Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Staubfilterbeutel für einen Staubsauger mit einer Halteplatte, welche eine Öffnung für ein Ansaugrohr eines Staubsaugers aufweist, wobei die Öffnung von außen mit einer einen Einsteckbereich aufweisenden Verschlußlasche verschließbar ist, welche über eine streifenförmige Verbindungslasche an der Halteplatte angebunden ist.
  • Ein derartiger Staubfilterbeutel ist bspw. aus den eingetragenen Unterlagen der DE-U-90 01 528 bekannt. Im übrigen ist zum Stand der Technik auch auf das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster DE-U-78 32 780 hinzuweisen.
  • Gewöhnlich besitzen derartige Staubfilterbeutel eine versteifte obere Halteplatte, beispielsweise aus einem dickeren Pappmaterial, während der Staubfilterbeutel selbst gewöhnlich aus einem tuchartigen Zellstoffmaterial besteht. Mittels der Halteplatte ist der Staubfilterbeutel in das Gerät einsetzbar und an den erwähnten Rohrstutzen anschließbar. Die Öffnung des Staubfilterbeutels ist gewöhnlich mit einer Dichtung verschlossen, die aus einem von unten an der Öffnung anliegenden kreisförmigen Gummiteil besteht. Dieses liegt mit einer gewissen Vorspannung von innen an der Öffnung an. Bei in den Staubsauger eingesetztem Staubfilterbeutel ist diese Dichtung durch den Rohrstutzen zwangsweise geöffnet. Bei Abnahme des Staubfilterbeutels soll sich die Dichtung wieder von innen an die Öffnung anlegen. Tatsächlich tritt dies aber insbesondere bei gefülltem Staubfilterbeutel nicht mit der gewünschten Zuverlässigkeit ein. Wenn ein prallgefüllter Staubfilterbeutel aus dem Staubsauger entnommen wird, kann durch die Manipulation sehr schnell Staub aus dem Inneren des Staubfilterbeutels durch die Öffnung wieder austreten, in Form von Staubwolken, was als sehr unangenehm empfunden wird. Um hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, ist bereits in dem eingangs genannten Stand der Technik vorgeschlagen worden, eine gesonderte Verschlußlasche vorzusehen, mit der bei Entnahme des Staubfilterbeutels von außen die Öffnung verschlossen werden kann. Die bekannte Verschlußlasche ist jedoch noch nicht in jeder Hinsicht zufriedenstellend. Einerseits wird sie mitunter als störend bei der Handhabe eines neuen Staubfilterbeutels empfunden, insbesondere bei dessen Einsetzen, andererseits wird die Verschlußwirkung dieser Verschlußlasche auch noch nicht in jedem Fall als ausreichend angesehen.
  • Ausgehend von dem beschriebenen Stand der Technik stellt sich der Erfindung das technische Problem, den bekannten Staubfilterbeutel in Bezug auf eine verbrauchsgünstigere Handhabung der Verschlußlasche weiterzubilden.
  • Dieses technische Problem ist beim Gegenstand des Anspruches 1 gelöst, wobei darauf abgestellt ist, daß die Verschlußlasche in ihrem Einsteckbereich kreisförmig ausgebildet ist, daß die Verbindungslasche mit einer geringeren Breite ausgebildet ist als der Einsteckbereich und daß der Einsteckbereich eine Mehrzahl von Einstecklaschen aufweist, die kreisstreifenförmig ausgebildet sind.
  • Die Öffnung in der Halteplatte kann so sehr wirksam durch die Verschlußlasche geschlossen werden. Dadurch, daß die Verschlußlasche mit einer geringeren Breite ausgebildet ist als der Einsteckbereich, ergibt sich über einen relativ großen kreisförmigen Umfang des Einsteckbereiches die Möglichkeit, die Öffnung wirksam zu verschließen. Dies wird unterstützt durch die Ausbildung von kreisstreifenförmigen Einstecklaschen.
