Description
- un boítier (1) formant une pluralité de logements (4) et réalisé dans une matière électriquement isolante et
- une pluralité de bobines (12) disposées dans lesdits logements et comprenant chacune un enroulement primaire et un enroulement secondaire.
- monter dans ledit boítier, préalablement à la mise en place de la résine, un connecteur d'alimentation des enroulements primaires desdites bobines et des broches de connection aux bougies dudit bloc moteur; et
- câbler les liaisons basse-tension entre ledit connecteur et les enroulements primaires des bobines, d'une part, et les liaisons haute-tension entre les enroulements secondaires des bobines et lesdites broches de connection, d'autre part.

Claims (2)
- Procédé de montage sur un bloc moteur d'une pluralité de bobines d'allumage (12) comprenant chacune un enroulement primaire et un enroulement secondaire, ce procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à, successivement :mouler dans une matière électriquement isolante un boítier (1) incluant sous forme d'inserts des moyens de fixation (2) dudit boítier audit bloc moteur et les circuits magnétiques (3) desdites bobines, et formant, à l'intérieur desdits circuits, une pluralité de logements pour lesdites bobines ;mettre en place lesdites bobines dans lesdits logements;câbler les connections (23, 24) aux enroulements primaires et secondaires desdites bobines;couler dans le boítier une résine électriquement isolante (25) noyant en une seule opération lesdites bobines et leurs câblages; etfixer le boítier sur ledit bloc moteur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes consistant à :monter dans ledit boítier, préalablement à la mise en place de la résine, un connecteur (19) d'alimentation des enroulements primaires (16) desdites bobines et des broches de connection (11) aux bougies dudit bloc moteur; etcâbler les liaisons basse-tension (23) entre ledit connecteur et les enroulements primaires des bobines d'une part, et les liaisons haute-tension (24) entre les enroulements secondaires (17) des bobines et lesdites broches de connection d'autre part.
