Claims (7)

  1. Appareil pour fixer de façon détachable un outil de presse (1) et un porte-outils (2) d'une presse refouleuse pour la réduction en largeur d'un produit laminé, en particulier la largeur des brames dans un train ébaucheur à chaud pour bandes larges, comprenant des porte-outils agencés des deux côtés de la bordure de la brame, qui reçoivent les outils de presse (1) dirigés l'un vers l'autre, comprenant au moins un tirant (3) retenu avec faculté de rotation dans ou sur le porte-outils (2), et capable d'être précontraint, ledit tirant (3) comportant une tête (5) réalisée en forme de marteau, qui s'engage dans un évidement (6) ouvert d'un côté dans l'outil de presse (1), ledit évidement étant sensiblement ajusté à la tête du tirant et supportant celle-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que dans la région de la fixation de la tête (5) du tirant avec une bride de support (4, 4') de l'outil de presse (1) sont agencées des buses de pulvérisation (18) alimentées sous pression avec un fluide de nettoyage.
  2. Appareil de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (6) avec leurs surfaces d'appui (7) sont agencés dans la bride de support (4, 4') de l'outil de presse (1) qui s'étend sur les deux côtés longitudinaux de l'outil de presse (1) orientés vers le porte-outils (2).
  3. Appareil de fixation selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins dans une bride de support (4') de l'outil de presse (1) est agencé au moins un évidement additionnel d'ajustement et de dépose (19), dans lequel s'engage un boulon de dépose (20) relié au porte-outils (2).
  4. Appareil de fixation selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les tirants (3) sont montés dans le porte-outils (2) dans des perçages de guidage.
  5. Appareil de fixation selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un cylindre de serrage (9) qui s'appuie sur le porte-outils (2), qui est relié au tirant (3), et qui sollicite celui-ci mécaniquement et le décharge hydrauliquement, et un dispositif de rotation (10) qui attaque le tirant (3).
  6. Appareil de fixation selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'un piston de positionnement (11), qui est relié au tirant (3) et qui entoure celui-ci, est agencé dans le cylindre de serrage (9), l'une des surfaces (12) du piston formant partie d'une chambre cylindrique (13) susceptible d'être alimentée avec un fluide hydraulique, et en ce qu'un système à ressort susceptible d'être précontraint, de préférence un empilement de rondelles Belleville (15), est appuyé sur l'autre surface (14) du piston.
  7. Appareil de fixation selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rotation (10) comporte un levier basculant (16) fixé sur le tirant (3), qui est en liaison avec un dispositif de déplacement commandé à distance, de préférence avec une unité à piston-et-cylindre (17).
