Aus der DE-A-25 31 551 ist eine Presse zur Breitenreduktion der von einer Brammengießanlage erzeugten Bramme bekannt. Das Druckwerkzeug zur Brammenreduktion befindet sich in einem Werkzeughalter. Druckwerkzeug und Werkzeughalter werden von einer gegabelten Verbindungsstange zwangsbewegt, welche z. B. über eine Welle mit einem Schnekkengewinde angetrieben wird. Für jeden Werkzeughalter ist eine solche Anordnung vorhanden. Die Schnecken stehen mit Schneckenrädern in Eingriff, welche auf Exzenterwellen aufgekeilt sind. Infolge der Drehung der Exzenterwellen wird das Druckwerkzeug gegen die Brammenkanten vorgeschoben. Das Druckwerkzeug und der Werkzeughalter sind mittels einer schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgeformten Nut miteinander verbunden, in der nach einer anderen Darstellung auch eine Klemmleiste zur mechanischen Verspannung der Maschinenteile eingelegt sein kann. Eine solche Verbindung von Druckwerkzeug und Werkzeughalter läßt einen schnellen und vor allen Dingen automatisierbaren Wechsel der Druckwerkzeuge nicht zu. Ferner ist zu bedenken, daß das Werkzeug von Stauchpressen in dieser Größenordnung mehrere Tonnen betragen kann und daß der -selbst unter Einsatz eines Kranes - im Prinzip manuell vorzunehmende Werkzeugwechsel zu einer erheblichen Gefahr für das Wartungspersonal werden kann, da die manuelle Bedienung im sehr beengten Innenraum der Stauchpresse stattfinden muß.From DE-A-25 31 551 a press for reducing the width of the slab produced by a slab caster is known. So kann das Bedienungspersonal von einer außerhalb der Stauchpresse angeordneten Steuerwarte mittels eines aktiven Steuersignals den Hydraulikraum des Spannzylinders mit so hohem Druck beaufschlagen, daß der Stellkolgegen die Kraft der Federpakete um das Maß verstellt wird, welches ausreicht, um den Hammerkopf des Zugankers von der Stützfläche am Werkzeug zu lösen und so zu verdrehen, daß die Lage des Hammerkopfs und die offene Ausnehmung übereinstimmen. Fig. 1 zeigt das Preßwerkzeug 1, welches eine lösbare Befestigung am Werkzeugträger 2 hat. Die Preßfläche 3 des Werkzeugs 1 ist der Brammenkante zugewandt. Preßwerkzeug und Werkzeugträger gehören zu der nicht näher dargestellten Stauchpresse der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung zur Reduktion der Brammenbreite insbesondere in Warmbreitband-Vorstraßen, wobei Preßwerkzeug 1 und Werkzeugträger 2 auf beiden Seiten der Bramme angeordnet sind. Das Lösen, Befestigen und Verspannen des Preßwerkzeugs 1 mit dem Werkzeugträger 2 erfolgt mit Hilfe von mehreren Zugankern 3, die sich am Stützflansch 4, 4' der jeweils parallel zu einer Längsseite des Preßwerkzeugs 1 verläuft, abstützen. Der Zugankerkopf 5 eines jeden Zugankers ist hammerartig ausgebildet und greift in eine dem Zugankerkopf angepaßte und diesen abstützende Ausnehmung im Preßwerkzeug 1 ein, welche Ausnehmung zu einer Seite hin offen ist. Die Breite der Ausnehmung ist etwas größer als der Durchmesser des Zugankers jedoch deutlich kleiner als die vorspringende Länge des angeformten Hammers. Im Bereich der Ausnehmung 6 befindet sich eine Stützfläche 7 für den entsprechend plan gestalteten Hammerkopf. Die Stützflanschen 4, 4' mit den Ausnehmungen 6 befinden sich auf der dem Werkzeugträger zugewandten Längsseite des Preßwerkzeugs. Die Zuganker 3 sind in Führungsbohrungen 8 im Werkzeugträger verdrehbar gehalten und dort in nicht näher dargestellten Distanzbuchsen gelagert.Fig. 1 shows the pressing tool 1, which has a releasable attachment to the tool carrier 2. Mit Hilfe des Spannzylinders kann der Zuganker hydraulisch entlastet und mechanisch vorgespannt werden. Der Zuganker ist durch den Spannzylinder hindurchgeführt und weist eine am Zuganker angreifende Verdreheinrichtung 10 auf. In dem Spannzylinder9 befindet sich ein mit dem Zuganker 3 verbundener und diesen umgebender Stellkolben 11, dessen eine Kolbenfläche 12 Teil eines mit einem Hydraulikmedium beaufschlagbarer Zylinderraum 13 ist und auf dessen andere Kolbenfläche 14 ein vorgespanntes Tellerfederpaket 15 einwirkt. Die Verdreheinrichtung 10 besteht aus einem am Zuganker befestigten Kipphebel 16, der mit einer weggesteuerten Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 17 in Verbindung steht, die von üblicher Bauart ist und deshalb hier lediglich schematisch dargestellt ist. Im Bereich der Befestigung des Zugankerkopfs 5 mit dem Stützflansch 4, 4' des Preßwerkzeugs 1 befinden sich Spritzdüsen, die mit einem Reinigungsmedium druckbeaufschlagt werden, und deren Düsenachsen auf die Verbindung von Zugankerkopf 5 und Preßwerkzeug 1 gerichtet sind.At the end of the tie rod opposite the tie rod head and outside of the tool carrier 2, a clamping cylinder 9 is arranged, which is connected to the tie rod and which is supported on the tool carrier, so that the tie rod is clamped on both sides, namely on the pressing tool and on the tool carrier. In the area of the attachment of the tie rod head 5 with the support flange 4, 4 'of the pressing tool 1 there are spray nozzles which are pressurized with a cleaning medium and whose nozzle axes are directed towards the connection of the tie rod head 5 and pressing tool 1.

