Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'alimentation de cartes prépayées, fabriquées à partir de différents matériaux continus pour cartes, à travers un dispositif de coupe commun (29, 30, 31) jusqu'à une fente (3) qui se trouve entre un lecteur de carte et une unité de traitement disposée en aval et qui est reliée, par l'intermédiaire d'un aiguillage, aux couloirs (15) d'alimentation en matériaux continus pour cartes, caractérisé en ce que les couloirs (15) d'alimentation en matériau continu pour cartes, qui se rejoignent devant le dispositif de coupe, sont reliés à la fente (3) par un coude (28), et en ce que, dans la zone de liaison entre le coude et la fente, est monté un galet mené (26) qui, lorsque la fente (3) est utilisée pour faire passer une carte prépayée du lecteur de carte dans l'unité de traitement disposée en aval, fait fonction de galet de guidage, et lorsqu'une carte fabriquée en matériau continu pour cartes est amenée au lecteur de carte, fait fonction de galet d'entraînement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans chaque couloir d'alimentation (15), est disposé un galet d'entraînement (17) qui coopère avec un galet antagoniste à sollicitation élastique (16) et qui est monté directement sur l'arbre d'un moteur pas à pas (18, 19, 20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone de jonction des couloirs d'alimentation (15) est disposée une paire de galets menés (21, 22).
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, devant le dispositif de coupe, est montée une unité de détection (35) constituée, d'un côté, d'un barrage photo-électrique à réflexion et, de l'autre côté, d'un capteur photosensible.
- Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la fente (3) est munie de son propre dispositif d'acheminement de carte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'acheminement de carte est constitué d'une courroie d'amenée (10), guidée par deux poulies (9, 11), et de deux galets d'appui (13) qui sont appliqués par une force élastique contre la courroie d'amenée (10) placée sur les poulies (9, 11) et faisant saillie dans la fente (3), l'une des poulies (9) étant entraînée par un moteur pas à pas (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la courroie d'amenée (10) est conçue sous la forme d'un anneau torique.
