Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour mélanger un fluide et un liquide, en particulier pour incorporer du dioxyde de carbone dans une boisson aqueuse, constitué d'une partie réunisseuse (1) et, à la suite, d'une partie mélangeuse disposée en ligne (2) avec des configurations génératrices de turbulences (3), caracterisé en ce que la partie réunisseuse (1) est constituée d'une paroi de cylindre (5), formant au moins une chambre d'infusion (6) avec des ouvertures d'amenée de fluide (7) en amont, et avec au moins un alésage radial (8) en aval pour l'injection du liquide, dont la section est réglable par le bord extérieur (9) d'une plaque d'obturation de chambre (11), ajustable axialement, et pourvue d'ouvertures d'évacuation (10).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'obturation de chambre (11) présente un bord extérieur (9), en forme de col, effilé dans la direction opposée au courant.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures d'évacuation (10) sont réalisées comme des trous favorisant le mélange.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de cylindre (5) est pourvue d'une rainure de nettoyage circulaire, dont la hauteur est supérieure à celle du bord extérieur (9), et placée à chaque fois en-dessous des alésages radiaux (8) disposés dans un plan.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par plusieurs, en particulier quatre, chambres (6, 14-16) placées axialement l'une derrière l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les plaques d'obturation de chambre (11) des chambres d'infusion (6, 14-16) sont fixées à une tringle de manoeuvre (17) centrale commune.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de cylindre (5) est entourée d'un espace annulaire (18) amenant le liquide dans la zone des alésages radiaux (8).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'amenée de fluide (7) est prévue dans la paroi de cylindre (5) et qu'un servomoteur (23) est fixé à la tringle de manoeuvre (17) à l'extrémité en amont de la paroi du cylindre (5).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie mélangeuse disposée en ligne (2) est constituée d'une ou plusieurs chambres annulaires (4, 40) parallèles et traversées axialement, qui présentent à leurs surfaces latérales, orientées l'une vers l'autre, des configurations génératrices de turbulences (3).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la chambre annulaire extérieure (4) de la partie mélangeuse disposée en ligne (2) est constituée d'une prolongation (24) de la paroi de cylindre (5) et d'un cylindre supplémentaire placé axialement mobile à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre supplémentaire (25) est également fixé à la tringle de manoeuvre (17).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11 caractérisé en ce que les configurations génératrices de turbulences (3) sont composées de flasques radiaux (26), à l'aide desquels la partie mélangeuse disposée en ligne (2) est réglable jusqu'à une position d'obturation.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les configurations génératrices de turbulences (3) présentent, vues dans le sens du courant, un profil en dents de scie.