Fig. 2 zeigt die Ansicht des Preßwerkzeugs 1 mit den Ausnehmungen 6 in den Stützflanschen 7 für den Zugankerkopf. Ferner zeigt Fig. 2 zwei im unteren Stützflansch 4' angeordnete Justier- und Absetzausnehmungen 19, so daß das Werkzeug 1 auf zwei Absetzbolzen 20 aufgesetzt werden kann, wenn es mit Hilfe der Zuganker 3 vom Werkzeug gelöst oder mit diesm verspannt werden soll. Seitlich am Preßwerkzeug sind je ein Aufhängebolzen 21 zu erkennen, an denen eine Wechselvorrichtung angreift, um das Werkzeug von den Absetzbolzen nach oben aus der Stauchpresse heraus zu heben oder ein neues Preßwerkzeug einzusetzen.Fig. 2 shows the view of the pressing tool 1 with the recesses 6 in the support flanges 7 for the tie rod head. Anschließend wird der mit einem Hydraulikmedium beaufschlagte Zylinderraum 13 unter höheren Druck gesetzt, so daß sich der Stellkolben 11 gegen die Kraft des Tellerfederpakets 15 nach unten bewegt und der Zugankerkopf 5 infolge dessen von der Stützfläche 7 leicht abgehoben ist. In dieser Stellung wird der Zuganker 3 und damit der hammerförmige Zugankerkopf 5 mit Hilfe der auf den Kipphebel 16 wirkenden Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 17 um ein solches Maß gedreht, daß die Längsrichtung des Hammerkopfes mit der Richtung der offenen Ausnehmung 6 übereinstimmt. In dieser Position ist das Preßwerkzeug 1 von dem Werkzeugträger 2 mechanisch gelöst und ruht auf den Absetzbolzen 20, die in die Justier- und Absetzausnehmung 19 eingreifen. Anschließend wird das Hydraulikmedium im Zylinderraum 13 des Spannzylinders 9 druckentlastet, wodurch der Stellkolben 11 von dem Tellerfederpaket 15 und somit der Zuganker derart bewegt wird, daß die plane Fläche des Zugankerkopfs 5 an der Stützfläche 7 der Ausnehmung 6 anliegt und von der Federkraft des Tellerpakets gegen diese Fläche verspannt wird.The assembly of a new press tool is carried out in the reverse order of the measures described above. Claims (7)

  1. Device for detachable mounting of press tools (1) and toolholders (2) of an upsetting press for width reduction of stock to be rolled, particularly of the slab width in hot wide strip roughing trains, with toolholders (2), which are arranged at both sides with respect to the slab edge and receive mutually facing press tools (1), with at least one prestressable tie rod (3), which is rotatably mounted in or at the toolholder (2), with a tie rod head (5) which is formed to be hammer-shaped and which engages in a recess (6) in the press tool (1), the recess being open at one side and substantially matched to and supporting the tie rod head, characterised thereby that spray nozzles (18) are pressure-loaded by a cleaning medium are arranged in the region of the fastening of the tie rod head (5) by a support flange (4, 4') of the press tool (1).
  2. Mounting device according to claim 1, characterised thereby that the recesses (6) with their support surfaces (7) are arranged in the support flange (4, 4'), which extends on both those longitudinal sides of the press tool (1) which face the toolholder (2), of the press tool (1).
  3. Mounting device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised thereby that at least one additional adjusting and withdrawal recess (19), in which a withdrawing pin (20) connected with the toolholder (2) engages, is arranged at least in one support flange (4') of the press tool (1).
  4. Mounting device according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterised thereby that the tie rods (3) are mounted in the toolholder (2) in guide bores.
  5. Mounting device according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised by a biassing cylinder (9), which is supported at the toolholder (2), is connected with the tie rod (3) and mechanically biasses and hydraulically relieves this, and by a turning device engaging at the tie rod (3).
  6. Mounting device according to at least one of claims 1 to 5, characterised thereby that arranged at the biassing cylinder (9) is a setting piston (11), which is connected with and surrounds the tie rod (3) and the one piston surface (12) of which is part of a cylinder chamber (13) loadable by a hydraulic medium, while bearing against the other piston surface (14) of which is a prestressable spring system, preferably a plate spring packet (15).
  7. Mounting device according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised thereby that the turning device (10) comprises a rocker arm (16) which is fastened to the tie rod (3) and which is in connection with a path-controlled displacing device, preferably a piston-cylinder unit (17).
