Bei einem kastenförmigen Verpackungsbehälter für Pralinen, welcher aus einer Bodenwand und vier jeweils senkrecht zueinander angeordneten Seitenwänden besteht, ist mindestens eine Seitenwand (4) um ihre Berührungskante mit der Bodenwand herausschwenkbar und in herausgeschwenkter Stellung arretierbar. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen kastenförmigen Verpackungsbehälter, insbesondere für Pralinen, welcher aus einer Bodenwand und vier jeweils senkrecht zueinander angeordneten Seitenwänden besteht.
  • Es sind Verpackungsbehälter der verschiedensten Art bekannt, auch solche, die in Geschäften eine einzelne Entnahme der Ware zu deren Einzelverkauf ermöglichen. Die offenliegende Verpackung enthält naturgemäß die relativ eng verpackte Einzelwaren, z.B. einzelne Pralinen, so daß deren Entnahme durch einen Fingergriff oft auf Schwierigkeiten stößt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung zu schaffen, die einerseits eine raumsparende Verpackung der Einzelwaren, z.B. der Pralinen, gestattet, andererseits jedoch z.B. für deren Entnahme die Griffmöglichkeit der Einzelware, z.B. der Pralinen erhöhen soll.
  • Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß erfindungsgemäß mindestens eine Seitenwand um ihre Berührungskante mit der Bodenwand herausschwenkbar und in herausgeschwenkter Stellung arretierbar ist.
  • Auf diese Weise wird einerseits die Präsentationsmöglichkeit und andererseits auch die Entnahmemöglichkeit der einzelnen Waren, z.B. der Pralinen, wesentlich erhöht.
  • Bevorzugterweise ist die herausschwenkbare Seitenwand mindestens an einem seitlichen Rand mit einem Lappen versehen, welcher in herausgeschwenkter Stellung mindestens bis zur Nachbarseitenwand reicht.
  • Es ist also ohne Veränderung der Verpackung oder etwaigen Anbringen von zusätzlichen Teilen, Haken o.dgl. eine Öffnung der Verpackung im Sinne einer Erhöhung der Zugänglichkeit der Einzelwaren möglich.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise greift der Lappen in einen Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Wandabschnitten der Nachbarseitenwand ein und ist dort arretierbar.
  • Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich eine Ausführungsform erwiesen, bei der zwei sich gegenüberstehende Seitenwände herausschwenkbar ausgebildet sind. Auch ist es möglich, daß am Oberrand der herausschwenkbaren Seitenwand/Seitenwände ein Handgriff zum Herausschwenken angebracht ist. Der Handgriff kann Bestandteil der Seitenwand sein und gegebenenfalls aus einer entsprechend ausgebildeten Öffnung herausklappbar sein.
  • Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist mindestens eine Seitenwand einen in das Innere der Verpackung hereinklappbaren Wandabschnitt annähernd in der Größe der Seitenwand auf. Dieser hereinklappbare Wandabschnitt bildet gewissermaßen eine Doppelwand und kann mit der Seitenwand über einen den Oberrand der Verpackung bildenden Streifen verbunden sein. Auf diese Weise wird eine schräge Innenwand geschaffen, so daß der Querschnitt der Verpackung am Oberrand wesentlich geringer ist als auf der Höhe der Bodenwand.
  • Die einzelnen in der Packung enthaltenen Gegenstände werden somit mindestens teilweise vor einem Herausfallen zurückgehalten. Die Füllung der Packung kann jedoch so erfolgen, daß die Wandabschnitte zunächst hochgeklappt bleiben und nach der Füllung erst in Wirkstellung gebracht werden.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann die herausklappbare Seitenwand mit ihrem Streifen in geschlossener Stellung der Verpackung unter eine Verlängerung des Streifens der Nachbarseitenwand greifen und dort arretiert sein.
  • Die erfindungsgemäß Verpackung kann als Faltpackung ausgebildet sein und keine Klebestellen aufweisen. Es wird daher für die erfindungsgemäße Packung lediglich ein einziger Zuschnitt verwendet.
