Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour envelopper des marchandises (1), éventuellement placées sur une palette (10) ou sur un dispositif analogue, avec un film étirable (2) en forme de tube ou de chape, en particulier pour des empilements de marchandises (1) en forme de cubes ou de parallélépipèdes et qui sont constitués de plusieurs couches de marchandises empilées les unes sur les autres, selon lequel la partie de film (3), qui forme l'enveloppe des faces latérales, est, avant l'emballage, repliée et étirée transversalement au-dessus des marchandises (1), et selon lequel le film (2), lors de l'emballage des marchandises (1), avant le détachement de son bord inférieur au niveau de la partie inférieure (1') des marchandises ou/et de la palette (10), est au moins provisoirement serré latéralement contre une butée et est délivré de ce serrage latéral lorsque le film (2) est fixé sur toute la hauteur aux marchandises (1) ou au moins partiellement à la palette (10), caractérisé en ce que la vitesse d'emballage est réduite pendant la phase finale d'emballage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le film (2) est déplacé, pendant le serrage, vers l'intérieur relativement à son contour d'emballage, au niveau ou au-dessous de la zone de serrage.
  3. Dispositif pour envelopper des marchandises (1), éventuellement placées sur une palette (10) ou sur un dispositif analogue, avec un film étirable (2) en forme de tube ou de chape, en particulier pour des empilements de marchandises (1) en forme de cubes ou de parallélépipèdes et qui sont constitués de plusieurs couches de marchandises empilées les unes sur les autres, comportant un cadre élévateur (9) de pliage et d'étirage, constitué de préférence de plusieurs parties de cadre (9') en forme d'arceaux, agencées globalement sur un plan (horizontal), conçues globalement sous la forme de L ou de C (en vue de dessus) et maintenues respectivement par des supports d'arceaux, cadre élévateur qui peut être déplacé, sur lequel la partie de film (2), qui forme l'enveloppe des faces latérales, est repliée, avant l'emballage, sur les marchandises (1) au moyen d'un dispositif de pliage comportant des rouleaux de pliage, et au moyen duquel le film (2) replié doit être étiré transversalement avant l'emballage, le film (2 ou 3) devant être serré, avant le détachement de son bord inférieur, par un dispositif de serrage (12), au niveau de la zone inférieure des marchandises (1), contre ces marchandises ou/et contre la palette (10), et le dispositif de serrage (12) devant être amené hors de prise du film (2 ou 3) lorsque le film (2 ou 3) s'est placé au bord inférieur des marchandises (1) et, éventuellement, au bord supérieur (11) de la palette (10) dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2 et caractérisé en ce que le déplacement du cadre élévateur (9) passe, au moins pendant la phase de descente ou d'emballage, d'une première vitesse de fonctionnement à une deuxième vitesse réduite de fonctionnement ; et en ce que les rouleaux de pliage forment en même temps le dispositif de serrage (12).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre élévateur (9) est muni d'embouchures de conduits (13) qui débouchent dans la zone de la surface de contact avec le film (2 ou 3), et en ce que les embouchures de conduits (13) sont alimentées avec une dépression pendant la phase d'emballage.
