Definitions
- the invention is directed to a pull-up curtain of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- the web-rear, vertically arranged guide eyes on the one hand and the deflection openings provided horizontally in the upper edge region on the other hand determine the course of the pull cords and break them down into horizontal and vertical cord sections.
- the z. B. were designed as a rail. This made it possible to use profile rails provided in the upper area of the window and door either to hang a conventional curtain or to hang a folding blind of the type mentioned in the preamble.
- hangers introduced into the profile rail were used, which were attached in places to the upper edge area of the fabric. The hangers thus ensured the transition between the carrier and the fabric and allowed a variety of decorative shapes of the curtain, z. B. in cloud-like formations, especially when tied cords were drawn that could be incorporated into the fabric. Starting from the hangers attached in places, the fabric was also placed in horizontal folds,
- a hanging hook which, in the case of attachment, has a web provided in the upper edge region of the fabric sheet, e.g. B. a selected pocket of a carrier tape sewn there.
- a deflection eyelet Arranged next to the fastening hook was a deflection eyelet which was used to thread the horizontal section of the pull cord.
- the hanger had a runner superordinate to the fastening hook and the deflecting eyelet, which was inserted into the interior of the profile rail acting as a carrier in the case of assembly.
- the invention has for its object a conveniently in a hanger to develop various forms of decoration on a support mountable curtain of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1, which allows a trouble-free cleaning process as possible and can be quickly and reliably attached to or released from the support.
- This is achieved according to the invention by the measures specified in the characterizing part of claim 1, which have the following special significance:
- the invention has recognized that the cleaning process of the fabric can be significantly improved if a coupling is provided at the transition between the two functional areas of the hanger of the carrier fastening on the one hand and the pull cord guide on the other.
- the hanger can be quickly disassembled into two separate parts by uncoupling.
- the two parts have mutually complementary coupling halves, with which the hanger can be reassembled just as quickly.
- Only relatively small parts of the hanger are required on the fabric, because they only need to be so large that the deflection opening is created on the fabric.
- These parts on the web side are to be referred to below as "cord holders" and the remaining parts of the hanger as "connectors", depending on their function.
- the cleaning process is little hampered by the cord holders and the fabric web is not subjected to any serious stress during the washing movements.
- the parts of the hanger sitting on the support namely the connectors
- the connectors can remain stationary on the carriers because the cord holders can be uncoupled together with the fabric.
- the hanger parts with their coupling halves can, according to claim 2, be easily produced in one piece.
- the connectors also make it easy and flawless to hang up possible.
- the cord holder located at the end of a fabric web can be previously coupled into its connector and then, as a composite hanger, moved along the guide rail to an otherwise inaccessible corner above the window or door, in order finally to be there, via the Connector integrated lock to be positioned stationary.
- The. connector designed independently of the fabric holder allows namely a very easy handling of its locks, ⁇ especially if this, according to claim 10, is designed as an L-shaped angle.
- the horizontal leg with its locking device, which is used for mounting on the guide rail is easily accessible with a screwdriver or the like, despite the fabric web hanging on the vertical leg. There is a sufficient distance between the vertical leg and the lock in the horizontal leg for handling a tool. Before the clamps are tightened, the connectors allow displacement along a guide rail. In the final assembly state, after actuating the locking device, there is no risk of tilting.
- the insertion bevels according to claim 8 result in self-centering of the hanger parts during the coupling process.
- the connector equipped with a coupling sleeve can optionally be mounted on supports in two mutually mirror-inverted, reversed positions, which increases the variety of applications. Equipping the nut of the clamp fastener with fingers protruding from the inside of the rail according to claim 1 1 enables a rotationally fixed positioning of the connector on the rail with just one, on the mother attacking threaded screw, which considerably simplifies the assembly and adjustment work.
- a clip that is designed as clips can be used to produce a reliable connection between the cord holder and the fabric web that can be carried out quickly. There is no danger that the line holder with the line threaded through will come off the fabric during the washing process.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portion of a curtain attached to a profile rail according to the invention
- FIG. 3 shows an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of the upper region of the hanging curtain according to the invention with the components which are shown in FIG. 2 and are brought into one another,
- FIG. Ll, 12 and 13 in front, sectioned side and bottom view of a first component of Fig. 4 to 6 additional locking device for attaching the curtain to a support, the cut in Fig. 12 by the section lines XII-XII of 1 1 and 13 is clarified.
- a fabric web 11 over a support, which is located above a window or door, namely a profile rail 17, by means of hangers 19.
- the zones 42 located between two hangers 19 are shown stretched in FIG. 1 for the sake of simplicity of illustration, but these could also be bulged on the viewing side in order to produce cloud-shaped structures in the fabric web 11.
- This curtain can be pulled up by means of pull cords 12, which is done by horizontal folding in the fabric web 1 1.
