750,146. Wall, floor and ceiling slabs. THURSTON, C. C. R., and RIDGEON, H. D. R. March 8,1954 [Jan. 6, 1953 ; March 2, 1953], Nos. 344/53 and 5742/53. Classes 20(4) and 87(1). A concrete wall, floor or ceiling slab 3 has embedded therein hollow fibro-cement blocks 1. The blocks 1, which may be filled with insulating material, may be open on one face or completely closed and may be completely embedded in the slab or exposed on one face thereof. The slab may be of fibro-concrete and may be reinforced, and its side faces may be inclined or rebated for engagement with girders or other supports.
