Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose mit einem qualitätsvollen Aussehen und insbesondere zum Verpacken und/oder Präsentieren von Gegenständen bestimmt, welche Dose Flächenteile umfaßt, welche die Seiten (6) bzw. mindestens einen Boden (4) bilden, wobei mindestens einige dieser Flächenteile mit einem Material belegt sind, wie einem Bekleidungsmaterial (8), gebildet beispielsweise von Leder oder Textilstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es besteht aus:(a) Bereitstellen von Elementen (EU1 bis EU3), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Flächenteile der Dose zu bilden und die mindestens teilweise aus Bändern oder aus Platten gebildet sind, welche Elemente mindestens eine Flanke aufweisen, die ein fertiggestelltes oder halb fertiggestelltes Aussehen aufweist;(b) Anordnen und Fügen dieser Elemente (EU1 bis EU3) in einer Form (M) zum Vorformen und Aufbauen der einheitlichen, als dreidimensional bezeichneten Struktur der Dose (1), wobei ihr ihre Form im Volumen gegeben wird;(c) Einführen in die vorgeformte Dose eines Harzes (R), das nicht oder sehr wenig expandierbar ist, in flüssiger, viskoser oder halbviskoser Form, welches Harz dazu bestimmt ist, ein Verbindungsmittel der Elemente untereinander zu bilden;(d) Verleihen der Form (M) und damit der Dose (1) eine als Ausbreitung bezeichnete Bewegung, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Harz (R) auf mindestens aneinandergrenzenden Bereichen der einheitlichen Elemente (EU1 bis EU3) auszubreiten;(e) Härten oder Hartwerdenlassen des Harzes (R) insbesondere durch Polymerisation;(f) nachfolgendes Entnehmen der Dose (1) aus der Form (M) in einer rekonstituierten und fertiggestellten Form.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Schritt (c) darin besteht, ein Harz (R) einzuführen, das nach Polymerisation ein Verstärkungsmittel der Dose bilden kann.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Schritt (a) besteht aus:(g) Realisieren von vorbekleideten Elementen (EU1 bis EU3), ausgehend von Bändern (24, 26) und/oder Platten (42, 46), welche für die Bänder eine halbsteife Einlage (12), die mindestens teilweise faltbar ist, und für die Platten eine Einlage (10) umfassen, die mindestens teilweise steif oder halbsteif ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Schritt (g) besteht aus:(h) Bereitstellen, ausgehend von Rollen (20, 22), einerseits von kontinuierlichen Bändern (24) der Einlage (12) und andererseits von Bändern (26) des Bekleidungsmaterials (8), wobei jedes Band (26) des Bekleidungsmaterials (8) eine Breite (L) aufweist, die mindestens teilweise größer ist als jene, (1), des entsprechenden Bandes (24) der Einlage (12), um auf dem als Bekleidungsband bezeichneten Band (26) seitliche Einfaltungsränder (14) bereitzustellen;(i) in ein- und derselben Richtung die beiden Bänder (24, 26), bestehend aus der Einlage (12) bzw. dem Bekleidungsmaterial (8), übereinander zu führen;(j) die Einlage (12) mit dem Bekleidungsmaterial (8) je nach ihrem Ablauf von den Rollen (20, 22) zu bestücken, indem die Bänder (24, 26) fortlaufend gegeneinander gedrückt werden;(k) Umfalten der Einfaltränder (14) unter Zwischenlage eines Klebstoffs (28);(l) nachfolgendes Ablängen des so vorbekleideten Bandes in ein oder mehrere Segmente (S) einer gewählten Länge (Ls).
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zusätzlich besteht aus:(m) Ausschneiden aus einer Platte (42), beispielsweise durch Stanzen, von Plättchen (44) der starren oder halbstarren Einlage (10);(n) danach entweder Aufkleben dieser ausgeschnittenen Plättchen (44) auf eine Platte (46) eines Bekleidungsmaterials (8), um danach dieses Material (8) zu schneiden, wobei man einen seitlichen Einfaltrand (14) stehen läßt, oder Aufkleben der ausgeschnittenen Plättchen (44) der Einlage (10) auf entsprechend ausgeschnittene Plättchen (52) des Bekleidungsmaterials (8).
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es danach besteht aus:(o) Einbringen mindestens eines vorbekleideten Segments (S) in das Innere der Form (M) zur Vorformung der Seiten (6) der Dose (1);(p) nachfolgendes Einführen und Einjustieren in den von diesem Segment (S) gebildeten Raum mindestens eines Plättchens (P), das von den aufeinandergelegten und verklebten Plättchen (44) und (52) gebildet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, den Boden (4) der Dose (1) zu bilden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in dem Schritt (p) besteht aus:(q) Rückspringenlassen des Einfaltrandes (14) des Plättchens (P) in das Innere der so vorgeformten Dose und Überdecken einer Partie des Segments (S), das die Seiten (6) bildet, wobei der Einfaltrand (14) des Plättchens (P), das den Boden (4) bildet, sich frei gegen die Einfaltränder (14) der Seiten (6) legen kann, um eine einspringende Verbindung zu bilden, wobei die Ränder (14) des Bodens (4) bzw. der Seite (6) sandwichartig zwischen der Einlage (12) und dem Harz (R) eingebettet sind.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es besteht aus:(r) Einlegen eines einzigen Segments (S) in die Form (M), indem in zweckmäßiger Weise seine freien Enden aneinander gelegt werden, um nur eine einzige Stoßstelle zu bilden, vorzugsweise in einer der Seiten (6) der Dose (1), welche dazu bestimmt ist, ihre Rückseite zu bilden.
- Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwischen den Schritten (c) und (d) besteht aus:(s) Einführen in den von den Seiten (6) und dem Boden (4) der Dose 1 gebildeten Raum mindestens eines zusätzlichen vorbekleideten und vorgeformten Plättchens (EU3), dazu bestimmt, eine innere Partie der Dose zu bilden, beispielsweise eine Stütze.
