Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une boîte, ainsi qu'une boîte obtenue, par exemple, selon ce procédé. Ce procédé consiste à fournir des éléments par exemple préhabillés destinés à former au moins certains des pans de la boîte, à disposer et à assembler ces éléments dans un moule pour préformer la structure définitive de la boîte, à introduire dans la boîte préformée une résine non ou très peu expansible, sous forme liquide, visqueuse ou semi-visqueuse, puis à donner au moule un mouvement de nappage destiné à étaler la résine sur au moins des régions jointives des élément assemblés, à durcir la résine, puis à sortir la boîte reconstituée et finie du moule. Ce procédé et cette boîte sont destinés à constituer une boîte d'emballage et/ou de présentation d'objets qui présente un aspect de haute qualité, dont les côtés et le fond sont revêtus d'un matériau tel que du cuir ou de l'étoffe.