- the pull cords 12 are expediently guided on the back of the web as vertical 13 and horizontal sections 14, which come about in the following manner.
- Guide eyelets 15 are fastened to the fabric web 11 in a plurality of parallel rows 43 at certain intervals 44 from one another.
- the easiest way to do this is by means of vertical bands 45 fastened to the fabric web 11 and provided with such guide eyes 15.
- vertical bands 45 fastened to the fabric web 11 and provided with such guide eyes 15.
- these guide eyes 15 of each row 43 are used to thread one pull cord 12 each and thus each produce the vertical cord section 13.
- a carrier tape 40 is fastened in the upper edge region 16 of the fabric web 11, which, as best shown in FIG. 2 .
- each has a group of webs 47 protruding from the band base.
- These serve for the optional attachment of a hanger 19, which will be described in more detail.
- the hangers 19 are provided with deflecting openings 21 through which the pull cord 12 is threaded in its further course and therefore, when the curtain is finished, produces the aforementioned horizontal cord sections 14 from FIG. 1. 1, the spacers 19 are expediently set so that the inlets of their deflection openings 21 are aligned with the vertical row 43 of the guide eyes 15.
- the two-part structure 20, 30 of each hanger 19 that is evident from FIG. 2 is essential.
- the hanger 19 initially consists of a on the fabric web 1 1 part 20 to be attached, which has the deflection opening 21 for the pull cord and therefore, as already mentioned, is to be called “cord holder” for short.
- This is provided with a preferably one-piece coupling half 22, which here has male-shaped closing surfaces that function like a plug 23.
- This cord holder 20 can be detached from the other suspension part 30, which has a corresponding complementary counter-coupling half 32, namely matrix-shaped closing surfaces which. generate a socket 33.
- This hanger part 30 is fastened to the carrier 17 mentioned and should therefore, as has already been said, be briefly called “connector”.
- the carrier 17 consists of a profile rail which has a plurality of rail grooves 18 which can be used optionally, along which the connector 30 ' can be adjusted in the direction of the arrows 31 to the desired position. In the desired end position, the connector 50 can be easily positioned by means of the integrated locking device 50.
- the detailed structure of these two suspension parts 20, 30, which can be seen from the remaining drawings, is significant.
- the connector 30 consists of an L-angle formed by a vertical and horizontal leg 34, 35.
- the connector 30 expediently consists of plastic and is formed in one piece with all the parts listed below. For reasons of material savings in connection with high rigidity, the two have.
- Legs 34, 35 essentially have a U-shaped cross section, according to the dashed lines in FIG. 6.
- the aforementioned plug-in receptacle 33 is located on the vertical leg 35 and projects from its outer surface 36 in the manner of a "quiver".
- This quiver is not only provided with an opening 37 pointing upwards, but also with an opening 37 'pointing mirror-invertedly downwards.
- the complementary coupling halves 22 of the cord holder 20 which will be described in more detail below, can optionally be inserted into the interior of the quiver in the sense of the two plug-in movement arrows 38 or 38 '. Because of the openings on both sides of this quiver, this can best be described as "sleeve 33".
- the nut 52 is provided with two parallel guide edges 54 which, when the screw 51 is loosened, produce a guide action during the above-mentioned adjustment of the connector 30 along the profiled rail 17 which is illustrated in FIG. 2 by the arrow 31.
- the adjacent, downward-facing edge zones 55 are flat and have a sliding effect with the undercut surfaces of the rail groove 18.
- there is a diametrical pair of fingers 56 which can be seen in FIG. 3 groove opening protrude 48 of the rail and protrude in the installation situation in complementary recesses 49 on the horizontal leg 34 of the connector 30, as best 'of Fig. 5 and 6 can be seen.
- the cutouts 49 are produced here in edge ribs 70 of the horizontal leg 24.
- the fingers 56 on the reveal surfaces of the groove opening 48 also act as guides. Due to the engagement of the fingers 56 in the recesses 49, the right-angled position of the mounted horizontal leg 34 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rail in the sense of the adjustment arrows 31 mentioned is already achieved by a single arrester 50 integrated in the connector 30 in the manner described. To fix the selected longitudinal position, only a single screw 51 needs to be tightened by the turning tool. This will make the groove wall of the rail. 18, in the manner of two ' jaws, clamped between the horizontal leg 34 on the one hand and the edge zones 55 of the nut 52 on the other hand. As a result of this engagement relationship, the tilt-free position of the vertical leg 35 pointing in the direction of gravity is also at the Profile rail 17 guaranteed.
- the vertical leg 35 is directed upward and for the coupling of the cord holder 20 the plug-in movement 38 'to the lower opening 37' in FIGS. 4 and 5 is decisive.