  • Bevorzugterweise ist der Oberrand des Lappens am behälterzugekehrten Ende mit einem Haken, einem Vorsprung o.dgl. versehen , welcher die Seitenwand in ausgeschwenkter Stellung arretiert. Der Vorsprung des Lappens kann sich in ausgeschwenkter Stellung der Seitenwand an der Unterseite des Streifens der Nachbarseitenwand abstützen. Auch ist es möglich, daß die den lappen aufnehmende Seitenwand einen senkrecht zur Bodenwand verlaufenden Einschnitt aufweist und daß der Lappen in diesen Einschnitt eingeschoben ist.
  • Schließlich ist es auch zweckmäßig, daß die inneren Wandabschnitte der Seitenwände mindestens teilweise mit U-förmigen Einschnitten versehen sind. Durch diese U-förmigen Einschnitte entstehen Laschen, die sich in Richtung auf die Außenwände herausdrücken lassen und zumindest teilweise die einzelnen Waren festhalten. Hierdurch wird das Herausfallen der einzelnen Waren, z.B. der annähernd runden Pralinen weiter eingeschränkt.
  • Auf der Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt; sie werden nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:

  • Ein kastenförmiger Verpackungsbehälter 1 für annähernd runde Pralinen 2 ist aus einem einzigen Kartonzuschnitt zusammengefaltet, wobei die Seitenwände jeweils ohne Verklebung zusammengehalten werden.
  • Der Verpackungsbehälter 1 besteht aus einer Bodenwand 3 und vier Seitenwänden 4, 5, 6 und 7.
  • Jede Seitenwand weist einen hereinklappbaren Seitenwandabschnitt 8, 9, 10 und 11 auf, welcher über einen Streifen 12, 13, 14 und 15 mit der jeweiligen Seitenwand verbunden ist.
  • Die hereinklappbaren Wandabschnitte bilden somit mit ihren Oberkanten eine kleinere Öffnung als mit ihren Unterkanten, die jeweils an der Innenseite der Seitenwände anliegen.
  • Die beiden Streifen 13 und 15 weisen Laschen 16 und 17 auf, die aus dem jeweiligen Streifen 13 und 15 herausgeschnitten sind und jeweils um die Kanten 20, 21 herausgeklappt werden können.
  • Die beiden längeren Seitenwände 4 und 6 sind jeweils um ihre Berührungskante, z.B. die Berührungskante 21' mit der Bodenwand 3,herausschwenkbar, wie mit strichierten Linien angedeutet. Es ist jedoch nicht nur die Wand 4, sondern auch die Wand 6 in entsprechender Weise herausschwenkbar. Die Seitenwand 4 weist Lappen 22 und 23 auf, welche bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform annähernd dreieckförmig ausgebildet sind und von der Seitenwand 4 bis in einen Bereich reichen, der von der Seitenwand 7 bzw. 5 teilweise abgedeckt ist.
  • Diese Lappen 22 und 23 sind in herausgeschwenkter Lage - wie weiter unten näher beschrieben - arretiert. Die Laschen 16 und 17 sind, wie mit strichierten Linien angedeutet, zum Herausziehen der Seitenwandungen 4 bzw. 6 um die Berührungskante 21' verschwenkbar.
  • Die Schrägstellung der Wandabschnitte 8, 9, 10 und 11 schränken die Herausfallmöglichkeit der Pralinen bei einem etwaigen Kippen des Verpackungsbehälters ein.
  • Die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Ausführungsform ähnelt derjenigen nach Fig. 1 bis auf bestimmte Einzelheiten, ist jedoch in herausgeschwenkter Stellung der Seitenwände 30 bzw. 31 dargestellt. Die Seitenwände, das gilt auch für die Querwände, sind mit Innenabschnitten 32 und 33 versehen, die über Streifen 34 und 35 mit den jeweiligen Seitenwänden verbunden sind. Die Innenabschnitte 32 und 33 der Seitenwände 30 und 31 reichen, wie bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1, bis zur Bodenwand, sind jedoch so ausgebildet, daß ihre freie Unterkante jeweils an der Seitenwand 30 bzw. 31 anliegt.
