Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Behältern aus Kunststoff, wie Steigen, die einen Boden (5a), vier jeweils paarweise gegenüberliegende Seiten (5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) und vier Verbindungswände (7a, 7b) für die Seiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (5a), die Seiten (5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) und die Ränder (7a, 7b) der Behälter ausgehend von extrudierten, perforierten und abgelängten Kunststoffprofilen erhalten werden.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die extrudierten Profile durch Lochung derart perforiert, daß das Material gestreckt und eine mechanische Zugvorspannung in den Profilen erhalten wird.
  3. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (5a) und zwei seitliche Seiten (5b, 5c) aus wenigstens einem ersten Profil (1; 1a, 1b) erhalten werden, zwei andere Seiten (5d, 5e) und die vier Ränder (7a, 7b) aus einem zweiten Profil (7) erhalten werden, ein Abschnitt des ersten Profils (1) und zwei Abschnitte des zweiten Profils (7) zusammengebaut werden, um einen Behälter zu bilden.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (5a) und die seitlichen Seiten (5b, 5c) von einem ebenen Profil aus erhalten werden, das extrudiert und perforiert und längs zweier länglicher Faltrillen gefaltet ist.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (5a) und die seitlichen Seiten (5b, 5c) erhalten werden, indem wenigstens zwei extrudierte und perforierte Profile (1a, 1b) in Längsrichtung gegenübergelegt und zusammengebaut werden.
  6. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Abschnitte des ersten Profils (1) und des zweiten Profils (7) durch Kleben zusammenbaut.
  7. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Abschnitte des ersten Profils (1) und des zweiten Profils (7) durch Ultraschallschweißen zusammenbaut.
  8. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man aufeinanderfolgend Abschnitte des zweiten Profils (7) und Abschnitte des ersten Profils (1) auf derselben Strangpreßstrecke herstellt, man dann diese Abschnitte zusammenbaut, um die genannten Behälter zu bilden.
  9. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Profile (7), die zwei gegenüberliegende Seiten der Steigen bilden sollen, derart durchlocht, daß Öffnungen (8) gebildet werden, die den Durchtritt von wenigstens vier Fingern einer Hand gestatten.
  10. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Ränder (7a, 7b) in hohler Form herstellt und man die Böden (5a) an der Stelle von wenigstens einem dieser Ränder derart durchbricht, daß das Einführen einer verschiebbaren Stange (12) mit einer größeren Länge als die Höhe eines Behälters ermöglicht wird, wenn mehrere Behälter gestapelt sind.