- the two openings 37, 37 ' are provided with insertion bevels 57, 57' which are inclined to the respective plug-in movement 38, 38 '.
- the sleeve 33 is equipped with a central longitudinal slot 58 which, in relation to the longitudinal center plane of the vertical leg 35, produces identical sleeve halves to one another in mirror image.
- the cord holder 20 consists of a plate-shaped fastening piece 24, on the one plate edge of which a clip 60 is provided for fastening the cord holder 20 to the fabric web.
- the clip 60 consists of an edge recess 61 which can be closed by a flexible clip 62.
- the open clip 62 shown in FIG. 7 is passed with its free end through a selected web 47 of the upper or lower row 46 of the carrying strap 40 sitting on the fabric web 1, whereupon the clip 62 is pressed until its free end behind one undercut cam 63 of the fastening piece 24 snaps. This state is shown in Fig. 3.
- the selection of the rows of webs 46 is expediently such that, when the cord holder 20 is coupled to the connector 30, as shown in FIG mounted connector 30 covers there.
- the male-shaped closing surfaces 22 used to couple the cord holder 20 are located opposite the clip 60 on the opposite edge of the plate-shaped fastening piece 24. They first comprise a sliding head 23, which is offset from the plate, namely that it projects over both surfaces and is mirror-like is formed to the plate level. Below the G leitkopi 'in 23 besi tz t the plate 24 a Edge breakout 65 which is greater than / equal to the length of the aforementioned sleeve 33 on the connector 30.
- the coupling process of this sliding head 23 in the sleeve 33 can be understood overall as a so-called "steering movement", which is composed of two mutually perpendicular movement sequences 66, 38.
- the cord holder 20 fastened to the fabric web 11 is first moved laterally 66 against the connector 30 fastened to the profile rail 17, for example in the sense of the arrow 66 illustrated in FIGS. 2, 5 and 6.
- This movement ends when the sliding head 23 abuts the already mentioned outer surface 36 of the vertical leg 35 from the connector 30.
- the sleeve 33 moves into the edge opening 65 described below the sliding head 23.
- this initial movement 66 can be referred to as an "alignment movement".
- the outer surface 36 now serves as a guide for the sliding head 23, which now carries out the plug-in movement indicated by the arrow 38, which has already been mentioned several times.
- the sliding head is provided with insertion bevels 26 which perform an automatic centering movement with the sleeve opening 37 until finally the sliding head 23 reaches the inside of the sleeve.
- the sliding head 23 is in turn provided with widenings 25 which cooperate abutly with the insertion bevels 57 of the sleeve 33 already mentioned above and thus limit the insertion movement 38.
- the widenings 25 protrude symmetrically on both sides over the plate surfaces, as they also, as shown in FIGS.
- the insertion movement 38 is oriented vertically, namely in the direction of the gravity marked by arrow 67 from FIG. 1, which acts on the fabric web 11 on the engagement relationship of the two coupling halves 22, 32.
- the Gravity 67 the two hanger parts 20, 30 strive to come into engagement with each other even more reliably.
- the hanger part 20 would have to be lifted vertically against the force of gravity 67.
- the cord holder 20 with its sliding head 23 would have to be removed from the connector 30 in the opposite direction to the movement arrow 66.
- the two coupling halves 22, 32 are secured in their engaged position by the two latching elements 59, 29.
- the above-mentioned deflection opening 21 for threading and guiding one or more pull cords 12 is designed as an opening in the plate of the fastening piece 24. While the sliding head 23 used for coupling is arranged more at the upper end of this fastening piece 24, the plate opening 21 sits at the lower end of the plate. Below the edge cut-out 65 in the fastening piece 24 there is a stop edge 68, which strikes the connector 30 during the aforementioned alignment movement 66 on the outer surface 36 of the vertical leg 35. As can be seen from FIG. 7, this stop edge 68 is approximately in alignment with the sliding surface on the sliding head 23. As the sliding head 23 is then guided on this outer surface 36, the stop edge 38 also initially experiences sliding on this outer leg surface 36.
- the cord holder 20 with all its parts is manufactured in one piece by injection molding.
- the vertical leg 35 also has one or more bores 69 through which screws can be passed. So that the screw heads do not interfere and a smooth guide surface 36 remains on the vertical leg 35, the bores 69 are provided with conical depressions.
- the cord holders 20 attached to the fabric web 1 1 need only be uncoupled from the connectors 30.
- the connectors 30 remain permanently on the profile rail 17.
- the pull cords 12, on the other hand, remain threaded both on the guide eyes 15 and on the plate openings 21 of the cord holders 20 and can also be subjected to the cleaning process. Thereafter, by simply coupling the various cord holders 20 to the associated connectors 30, they can be quickly connected again the original hanging state of the cleaned curtain 10 can be achieved.
