Claims (6)
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung mit einer einen Faden (2) produzierenden Spinneinheit (1), eine den Faden (2) aus der Spinneinheit (1) abziehenden Fadenabzugsvorrichtung (3), mit einem eine konische Spule (7) tragenden Spulenhalter, einer die Spule (7) antreibenden Antriebseinrichtung (8), einer Fadenverlegeeinrichtung mit einem Fadenführer (6) zum Verlegen des Fadens (2) auf der konischen Spule (7) sowie mit einer der Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung zustellbaren Wartungsvorrichtung (5) zur Behebung von Störungen wie z.B. Fadenbrüchen und zum Spulenwechsel, wobei die Wartungsvorrichtung (5) Vorrichtungen zum Handhaben des Fadens (2) während der Wartungsarbeiten besitzt, sowie mit einer Vorrichtung (60) zur Übergabe des Fadens (2) aus der Wartungsvorrichtung (5) an die Spuleinrichtung der Spinnvorrichtung (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Spinnvorrichtung (11) oder der Wartungsvorrichtung (5) eine Steuervorrichtung (50) und ein Sensor (510) vorgesehen ist, der die Position des Fadenführers (6) und/oder Richtung der Bewegung des Fadenführers (6) erfaßt und der Steuervorrichtung (50) übermittelt, die die Fadenübergabevorrichtung (60) der Wartungseinrichtung (5) derart steuert, daß der Faden (2) von der Wartungseinrichtung (5) an die Spulvorrichtung so übergeben wird, daß der Faden (2) vom Fadenführer (6) nach der Übergabe des Fadens (2) zuerst in Richtung auf das Ende der Spule (7) mit dem kleineren Durchmesser der konischen Spule (7) geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (510) zum Erfassen der Position des Fadenführers (6) in der Wartungsvorrichtung (5) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, und der Spulvorrichtung einer jeden Spulstelle bei Bedarf zustellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (510) in eine Position entlang der Changierstange (41) gebracht wird wo er die Position des Fadenführers (6) erfassen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sensor (510) an der Offenend-Spinnmaschine angeordnet ist, der die Position und/oder die Bewegung aller Fadenführer der Offenend-Spinnmaschine (11) erfaßt, sowie mit einer Vorrichtung, die diese Information an die Steuervorrichtung (50) überträgt, die die Übergabe des Fadens (2) von der Wartungseinrichtung (5) an die Spulstelle steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (510) derart abgebracht ist, daß er gleichzeitig die Position aller Fadenführer aller Changierstangen (41) einer Spinn-Spulmaschine erfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (510) im Changiergetriebe angeordnet ist.
