Claims (4)

  1. Poste d'enduction pour l'application d'une couleur d'enduction sur une bande de papier, notamment poste d'enduction à rouleaux, comportant les particularités suivantes :
    1.1 un dispositif d'enduction, par exemple un rouleau d'enduction ou une buse d'enduction,
    1.2 un contre-rouleau, autour duquel la bande de papier passe,
    1.3 un coin d'entrée, formé entre le contre-rouleau et le dispositif d'enduction, et un coin de sortie,
    1.4 une racle, qui est disposée en aval du coin de sortie et qui sépare de la bande de papier, par raclage, l'excès de couleur d'enduction (excès de racle),
    1.5 entre le dispositif d'enduction et la racle (31), il est prévu un dispositif déflecteur (40),
    1.6 le dispositif déflecteur comporte une première surface directrice (41), servant à écarter du coin de sortie un premier excès de couleur d'enduction (42), et une seconde surface directrice (43) pour l'excès de racle (44),
    1.7 le dispositif déflecteur (40) comprend une pré-racle (30) (barre d'égalisation), qui est agencée de façon à pouvoir être appliquée sous pression sur la bande de papier (5) enduite,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    1.8 le dispositif déflecteur (40) comprend un corps (51) qui a, en coupe transversale, la forme d'une aile porteuse,
    1.9 une première zone d'extrémité (52) du corps (51) est disposée près du contre-rouleau (4) et s'étend d'une manière pratiquement tangentielle vis-à-vis de la surface cylindrique de ce contre-rouleau, tandis que l'autre zone d'extrémité (44) est plus éloignée du contre-rouleau (4),
    1.10 le corps (51) est - vu suivant la direction de déplacement du contre-rouleau (4) - disposé en aval de la pré-racle (30).
  2. Poste d'enduction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux surfaces directrices (41, 43) se rejoignent suivant une arête d'extrémité (44) à l'endroit de laquelle les deux courants d'excès (42, 44) se rencontrent.
  3. Poste d'enduction selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le pré-racle (30) est agencé de façon à pouvoir être appliqué sous pression sur la bande de papier (5) au moyen d'un sac gonflable.
  4. Poste d'enduction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par les particularités suivantes :
    4.1 il est prévu une gouttière réceptrice (61) pour l'excès de racle,
    4.2 il est prévu une tôle directrice (62) qui sert à écarter l'excès de racle,
    4.3 la tôle directrice (62) est agencée de façon à pouvoir basculer dans deux positions autour d'un axe de basculement (63) parallèle à l'axe, au-dessus de la gouttière réceptrice (61), de façon à envoyer l'excès de racle dans le bac (3) dans la première position et dans la gouttière réceptrice (61) dans la seconde position.
