de couleur à enduire (59) forment une seule paroi qui porte par sa surface enveloppe le cylindre (30) à proximité du longeron de débordement (60).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la lame de racloir (81) comporte un dispositif applicateur (83) commandé pour appliquer la lame d'un racloir (81) contre la surface du cylindre (30) que lorsque la source de liquide est branchée (tube de pulvérisation (70).
