Abstract

Wischgerät mit einem Stiel (1),einem Wischkopf (4) und einer hinter dem Wischkopf (4) angeordneten Preßeinrichtung (3), die aus einer kastenförmigen Hülse (14), einer in Schrägführungen (22) gelagerten, von außen nach innen laufenden Quetschrolle (23) und gegenüberliegenden Führungsrollen (20) besteht, wobei das feuchte Wischtuch durch Einziehen in die Hülse ausgepreßt wird. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Wischgerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Zum Naßwischen sind Wischgeräte, mit denen verhindert wird, daß die Hände der Hausfrau ständig mit dem Schmutzwasser in Berührung kommen, weit verbreitet.
  • Ein derartiges Gerät ist durch die EP-A-01 28 225 beschrieben. Bei diesem Wischgerät wird ein Feuchtwischtuch über Führungen in eine Preßeinrichtung eingezogen und über einen zweiten Betätigtungshebel in dieser Preßeinrichtung ausgepreßt. Dieses Wischgerät ist sehr technisch, im Aufbau kompliziert, relativ schwer und durch die Notwendigkeit der Betätigung zweier Hebel beziehungsweise Griffelemente schwierig zu handhaben.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Wischgerät zu schaffen, bei dem die Betätigung des Gerätes auf ein Betätigungselement zurückgeführt wird, das leicht ist und das bei der Herstellung einfach montiert werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Durch die Kombination der beidseitigen Führungsrollen mit der Quetschrolle wird erreicht, daß der Kraftaufwand beim Einziehen des Wischtuches, und damit beim Auspressen, gering gehalten wird. Dagegen hat sich gezeigt, daß eine Anordnung von zwei V-förmig zulaufenden Quetschrollen, wie in der DE-A-24 55 637 gezeigt wird, zum Verklemmen führt und das Wischtuch derart belastet, daß es frühzeitig verschleißt.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So wird durch die Andordnung von jeweils drei Führungsrollen ein Optimum zwischen Kraftaufwand und Preßergebnis erreicht. Durch die Anordnung der Führungsrollen auf einem Rollenträger ist eine einfache Montage möglich.
  • Die besondere Ausbildung der Wischkammer im Zusammenwirken mit dem Rollenträgerkanal und dem Stielkanal erbringt ein besonders kompaktes, leichtes Gerät.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:

  • Das Wischgerät besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Stiel 1, einem Zughandgriff 2, einer Preßeinrichtung 3, einem Wischkopf 4 mit Wischtuch 5 und einer Zugeinrichtung 6.
  • Diese Zugeinrichtung 6 wird durch zwei im Querschnitt T-förmigen Nuten 7, die im Wischkopf 4 von den seitlichen Enden 8 bogenförmig in die Preßeinrichtung 3 hinein- und durch diese hindurchlaufen und sich im Stiel 1 fortsetzen, in diesen Nuten 7 geführte Stangen 9 und dem Zughandgriff 2 gebildet. An den Stangen 9 sind im Bereich des Wischkopfes 4 Befestigungsnocken 10 für das Wischtuch 5 angeformt. Die Stangen 9 sind mit Einkerbungen 11 versehen.
  • Der Wischkopf 4 ist auf der dem Wischtuch 5 abgekehrten Seite mit Borsten 12 nach Art eines Schrubbers versehen. Es ist auch möglich und für gewisse Anwendungsfälle zweckmäßig, die Borsten 12 durch eine elastische Platte zu ersetzen.
  • Am Übergangsbereich 13 zwischen Wischkopf 4 und Stiel 1 beginnt die Preßeinrichtung 3. Die Preßeinrichtung 3 besteht aus einer Hülse 14 mit einem Einlaßbereich 15 und einer in der Höhe reduzierten Wischtuchkammer 16 sowie einem daran angeformten Stielkanal 17 und Rollenträgerkanal 18. In dem Rollenträgerkanal 18 ist jeweils ein Rollenträger 19 mit drei Führungsrollen 20 eingeschoben. In den Seitenwänden 21 der Hülse 14 sind Schrägführungen 22 in Form von Langlöchern vorgesehen, in denen eine Quetschrolle 23 verschiebbar gelagert ist. Diese Schrägführungen 22 liegen im Einlaßbereich 16 und enden etwa über dem mittleren Führungsrollenpaar 24.
  • Das Wischgerät ist in Figur 1 in Wischstellung gezeigt. Das Wischtuch 5 ist dabei strichpunktiert dargestellt. Wurde nun von der zu reinigenden Fläche mit dem Wischtuch 5 Wasser aufgenommen, wird das Wischtuch 5 mittels des Zughandgriffes 2, der axial verschiebbar auf dem Stiel 1 gelagert ist, in die Preßeinrichtung hineingezogen. Dabei wandern die Befestigungsnocken 10 nach innen und falten damit automatisch das Wischtuch 5 auf die Breite der Hülse 14. Beim Einziehen des Wischtuches 5 in die Wischtuchkammer 16 wandert die Quetschrolle 23 aus der strichpunktiert dargestellten Stellung in Pfeilrichtung 25 in die dargestellte Endstellung über dem mittleren Führungsrollenpaar 24. Das Wischtuch wird durch weiteres Einziehen gequetscht und das Wasser ausgedrückt. Die Führungsrollen 20, die geringfügig über den Rollenträger 19 überstehen, lassen das Wischtuch leicht in die Wischtuchkammer 16 gleiten.
  • Beim Ausstoßen des Wischtuches wandert die Quetschrolle 23 wiederum in die strichpunktiert dargestellte Stellung 26.

Claims (6)

  1. Wischgerät mit einem Stiel (1), einem Wischkopf (4) mit Wischtuch (5) und einer hinter dem Wischkopf (4) angeordenten Preßeinrichtung (3) , wobei das Wischtuch (5) an einer von beiden seitlichen Enden (8) des Wischkopfes (4) in die Preßeinrichtung (3) hinein- und durch diese zu einem Zughandgriff in Führungsbahnen verlaufenden hindurchführenden, Zugeinrichtung (6) lösbar befestigt ist, die das Wischtuch (5) von einer breitflächigen Putzposition zu einer Preßposition in die Preßeinrichtung (3) führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßeinrichtung (3) als kastenförmige Hülse (14), kraft- und zumindest im Bereich der Führungsbahnen auch formschlüssig mit dem Stiel (1) verbunden, ausgebildet ist, wobei die Hülse (14) im Einlaßbereich (15) beidseitig der Führungsbahnen mit zumindest jeweils zwei Führungsrollen (20) und einer in von außen nach innen verlaufenden Schrägführungen (22) gelagerten Quetschrolle (23) bestückt ist.
  2. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsrollen (20) auf einem Rollenträger (19), der von vorne in die Hülse (14) eingeschoben ist, gelagert sind.
  3. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rollenträger (19) mit drei Rollen bestückt ist, und daß die Quetschrolle (23) in Preßposition etwa über den mittleren Führungsrollen (24) liegt.
  4. Wischtuch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (14) aus einer Wischtuchkammer (16) und einem daran angeformten Stiel- und Rollenträgerkanal (17, 18) besteht.
  5. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wischtuchkammer (16) hinter den Führungsrollen in der Höhe um etwa ein Drittel reduziert ist.
  6. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stielkanal (17) hinter dem Rollenträgerkanal (18) in etwa der Stielkontur angepaßt ist.
