Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif destiné à serrer des plaques d'impression (2) souples sur le cylindre porte-plaque (1) de machines rotatives, comportant des barrettes de serrage (6, 9) qui sont associées aux deux extrémités de plaque (4, 5), les barrettes de serrage (6, 9) prenant appui contre les parois latérales d'un canal de cylindre (3), pour le serrage des plaques d'impression (2) et comportant des moyens (15) destinés à étirer ou à relâcher de préférence l'extrémité arrière de plaque (5) dans la direction axiale du cylindre porte-plaque (1), caractérisé en ce que pour l'extrémité arrière de plaque (5) il est prévu une barrette de serrage (9) d'une seule pièce, en ce qu'un poinçon de blocage (10) pour l'extrémité de plaque (5) est placé sur la barrette de serrage (9), dans sa région centrale, et en ce qu'il est prévu dans la région extérieure de la barrette de serrage (9), des segments de serrage (15) qui peuvent être actionnés pour étirer ou relâcher l'extrémité de plaque (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments de serrage (15) sont montés pivotants, par l'intermédiaire d'axes de palier (16), sur la barrette de serrage (9) et comportent des surfaces de serrage (17), excentrées par rapport à l'axe de palier (16), pour l'extrémité de plaque d'impression (5).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les segments de serrage (15) peuvent pivoter au moyen de servomoteurs (19) qui sont montés pivotants sur la barrette de serrage (9).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que des paliers de pression (22, 26) qui soutiennent le déplacement axial de l'extrémité de plaque (5), sont encastrés dans la barrette de serrage (9), par rapport aux surfaces de serrage (17) des segments de serrage (15).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les paliers de pression (22) sont en polyuréthanne et présentent des fentes (25), transversalement à la direction de déplacement des segments de serrage (15).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les paliers de pression (26) sont montés coulissant axialement par rapport au cylindre porte-plaque (1), sur des roulements à aiguilles (27).
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de serrage (17) des éléments de serrage (15) sont recouvertes d'un revêtement de corindon à arêtes vives.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon de blocage (10) est en polyuréthanne et est réglable au moyen de vis de réglage (11) qui prennent appui contre la barrette de serrage (9), par un palier (12).
