Claims (9)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Betonmasten od.dgl. mit mehreckigem Querschnitt, wobei Beton in eine Monoblock-Verschalung in Form eines geraden Prismas mit zum Querschnitt des Mastes identischem Innenquerschnitt gegossen und in dieser ausgehärtet wird, wobei sämtliche Flächen der Verschalung außen durch eine Verstärkungsplatte aus Karton, Wellpappe, Kunststoff od.dgl. verdoppelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsplatten (2,8) vollkommen die zugehörigen Flächen der Verschalung (1,6) bedecken und daß die Platten von der Verschalung getrennt ausgebildet werden und an den Außenflächen derselben anhaften, wobei die Verschalung und die zugehörigen Verstärkungsplatten in der Gebrauchsstellung miteinander in gegenseitigem Kontakt durch umschlingende Spannmittel (5,9) od.dgl. gehalten werden.
2. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Betonmasten od.dgl. mit mehreckigem Querschnitt, mit einer Monoblock-Verschalung in Form eines geraden Prismas mit zum Querschnitt des Mastes identischem Innenquerschnitt und mit Verstärkungsplatten aus Karton, Wellpappe, Kunststoff od.dgl. zur Anbringung an allen Außenflächen der Verschalung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsplatten (2,8) vollkommen die zugehörigen Flächen der Verschalung (1,6) bedecken, daß die Platten von der Verschalung getrennt ausgebildet sind und an den Außenflächen derselben anhaften, und daß Spannmittel (5,9) od.dgl. vorgesehen sind, um während der Verwendung der Vorrichtung die Verschalung und die zugehörigen Verstärkungsplatten in zusammengebautem Zustand in gegenseitigem Kontakt zu halten.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Verschalung durch Faltung um mit ihren Kanten zusammenfallende Faltlinien in flachem Zustand gefaltet ist und aus einem einzigen, entsprechend geschnittenen und vorbereiteten Kartonblatt hergestellst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei freien Kanten der Verschalung (1,6) im wesentlichen Kante an Kante in Kontakt stehen, wobei ihre anschließenden Außenflächen gegen dasselben Verstärkungselement (2,7) verklebt sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsplatten (2) gegenseitig paarweise aneinander anschließen, um eine ebene Struktur (3) auszubilden, in welcher Bereiche mit geringerer Dicke (4) die unterschiedlichen Elemente (2) trennende Faltlinien definieren, und daß die Verschalung aus Karton (1) über eine Außenfläche mit einem der Elemente (2) verklebt ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Verstärkungsplatten (7) an zwei in der Gebrauchsposition parallelen Außenflächen der Verschalung (6) anhaften und daß die anderen Verstärkungsplatten entfernbar und an die entsprechenden Flächen der Verschalung (6) im Zeitpunkt der Verwendung anbringbar sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, mit einer Verschalung (6) mit rechteckigem oder quadratischen Querschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit zwei parallelen Flächen der Verschalung (6) verklebten Verstärkungsplatten (7) seitlich relativ zu diesen Flächen, vorzugsweise um einen der Dicke der anderen Platten (8) im wesentlichen entsprechenden Abstand, vorragen, während die anderen Platten eine Breite aufweisen, welche im wesentlichen gleich der Breite der anderen Flächen der Verschalung (6) ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannmittel von Metall- oder Kunstoffbändern (5,9) gebildet sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Verstärkungsplatten (10) an zwei in der Verwendungsposition der Verschalung (11) parallelen Außenflächen anhaften, während die anderen Verstärkungsplatten (12) an den Innenflächen einer zweiten Kartonverschalung (13) anhaften, welche das Spannmittel darstellen, und daß die zwei mit Verstärkungsplatten ausgebildeten Verschalungen (11 und 13) für ein Zusammenwirken durch ein Ineinanderfügen ausgebildet sind.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zusätzliche von Metall- oder Kunststoffbändern gebildete Spannmittel umfassen.
