Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour enlever de l'encre d'une unité d'encrage d'une machine d'impression rotative, de préférence une machine d'impression offset, comportant un encrier (1) et un rouleau d'encrier (3), un preneur (4), ainsi qu'un train de rouleaux d'unité d'encrage (5) agencé en aval,
    caractérisé en ce que sur l'encrier (1) est agencé de façon amovible un couvercle d'encrier (2) fermant celui-ci, et à un rouleau de transmission (6) en aval est associé un racloir à chambre (11) pouvant être mis au contact et écarté pour racler une émulsion de liquide d'encrage et de nettoyage, l'encrier (1) et le racloir à chambre (11) étant couplés à chaque fois à un système de conduction relié à des réservoirs (12,13) pour l'amenée d'un liquide de nettoyage et pour l'enlèvement du mélange de liquide d'encrage et de liquide de nettoyage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au train de rouleaux d'unité d'encrage (5) est associé un dispositif de pulvérisation (10) qui est relié au système de conduction pour l'amenée du liquide de nettoyage et au récipient (12).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'encrier (3), le preneur (4) et le train de rouleaux d'unité d'encrage (5) agencé en aval, pour éliminer l'encre, sont couplés.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un découplage entre le rouleau d'encrier (3) et le preneur (4) est réalisé en ce que le preneur (4) est en contact avec le train de rouleaux d'unité d'encrage (5) agencé en aval.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le racloir à chambre (11) comporte une alimentation pour le liquide de nettoyage, le liquide de nettoyage étant amené dans le racloir à chambre sous haute pression.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le liquide de nettoyage est amené, sous haute pression, dans l'encrier (1) et sur le rouleau d'encrier (3).
