Claims (1)
- Dispositif de découpe de tôles, comportant des couteaux de coupe de forme circulaire, élastiques en soi, qui sont repris dans une bride de moyeu d'un arbre à couteaux de manière à pouvoir être échangés, et qui sont agencés axialement contre des gorges de couteau, également de forme circulaire, qui sont serrées sur un arbre à gorges de couteau, les couteaux circulaires étant serrés sur l'arbre à couteaux circulaires au moyen de bagues intermédiaires, chacune des bagues intermédiaires cylindriques présentant sur une de ses surfaces externes une rainure radiale cylindrique circulaire dans laquelle se trouvent un ou plusieurs organes à ressort dont le point d'action est situé à l'intérieur du diamètre radial de la bague intermédiaire (33), de sorte que lorsque l'arbre à couteaux circulaires est à l'état serré, le couteau circulaire est entièrement plan et n'est déformé axialement par les gorges de couteau que lors de la pose axiale, caractérisé en ce que chaque bague intermédiaire (33) serrée sur l'arbre (6) à couteaux circulaires présente au voisinage de sa surface externe cylindrique une rainure (21) s'étendant radialement, dont la profondeur dans la direction radiale atteint sensiblement l'alésage intérieur du couteau circulaire (1), et en ce que l'extrémité extérieure ouverte de la mince bague de ressort (18) ainsi obtenue est repliée en direction de la bague intermédiaire (33) suivante, et repousse par sa surface latérale (19) le couteau circulaire contre la bague intermédiaire suivante, en ce que, sur son côté tourné vers le couteau circulaire, la bague de ressort présente un évidement (20) entre son extrémité extérieure et son extrémité intérieure, et en ce que la force de ressort des éléments à ressort (18) est assez grande pour que lors de la pose axiale de la gorge de couteau (2) à l'intérieur de la région dans laquelle le couteau circulaire (1) s'appuie contre la bague intermédiaire (33), le couteau circulaire (1) n'est pas déformé.
