728,736. Concrete walls. BROCKWORTH BUILDING CO., Ltd., and HAWKSLEY, Ltd., A. W., [trading as HAWKSLEY CONSTRUCTIONS], and JONES, E. H. July 3, 1952 [July 6, 1951], No. 16102/51. Class 20 (4). A mould for casting concrete units is made by taking a flat panel 1, e.g. of plaster board, and weakening it at predetermined positions along one face, e.g. by making incisions 3 and then folding the panel along the weakened positions outwardly. Before the incisions are made a layer of Sisalkraft 2 may be applied to the face opposite that in which the incisions are to be made; this layer may be extended as at 2a to protect the exposed corners 5 of the mould. The mould may be used for repetition casting or for in situ casting, and in this case it may remain in position and form part of the cast structure.
