Claims (18)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung flacher Hüllen (F), bei dem:längs ein erster (1) und ein zweiter (2) Filmstreifen übereinander angeordnet werden,die Filmstreifen (1, 2) im Wesentlichen quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung verschweißt und geschnitten werden, um flache Hüllen zu bilden, die mindestens zwei verschweißte Seiten (71, 72) aufweisen und jeweils einen in dem ersten Streifen (1) ausgebildeten Basisteil zwischen mindestens einem vorausgeschnittenen Teil (6; 26; 36) und dem Längsrand dieses Streifens (1), der an diesen vorausgeschnittenen Teil angrenzt, sowie einen Überzugsteil umfassen, der zwei Folien (F1, F2) aufweist, die jeweils in den beiden Filmstreifen (1, 2) ausgebildet sind und von dem Basisteil gelöst werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:der erste und der zweite Filmstreifen derart übereinander gelegt werden, dass mindestens ein seitlicher Teil (11) des ersten Filmstreifens (1) über den zweiten Filmstreifen (2) hinausragt;die Hüllen (F) flach entlang einer nicht-geradlinigen Hauptschnittlinie (15) ausgeschnitten werden, die in mindestens einer Unterbrechungszone (19, 20; 200) in der Nähe eines Längsrandes (2A, 2B) des zweiten Streifens (2) unterbrochen ist, und der mindestens eine voraugeschnittene Teil (6; 26; 36) mindestens in der Unterbrechungszone (19; 20; 200) in dem ersten Streifen (1) hergestellt wird, wobei die Hauptschnittlinie (15) einen nicht geradlinigen Rand der Folie (F2) des Überzugsteils, der aus dem zweiten Filmstreifen (2) hervorgegangen ist bildet und für die Folie (F1) des Überzugsteils, der aus dem ersten Filmstreifen (1) hervorgegangen ist, einen nicht geradlinigen Rand bildet, der mit dem Basisteil nur im Bereich des mindestens einen vorausgeschnittenen Teils (6; 26; 36) verbunden ist, der in der bzw. den Unterbrechungszone(n) (19; 20; 200) verwirklicht ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorausgeschnittene Teil (6; 26; 36) einer durchgehenden vorausgeschnittenen Linie (6) angehört, die vor der Hauptschnittlinie (15) verwirklicht ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorausgeschnittene Teil (6; 26; 36) mindestens ein getrenntes vorausgeschnittenes Element (26; 36) umfasst, das in der oder den Unterbrechungszone(n) (19; 20; 200) angeordnet ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllen (F) mit dem Lochstanzer ausgeschnitten werden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Hüllen (F) gestapelt werden, indem sie formgleich übereinander gelegt und im Bereich ihrer Basisteile verbunden werden, und dass mehrere Hüllen gleichzeitig ausgeschnitten werden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptschnittlinie (15) mehrere Wellungen aufweist.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Unterbrechungszonen (19; 20; 200) der Hauptschnittlinie (15) in jeder der Hüllen (F) hergestellt werden, um über mindestens zwei vorausgeschnittene Teile (6; 26; 36) für jede Hülle zu verfügen.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Filmstreifen (1, 2) unterschiedlicher Breiten verwendet werden, die entlang einer selben Längsachse (YY') übereinander gelegt werden und somit in dem ersten Band (1), das das breiteste ist, zwei seitliche Teile (11) definieren, die in Bezug auf den zweiten Streifen (2) überragend sind, und dass ein vorausgeschnittener Teil (6, 26; 36) in jedem dieser beiden seitlichen Teile (11) hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllen (F) quer in einer erweiterten Form ausgeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aneinander grenzenden Hüllen "verkehrt" auf den Filmstreifen (1, 2) ausgeschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Filmstreifen (1, 2) verwendet werden, deren Längsachsen zueinander versetzt sind, damit einer der Streifen (1) einen seitlichen Teil (11) aufweist, der gegenüber einem Längsrand des zweiten Streifens (2) überragend ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner den folgenden Schritt umfasst:Anbringung der Aufhängungsmittel (100) zumindest auf dem ersten oder dem zweiten Filmstreifen (1, 2) und zumindest auf einer der Folien (F1, F2) des Überzugsteils, der aus dem ersten oder dem zweiten Filmstreifen (1, 2) hervorgegangen ist.
- Flache Hülle (F), umfassend einen ersten und einen zweiten Filmstreifen, die übereinander angeordnet und entlang mindestens zweier Seiten (F71, F72), die miteinander verschweißt sind, verbunden sind, und umfassend einen Überzugsteil mit zwei Folien (F1, F2), die jeweils in den beiden Folien der Hülle ausgebildet sind, sowie einen Basisteil, der in der ersten Folie der Hülle ausgebildet ist, der auf ablösbare Weise mit der ersten Folie (F1) des Überzugsteils durch mindestens einen vorausgeschnittenen Teil (6; 26; 36) verbunden ist und in Bezug auf die zweite Folie des Überzugsteils überragend ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder der ersten (F1) und der zweiten Folie (F2) des Überzugsteils nicht geradlinige Abschnitte aufweisen, die entlang einer Hauptschnittlinie (15) zusammenfallen, die in mindestens einer Unterbrechungszone (19; 20; 200) unterbrochen ist, und dass der Rand der ersten Folie (F1) des Überzugsteils mit dem Basisteil nur im Bereich des mindestens einen vorausgeschnittenen Teils (6; 26; 36) verbunden ist, der in der ersten Folie der Hülle vorgesehen ist und sich in der mindestens einen Unterbrechungszone (19; 20; 200) in der Nähe eines geradlinigen Abschnittes (21, 22) des Randes der zweiten Folie (F2) des Überzugsteils befindet.
- Hülle (F) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei vorausgeschnittene Abschnitte (6; 26; 36; 19, 20, 21, 22) zwischen dem Basisteil und dem Überzugsteil aufweist, die symmetrisch zu einer Symmetrieachse (YY') der Hülle angeordnet sind.
- Hülle (F) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht geradlinigen Abschnitte Wellungen sind.
- Hülle (F) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit ihrem Basisteil mit den Basisteilen von weiteren ähnlichen Hüllen verbunden ist, um ein Bündel (L1, L2) von Hüllen (F) zu bilden.
- Hülle (F) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine vorausgeschnittene Teil (6; 26; 36) eine gekrümmte Form aufweist und die Hauptschnittlinie (15) in der Unterbrechungszone (19; 20; 200) verlängert.
- Hülle (F) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Aufhängungsmittel (100) umfasst, die auf der ersten oder der zweiten Folie (F1, F2) in einer Zone des von dem Basisteil entfernten Überzugsteils angeordnet sind.