  • Des weiteren ist vorgeschlagen, daß die Verschlußlasche mit der Halteplatte in ihrer Öffnungsstellung lösbar verbunden ist. Es ist damit vorgesehen, daß die Verschlußlasche nicht freibeweglich an der Halteplatte angebunden ist und etwa beim Handhaben, bei der Einsetzung des Staubfilterbeutels in den Staubsauger, stören kann. Vielmehr ist die Verschlußlasche für eine Handhabung fest mit der Halteplatte verbunden. Bevorzugt ist hierbei vorgesehen, daß die Verschlußlasche mit der Halteplatte klebverbunden ist. Beispielsweise über eine punktförmige bzw. kreisförmige Klebestelle. Diese Klebestelle ist nur in einer solchen Größe ausgebildet, daß die Verschlußlasche bei Bedarf willentlich leicht von der Halteplatte abgelöst werden kann, und zwar so, daß eine Zerstörung der Verschlußlasche hierbei praktisch in nicht erheblichem Ausmaße nur auftritt. Die streifenförmige Verbindungslasche kann hierbei mit einer vergleichsweise geringen Breite ausgebildet sein, so daß der Einsteckbereich in einem größeren Ausmaß kreisförmig in Erscheinung tritt. Hierbei ist von Bedeutung, daß der Einsteckbereich mit Entfernung zur Öffnung, bspw. 2,3 cm, erst an der Halteplatte angebunden ist. Die Manipulierbarkeit des Einsteckbereiches ist hierdurch gefördert. Darüber hinaus ist bevorzugt vorgesehen, daß der Einsteckbereich des weiteren über eine streifenförmige Anheftlasche mit der Halteplatte lösbar verbunden ist. Die lösbare Verbindung ist in einer der oben bereits beschriebenen Weisen im einzelnen verwirklicht. Bei einer solchen Ausgestaltung ist die Einstecklasche über zwei weitere Laschen, die Verbindungslasche und die Anheftlasche mit dem Verschlußdeckel verbunden, wobei die Anheftlasche jedoch lösbar mit der Halteplatte verbunden ist. Weiter ist bevorzugt, daß die Verbindungslasche und die Anheftlasche in axialer Verlängerung zueinander mit dem Einsteckbereich verbunden sind. Die Einstecklaschen dienen zum Untergreifen eines Randes der Öffnung, um die Verschlußlasche formschlüssig mit der Halteplatte zu verbinden und so die Öffnung haltbar zu verschließen. Der Einsteckbereich deckt in seiner kreisförmigen Ausgestaltung zunächst mit einer notwendigen Überdeckung die Öffnung ab und bildet sodann radial nach innen Trennungsschlitze, vom äußeren Rande ausgehend, aus, durch welche die Einstecklaschen geformt sind. Die Trennungsschlitze haben hierbei bevorzugt eine Tiefe, die etwa der Überdeckung zur Öffnung entspricht. Weiter bevorzugt sind insgesamt vier Einstecklaschen ausgebildet. Die Trennungsschlitze sondern sowohl die Einstecklaschen voneinander wie auch zu der Verbindungslasche bzw. der Anheftlasche. Die Verschlußlasche kann wie die Halteplatte auch aus einem verstärkten Papier-Werkstoff, beispielsweise Pappe, bestehen.
  • Des weiteren ist die Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung, die jedoch lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellt, erläutert. Hierbei zeigt:

  • Dargestellt und beschrieben ist, zunächst mit Bezug zu Figur 1, ein Staubsaugerbeutel 1 mit einer oberen Halteplatte 2. Die obere Halteplatte 2 besitzt eine Öffnung 3, die mit einem nach einem ersten Gebrauch von innen anliegenden Dichtungsverschluß 4 verschlossen ist. Der Dichtungsverschluß 4 wird beim Einsetzen des Staubsaugerbeutels in einen Staubsauger durch einen Rohrstutzen des Staubsaugers nach innen in den Staubsaugerbeutel 1 gedrückt.
  • Darüber hinaus ist eine Verschlußlasche 5 ausgebildet, mit welcher die Öffnung 3 nach Gebrauch des Staubsaugerbeutels 1, insbesondere bei prallgefülltem Staubsaugerbeutel 1, von außen verschlossen werden kann.
  • Die Verschlußlasche 5 besteht aus einem im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Einsteckbereich 6 und einer Anheftlasche 7 sowie einer Verbindungslasche 8. Die Anheftlasche 7 ist mit der Halteplatte 2 über eine kreisförmige Klebestelle 9 lösbar verbunden. Die Klebestelle 9 ist an der Anheftlasche 7 ausgebildet bzw. an einem der Anheftlasche 7 zugeordneten Ort der Halteplatte 2. Bevorzugt ist die Klebestelle 9 derart angeordnet, daß noch ein nach außen überstehender Bereich 10 der Anheftlasche 7 verbleibt, mit welcher die Anheftlasche 7 und damit die gesamte Verschlußlasche 5 bei Bedarf von der Halteplatte 2 gelöst werden kann.
  • Die Lage des Klebepunktes 9 ist insbesondere auch aus Figur 2 ersichtlich.