  • Die Innenabschnitte 36 und 37 haben jedoch nicht die Breite wie die Länge der entsprechenden Streifen 38, 39, da deren vorspringende Enden 40 bei zusammengeschobenem Verpackungsbehälter die Enden der Streifen 34 bzw. 35 abdecken. Die Lappen 42, 43, 44 und 45 weisen an ihren Oberkanten und jeweils einander zugekehrten Rändern Einschnitte 46 auf, so daß hakenartige Abschnitte 47 entstehen, welche die Lappen 42 - 45 und somit die zugeordneten beiden Seitenwände in ausgeschwenkter Lage arretieren.
  • Die jeweilig inneren Abschnitte 32, 33, 36 und 37 sind mit halbkreisförmigen Einschnitten 50 bis 52 versehen, die entsprechende hereindrückbare Laschen freigeben, in welche dann Teilbereiche der einzelnen Waren, z.B. der annähernd runden Pralinen, in Wirkstellung eingreifen und somit letztere vom Herausfallen zurückhalten.
  • In Fig. 6 ist eine Seitenwand von innen dargestellt, welche zur Aufnahme von Lappen 61, 62 der anschließenden Seitenwände dient und mit lotrechten Einschnitten 63 und 64 versehen ist. Diese Einschnitte erstrecken sich von der Bodenwand 65 bis auf etwa die halbe Höhe der Seitenwand 60 und dienen zur Aufnahme von Vorsprüngen 66 und 67 des inneren Wandabschnitts 68, der über den Streifen 69 mit der Seitenwand 30 verbunden ist.
  • An der Unterseite des Streifens 69 stützt sich die Kante 70 eines Vorsprungs der Lappens 61 ab; dies gilt auch für die Kante 71 des Vorsprungs des Lappens 62.

Claims (14)

  1. Kastenförmiger Verpackungsbehälter, insbesondere für Pralinen, bestehend aus einer Bodenwand und vier jeweils senkrecht zueinander angeordneten Seitenwänden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Seitenwand um ihre Berührungskante mit der Bodenwand herausschwenkbar und in herausgeschwenkter Stellung arretierbar ist.
  2. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die herausschwenkbare Seitenwand mindestens an einem seitlichen Rand mit einem Lappen versehen ist, welcher in herausgeschwenkter Stellung mindestens bis zur Nachbarseitenwand reicht.
  3. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lappen in einen Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Wandabschnitte der Seitenwand eingreift und dort arretierbar ist.
  4. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei sich gegenüberstehende Seitenwände herausschwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
  5. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Oberrand der herausschwenkbaren Seitenwand/Seitenwände ein Handgriff zum Herausschwenken angebracht ist.
  6. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff Bestandteil der Seitenwand ist und gegebenenfalls aus einer entsprechend ausgebildeten Öffnung herausklappbar ist.
  7. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Seitenwand einen in das Innere der Verpackung hereinklappbaren Wandabschnitt annähernd in der Größe der Seitenwand aufweist.
  8. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandabschnitt mit der Seitenwand über ein den Oberrand der Verpackung bildenden Streifen verbunden ist.
  9. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die herausklappbare Seitenwand mit ihrem Streifen in geschlossener Stellung der Verpackung unter eine Verlängerung des Streifens der Nachbarseitenwand greift und dort arretiert ist.
  10. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpackung als Faltpackung ausgebildet ist und keine Klebestelle aufweist.
  11. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberrand des Lappens am behälterzugekehrten Ende mit einem Haken, einer Öse oder dergl. versehen ist, welcher die Seitenwand in ausgeschwenkter Stellung arretiert.
  12. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Vorsprung des Lappens in ausgeschwenkter Stellung der Seitenwand an der Unterseite des Streifens abstützt.
  13. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Lappen aufnehmende Seitenwand einen senkrecht zur Bodenwand verlaufenden Einschnitt aufweist und daß der Lappen in diesen Einschnitt eingeschoben ist.
  14. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Wandabschnitte der Seitenwände mindestens teilweise mit U-förmigen Einschnitten versehen sind.
