Abstract

Un procédé permet d'orienter les macromolécules filamenteuses de monofilaments dans un ensemble de monofilaments au moyen d'air à une température donnée. A cet effet, les monofilaments sont traités dans un nombre voulu de zones individuelles d'écoulement agencées en rangées qui s'étendent perpendiculairement au sens d'avancement des monofilaments. L'invention assure une sollicitation uniforme et identique des monofilaments individuels de l'ensemble avec un réglage extrêmement précis de la température.

Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour orienter les macromolécules en forme de fils de monofilaments (5) en un assemblage avec de l'air de température déterminée, caractérisé en ce que les monofilaments (5) sont traités par différentes zones d'écoulement (29) alignées côte à côte en nombre quelconque, qui s'étendent perpendiculairement au sens des monofilaments (5).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que de l'air chauffé ou refroidi est transporté dans les différentes zones d'écoulement (29) et en ce que l'écoulement de l'air se fait perpendiculairement au plan formé par l'assemblage des monofilaments (5).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'air refroidi est déshumidifié avant l'entrée dans la zone d'écoulement (29).
  4. Canal d'air pour le traitement de monofilaments pour le procédé d'étirage, de thermofixage ou analogue, en particulier pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, avec un système de circulation d'air et un canal de travail (4) traversé par les monofilaments (5), qui est formé par une partie inférieure (12) et une partie supérieure (13) qui est mobile lorsque l'agencement de la partie inférieure (12) est stabilisé, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'air (1) est formé par des unités modulaires (2) en nombre quelconque qui comportent chacune une partie supérieure (13) et une partie inférieure (12), un réchauffeur d'air (27) ou un refroidisseur d'air et un appareil de circulation d'air (28) et peuvent être couplées étroitement côte à côte par l'intermédiaire de côtés frontaux des unités modulaires (2), l'appareil de circulation d'air (28) conduisant l'air à courant croisé dans le canal de travail (4).
  5. Canal d'air selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le refroidisseur d'air est couplé à un dispositif qui déshumidifie l'air refroidi en deçà de la charge de H₂O maximale.
  6. Canal d'air selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les parties supérieures (13) du canal d'air (1) peuvent pivoter et/ou se déplacer ensemble ou individuellement par rapport à la partie inférieure (12).
  7. Canal d'air selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le canal de travail (4) comporte une surface transversale qui est limitée vers le haut et vers le bas par des grilles d'écoulement (14, 15).
  8. Canal d'air selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les unités modulaires (2) comportent des parois latérales (6, 9) qui consistent en des plaques d'isolation en un ou plusieurs éléments et peuvent être fixées à un cadre (3) de l'unité modulaire (2).
  9. Canal d'air selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les unités modulaires (2) comportent un canal d'air frais et un canal d'air usé qui font communiquer avec l'environnement une ou deux chambres d'écoulement d'air (32, 32′).
  10.