  • Aus Figur 3 ist ersichtlich, daß der eigentliche Beutel 11 über eine -in Figur 3 übertrieben dargestellte- Klebestelle 12 mit der Halteplatte 2 und die Halteplatte 2 sodann über eine Klebestelle 13 -die gleichfalls übertrieben dargestellt ist- mit der Verschlußlasche 5 verbunden ist. Es versteht sich, daß die Klebestellen 12 und 13 jeweils umlaufend so ausgebildet sind, daß eine vollständige Dichtigkeit gegeben ist.
  • In den Figuren 4 und 5 ist die Verschlußlasche 5 in eingestecktem Zustand in die Öffnung 3 dargestellt. Es ist ersichtlich, daß vier Einstecklaschen 14, die an den Einsteckbereich 6 ausgebildet sind, jeweils die Öffnung 3 über eine Tiefe t untergreifen. Hierzu sind die Einstecklaschen 14 kreisstreifenförmig ausgebildet und über Trennungsschlitze 15 sowohl voneinander wie auch zu der Verbindungslasche 8 bzw. der Anheftlasche 7 gesondert. Die Trennungsschlitze 15 sind spitzwinklig, radial nach innen weisend, ausgebildet.
  • Aus der Darstellung in Figur 5 ist das Untergreifen der Öffnung 3 ersichtlich. Handhabungsgünstig ist es, daß vier verschiedene Einstecklaschen ausgebildet sind. Selbst bei einer unvollständigen Handhabung, bei der nur ein oder zwei Einstecklaschen die Öffnung 3 untergreifen, ist bereits eine sichere Überdeckung der Öffnung 3 durch die Verschlußlasche 5 gegeben. Durch die kreisförmige Ausbildung des Einsteckbereiches 6 jedoch und die vier Einstecklaschen 14 sowie die vergleichsweise schmalen, an den Einsteckbereich 6 angebundenen Laschen 7 bzw. 8 ist ein sehr vollständiger Verschluß bei Untergreifen aller vier Einstecklaschen 14 gegeben.
  • Aus Figur 4 ist auch ersichtlich, daß die Verbindungslasche 8 bei a mit Entfernung, beim Ausführungsbeispiel etwa 1,5 cm, zur Öffnung 3 an der Halteplatte 2 angebunden ist. Die Halteplatte 2 setzt sich hierbei aus dem eigentlichen, mit dem Bezugszeichen versehenen Plattenkörper und der Verschlußlasche 5 zusammen, welch letztere jedenfalls im Bereich der Öffnung 3 den eigentlichen Plattenkörper auch verstärkt.

Claims (8)

  1. Staubfilterbeutel (1) für einen Staubsauger, mit einer Halteplatte (2), welche eine Öffnung (3) für ein Ansaugrohr eines Staubsaugers aufweist, wobei die Öffnung (3) von außen mit einer einen Einsteckbereich (6) aufweisenden Verschlußlasche (5) verschließbar ist, welche über eine streifenförmige Verbindungslasche (8) an der Halteplatte (2) angebunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußlasche (5) in ihrem Einsteckbereich (6) kreisförmig ausgebildet ist, daß die Verbindungslasche (8) mit einer geringeren Breite ausgebildet ist als der Einsteckbereich (6) und daß der Einsteckbereich (6) eine Mehrzahl von Einstecklaschen (14) aufweist, die kreisstreifenförmig ausgebildet sind.
  2. Staubfilterbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußlasche (5) mit der Halteplatte (2) in ihrer Öffnungsstellung lösbar verbunden ist.
  3. Staubfilterbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußlasche (5) an der Halteplatte (2) angeklebt ist.
  4. Staubfilterbeutel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anheftlasche (7) vorgesehen ist und daß die Verbindungslasche (8) und die Anheftlasche (7) in axialer Verlängerung zueinander mit dem Einsteckbereich (6) verbunden sind.
  5. Staubfilterbeutel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsteckbereich (6) über eine streifenförmige Anheftlasche (7) mit der Halteplatte (2) lösbar verbunden ist.
  6. Staubfilterbeutel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier Einstecklaschen (14) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Staubfilterbeutel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstecklaschen (14) durch etwa der Tiefe ihrer Überdeckung zu der Öffnung (3) entsprechende Trennungsschlitze (15) voneinander und zu der Verbindungslasche (8) und/oder der Anheftlasche (7) gesondert sind.
  8. Staubfilterbeutel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsteckbereich (6) mit Entfernung zur Öffnung (4) an der Halteplatte (2) über die Verbindungslasche (8) angebunden ist.
